9:08 After gathering intel on the regarding bombs, the heroes were forced to be mostly scattered across Musutafu, handling in groups of one or two. With communication a little difficult, they were able to mostly figure out locations, though getting to those became an issue. Adding to this, while 3 bombs were in U.A, a total of 57 other bombs were found through out the city. Divide and conquer. A strategy of war that the mastermind was using to his advantage, it seemed. But something didn't seem right. Especially after the first bomb was reported to being disarmed, but the reports to the groups seemed to come up with... intriguing results. The 'bomb' in question was merely a suitcase with a white piece of paper inside of it, labeled 'Bomb C21'. More fascinating still was the fact that the suitcase had no amount of explosives attached to it. And maybe, just maybe, this was all just a practical joke. But after leveling an entire electronics store and calling that a 'small' bomb, it was the heroes' job to check. Especially when, as Doctor Shisutemu seemed to put on the chat, that a number of bombs, seven exactly, were located within the hospital. Adding to that, it seemed that the seven were located within the parking garage underneath the hospital. Which meant, if even one of them went off... The sheer catastrophe could level the entire block radius, if not more. And if that happened, the new hospital might have a new crater renovation; and it might be built on blood. niraya, Chihiro Takenaka, Itsuka Meka, Aoi Sato, Kadan Sorozoki, and Mirai Jo all were tasked as the squad of teachers and pro heroes alike to head into said parking garage, and disarm them before midnight. After the hospital itself was surrounded with enough police cars to form a blockade, the heroes were tasked to head inside. The air, despite the growing chills of the recently departed sun, was tense. The kind of tension that sharpened blades could not cut. The kind of tension that one felt when one could see as clear as day two of the bombs upon the support pillars heading up both sides of the floor. And one look showed they were very, very real. The garage had a few cars present on each floor, with a second floor just one stage up from the hospital itself. An ambulance on the first floor too. There were arrows on the ground, and only a few danger cones promoting caution from one of the parking sections. And perhaps, with the bombs, that would have been all... except somewhere around a hundred white-masked, white-skinned thugs sat around, waiting within the garage. All with various amount of weaponry, ranging from switchblades, pipes, to what must have been... toy guns? As the masked thugs looked to the heroes who had entered the garage, they all held their weapons at the ready. Intent for the slaughtering to begin. And so, the opening act begins as the masked men charge the six heroes!

Niraya Huntsmith When snow falls, Nature listens. [attr="class","rainbow"]
Niraya was enjoying a night on the town. well to be more exact she was sitting on a rooftop watching the stars go by. she was feeling homesick even though she had only been away from New York for a few days. She looks at her wrist communicator and sighs. the background image was of her team back in New York. "i miss you guys." She sighs to herself and goes back to watching the stars. Suddenly there was a loud explosion not to far away she quickly turns into her fox form and bolts down the side of the building she was on and towards the explosion. She had to weave through a lot of traffic all the while a voice seemed to be echoing from everywhere about a small bomb but plenty more remain. whoever was sending this message they clearly wanted to show they meant business.
Upon arriving at the scene she helps put out the fire and quickly investigates the scene. she finds several remnants of the various components that made up the bomb and after a few scent samples she could identify any more bombs if she was close enough to one. After handing over the evidence she found her communicator goes off and it was her part in finding the bombs. she was assigned to a small group to investigate possible bomb site locations. She heads off to her first assignment spot.
As she arrived to the designated location she turns back into her human form and talks to the police that had a hospital surrounded. after the police chief filled her in she meets up with the other heroes assigned to help clear out the area of bombs. She greets them quickly. "the name is Fire Fox! lets be quick about this we cant waste too much time." after the introductions were out of the way they head inside. wasn't long before trouble found them. guess some thugs were left to guard the bombs an interesting sign that this was much bigger than a single individual controlling things.
as the group of heroes approached the group of thugs got there weapons ready and charged in. Niraya taps her necklace and summons her claws before charging in return. She pulls a couple of the thugs off to the side to spread them out. She does her best to weave through the thugs attacks and retaliate in kind. She wasn't trying to severely injure them but if she could get them to be unable to fight back for a short time than that would be sufficient.

The Unlucky Charm was a busy woman, slinking about in the shadows, catching criminals, picking up take out and running off into the night... So, maybe this particular night was one of her slower ones. For once, she was allowed to eat in between stopping criminals from causing chaos and mayhem. Take out was just what this hero needed. Greasy, chemical-ridden noodles. She hums as she stuffs the food into her mouth. She sat on a balcony of a building under renovations, looking out at the street below. Her legs swing lazily and the tendrils on her back were motionless. Mirai was so proud of herself; she had captured a criminal AND had remembered her goggles. It was a shame she didn't remember them more often, they really made her job easier. Three bites into her food and the building rumbles as an explosion goes off further in the city. She blinks and looks towards the source of the noise. Raising her wrist, she looks at the little screen built into the metal of her bracers and frowns. With a heavy sigh, she heaves herself to her feet and closes the container. "I'll come back for you." She whispers to the food, placing the container on the floor. Mirai fixes her goggles onto her face and flicks a small lever on the metal bracers. Five metal claws come forward and rest at the ends of her fingers. Taking a deep breath, the woman runs forward and leaps from the balcony. She hits the ground and gets up, running away from the building. Her tendrils snap forward and grab onto a fire escape, pulling her up the side of the building. Once there, she runs across the tops of them and towards ground zero.
It was absolute chaos. There was fire and panic in every corner. For the moment, she simply worked on keeping the general public safe and calmed down from the event. Her own communicator goes off once more and she looks at it curiously. "Work... with others..." She mumbles and sighs, thinking about the food she would most certainly not get to finish. Mirai wanted nothing more than to not work with others, but it seemed inevitable. Regardless, it was what she signed up for. So, she finishes her work at the site of the explosion and then heads onto her next destination, quickly and quietly.
Once there, she hops down and looks around, entering the parking garage warily. There were other heroes there, two she recognized, but had never met. "Unlucky Charm..." She says quietly in introduction, looking around the garage. There was tension between them, she could feel. This wasn't just an isolated attack. As if on cue, more thugs appear before them. the one called Fox Fire immediately jumps into action, prompting Mirai to do the same. She breaks off from the groups, running to the side to act as a flank. She runs into the group, tendrils poised dangerously. Mirai nimbly avoids most of their attacks, slashing at one of them with her claws. Seeing the few drops of red was all she needed for him. She slams her shoulder into him, knocking him back and then turning, tendril wrapping around another to knock him to the ground. There was too many of them to focus on whether her tendrils were hitting skin or not, so she settles for brute force. A few of the thugs move to attack her. Mirai falls back onto her tendrils and flips out of range of their weapons, trying to gather herself. She takes more steps back and looks at them. Another flank wouldn't work. Gritting her teeth, she snaps her claws and runs forward at them, trying to get as many of the thugs with her poisoned claws as possible. If she could make a few of them drowsy, it would help the other, more equipped heroes take them out.

Post by Itsuka Meka on Mar 27, 2019 23:39:18 GMT
A small figure walked out of the old block of apartments, in downtown Musutafu, whole body swaying as they dragged their leg, walking down the rusted metal steps with some difficulty and rather ungracefully. It wasn’t the most glamourous of places, specially not a place one would imagine an ex top hero to live, but it was where Itsuka Meka, formally known as Ace Pilot of the disbanded hero group Iron Flowers, currently U.A instructor resided. Shabby it may look, but actually the whole neighbourhood was pretty safe, but that may or may not be because of the rather notorious “villain killer” hero lived there for the last few years now, and well, rumours or not the more unsavory characters who would sulk around the streets seemed to avoid it now. And the rent was cheap. A win/win for everyone. He had been napping when his smartphone playing a video by itself alarmed his pet micropig- Bacon, and in turn his squealing woke the teacher up from his slumber to his dismay. He was half asleep for the random guy who was talking in the video but the blast snapped him out of his sleepy daze. Large scale public chaos. Just like him. The kind of Villain Itsuka loathed. Just thinking about it made the usual blank eyes seethe with anger, just for a split moment before the emotion faded away into the abyss again. He was mildly surprised to get a SOS message from the Hero Association- was he even still in their database?? It seemed so. Following the instructions somewhat of the Hero Chat and the message sent, Itsuka changed into his usual gear- skin tight black bodysuit made from a stretchy material...what did Doc call it again? He forgot… Well anyway, that and his support item bracelets and headset. Making sure Bacon was locked up in his cage, Itsuka left his apartment and once on the road, he pressed his bracelets and leg hoops as well as his headset, all of them whirling softly as his support gear slid to fit onto his body and his harpoon tail piece fell to the concrete floor with a loud clunk, his slightly limp body sagging from the combined weight. The black haired ex hero took a deep breath, before he opened his eyes, a multitude of colour sparking across his irises as his quirk was unleashed, his whole body straightening up from its usual listless state to full, proud composure. “Itsuka... Sortie.” He uttered out of habit before he tensed his legs, pushing off at an alarming speed down the road. He had to admit, running around like some kind of pro hero for the first time in almost a decade… he realised how much he really missed his group. The crackle of his headset, the voices on the group voice connection...They were like family to him. And he had ruined it all. Well no point crying over spilt milk now. Time to defeat the bad guys. A blur of white-red-grey-black sped up the carpark of the hospital, the blur speeding up a police car (denting the bonnet in process) before flying straight off the top of the roof, doing a somersault in the air and landing rather gracefully infront of the other heroes. “...guess I’m kinna early…” Itsuka mumbled to himself. Where was Aoi? He supposed he should turn his quirk off for now to conserve energy, god knows this may be a long long night (though he wasn’t planning on making it one.) So he had to be quiet. This limit was exactly the reason he wasn’t a hero anymore… the operation had made things so much better but it was still so annoying… Doing so brought his limp stance back, one of his eyes looked strangely lifeless, empty. “...Who you guys?” He frowned, looking at the two women in front of him. Fox girl and tentacle lady. Right… The veteran ex hero was going to suggest some kind of tactic talk as he had no bloody idea how to deal with bombs when a few of these thugs attacked, causing him to have to reactivate his quirk and the other two sprang to combat. “... we haven’t finished tactics meeting…” He said in his deadpan tone as the tail-like attachment to his suit whipped out, catching one of the white coloured men across the waist, sending them flying a couple of meters. “Um...could you guys just… stay over there for a bit? We need to strategize and...stuff.” He called out to the thugs, who had now been beaten down and some unmoving while others backed away. “...so yeah. As I was saying. Who are you guys?”

Post by Aoi Sato on Mar 28, 2019 1:48:16 GMT
Just a few days ago, Aoi Sato was complaining about how boring her last few weeks since anything excited happened. She should have kept her damn mouth shut. There was no way she could have known some maniac was going to oblige her complaints and spread bombs all across the city. Somehow, they also put them at her school and a hospital. What sort of monster does that? Regardless, it did not matter. She was going to beat whoever's dumb idea this was into a puddle and then set it on fire. Aoi would be the last to admit it but she was worried for her students. They had not have gotten enough schooling to prepare for something like this. Putting on her gear, she grabbed her weapons from her apartment and her modern armour to protect her from common weapons criminals use.
Because she had to get her gear, she had run a bit late. Dashing to where they planned to meet, Aoi appeared to see some beat up thugs and her hero compatriots. Holding her naginata behind her back, she slide in next to Itsuka. "Sorry I'm late for the party, Itsuka. Forgot my gear was at my place, not the school."
Looking over the other two people, she sighed a bit. This was going to be interesting. Usually, the heroes of the city would handle this but due to a shortage, she had to help out with Itsuka. "Tranquillity, pleased to meet you. Heads up, listen up if I'm singing. My quirk can incapacitate people if I sing to them but it's area of effect so if you don't hold your hands on your ears it would have an effect on you." Aoi did not bother to whisper as she knew the villains probably knew her quirk.

Post by Chihiro Takenaka on Mar 28, 2019 2:06:35 GMT
Her thick, tightly coiled locks are still dripping from the rain earlier. Her usual ponytail was, rather than poofing up, now heavily weighed down with water. Her Rapella Umbrella could serve as an actual umbrella, sure, but having it open when she was free running was a pain. The latent moisture made it all the harder for her to safely climb and land, but she did it until the police cruiser arrived at her location to take her to the hospital. She was a little honored to be one of the heroes called upon to deal with this. But, her stomach couldn’t help but churn over what she’d seen on one of the electric billboards. There was also the sickening rumble of the electronics store being destroyed. She had been too far away to go help with that, and too quickly called upon for the hospital situation to go see what had happened there. Ashiya… Chihiro puffed a cheek out as the police cruiser pulled in by the hospital. She said a quick thank you to the officer before she realized, sullenly, that she didn’t know any villains by that name. Then again, she was a rather young pro hero – perhaps it was someone older who hadn’t been active in a while; or, alternatively, someone very new to the scene. She couldn’t help but wonder what the motivation for all of this was, either. There had been the weirdness online after this, as well… She wished everyone would just speak to one another, at least among heroes. Transparency would really make solving these sorts of problems easier. As would any amount of patience. When Chihiro made her bouncy way to join the others in the garage, it quickly descended into chaos. The heroine yelped in horror, narrowly managing to redirect a pipe blow that probably would have cracked open her skull if she’d been a second slower. The side of her palm stung for taking the blow, but better redirected and stinging than landed and brained. It was rather a shame this wasn’t the place at all to be making niceties; Chihiro knew a few of the heroes she was presently working with, though it was the sort of ‘knew’ in the same way one knows a celebrity; observation and such. Still, if she weren’t currently trying to figure out which one of them would be most likely to be able to make a nice partner (read: a shield) for the evening, she might have enjoyed the company more. But, as it was? She was doing her very best to avoid being hit. Still, upon listening to Tranquility’s introduction, she grinned. “Oh, perfect! I’m Heartstrings – my quirk’s like yours, but I heal!” Chihiro squealed, barely avoiding having a knife swung at her. She was strategically falling back closer to Tranquility and Ace Pilot. Yes, that was it; certainly not running away. “Uh… I should probably take opposite end of you, huh, Tranquility?” Their area of effect overlapping wouldn’t do anyone any good. But, as she looked over to Fire Fox and Unlucky Charm she thought to herself, no, actually, she didn’t want to get accidentally burned in her very flammable suit and Unlucky Charm’s tentacles seemed as if they’d be best used if there was no one close she had to watch out for.

ROUND 2 It was odd how these thugs were moving about. Most human thugs with any common sense wouldn't just charge an enemy; let alone without any semblance of understanding how various weaponry works. For instance, as niraya pulled some aside, she would feel a few attempted pistol whips that didn't feel all that painful alone. Or even just small clubs. None with an amount of force that one would consider lethal. But as she retaliated, it didn't take long until POP POP POP POP POP POP. Seven gone, exploding into confetti. Not without lack of trying, but they were... rather fragile, comparatively. It wasn't even just Niraya. Mirai Jo found herself facing off with a number of mooks herself, yet almost with enouh force from her slashes, she got the POP's too. To the point of five busting out into confetti booms! Not even a need to make them drowzy, because it seemed like they just were way too flimsy for their own good. If they didn't think themselves insanely powerful yet compared to these mooks, Itsuka Meka found himself grabbing one of them, and tossed him a couple meters, flying into , grabbing along another four on its path. POP POP POP POP POP as they smacked the red car closest the entrance. The car alarm turned on and began to ring out throughout the parking garage. Aoi Sato came in just in time to hear the car alarm go off. This couldn't have been everything, right? Even so, with Chihiro Takenaka entering the fray, it seemed that the remaining eighty or so white-skinned, white-masked thugs still came running. Swinging weapons with none of the apparent flare, none of the skill. Like a brainless mook. Pistol whipping with a full clip of ammo, using the big side of a baseball bat as the handle and smacking with the handle of it, even swinging knives with the blunt end of the weapon. ... it was kind of funny, actually, how these were the guys left in charge of seven separate bombs located in the parking garage. If they died this easily, perhaps they'd be done in time to sleep on time. It was easy. Way too easy for the group, and as Kadan Sorozoki would wait outside before entering, just in case, it seemed clear that having this many heroes might have been overkill. Who needed THIS MANY heroes in one place? What was the end-goal? As the car alarm continued to echo throughout the parking garage... was it truly that easy? REMAINING: 80 White-Skinned, White-Masked Thugs

Niraya was noticing how oddly frail the mooks were. no sooner did she notice this that they began popping like balloons. "OK...either someone has a really funny idea on how mooks work...or this guy isn't even trying. She takes a deep breath and notices more were popping everywhere. where they all balloons. Niraya didn't think too hard on this but rather speed up the process by forgoing guarding for an all out assault. she would thin the number very quickly. How she went about this was slash them all. balloons pop when they are cut open if they were a real person they wouldn't pop thus making it easier to find the possible quark user...or whoever made these balloon thugs.
She doesn't hesitate to land a strong hit on any of the thugs should they be real they should at least be able to take a solid hit from her claws. otherwise what was the point of having them guard a bomb site. She works swiftly as time was of the essence. the faster they cleared out this floor the quicker she could try and track down a few bombs scattered in this section of the hospital.

I am never, ever, leaving home without my gear again. Theoretically, Kadan could have gone without. She would be deaf while melted anyway, so her communicator was passable, and especially theoretically, she could forgo her uniform- though that would mean either sacrificing her clothes or limiting her ability by holding on to them. Kadan opted to take the extra minute to suit up when the call to action drew her.
Equipped with her black and green suit, capable of melting along with her, a communicator, and a basic first aid kit, Kadan raced to the designated location apparently just a bit too late.
Something about the building gave Kadan an uneasy feeling. "Necrocyte. Securing the perimeter." So she did. From what she could tell from the voice channels, there was no shortage of enemies, and curiously enough, they seemed to be fakes. Dots began to click together in Kadan's head- masked, weak minions, she had seen them before a few times, mostly committing petty crime. A slight pang of worry struck her chest. She touched her communicator as she rounded another empty hallway in the first floor above, rounding up any remaining stragglers she found who could get out of the building and directing them to evacuate. "If you see any green or yellow masks, be careful. Those ones should be tougher!" she said into the device on her ear.
Still, something worried her. Why would that villain send their weakest guys to defend these bombs. Are they fakes too? is this a distraction? The gears in her head turned more, she began to come to some conclusions. It's possible these are the only minions they had to spare... It stands to reason that tougher minions would be harder to make, or perhaps there's a limit on how many they can have... Either way, this building needed to be empty. When Kadan had done all she could, she would find an air duct or elevator shaft.
Kadan's form melted away as she touched the narrow cracks into the passage leading below, her mass slipped away as she poured her slime through, down into the tunnel where she would drop with a wet splat before reforming. She skid to a halt, finally united with the group of heroes on the correct floor.
A long, thin spear of purple slime launched from the back of the room to splash on the chest of one masked thug with a horrible sizzle before quickly slithering back to the translucent woman now running up to join them. As the slime returned to her arm, Kadan casually introduced herself properly as she scanned the area for a way through to the bombs, and anyone wearing a different colored mask. "Hello again. My quirk is-!" She struck at thug charging her with a blob that used to be her first, burning it with her acidity. "I turn into acidic slime. I'm deaf when I transform fully. Fair warning."
Another thought occurred to her as she caught another charging thug in her mass by melting completely. Could a tougher one be disguised as a weaker one? Better not hold back...

Aoi could feel her eyes roll into her head. This is what they call heroes now? Well that sure was interesting. Most people she knew from her more active hero days was her. Regardless, it did not matter. She had a job to do and she was going to do it damn well. Watching the henchmen pop like balloons was a relief to the hero. It meant the large group of individuals was going to be an easy job to take care off. Once those people are gone, Aoi can figure out what to do with the bomb. Knowing she did not need to use her quirk, she unsheathed her naginata's blade. Taking a deep breath, Aoi dashed into battle. Picking a group of henchmen on the opposite of end of the other hero, she put on a devious smile. Dashing across the street, she smoothly slashed at the henchmen she passed. One, two, three, four, five, and six. Aoi was not counting but it was at least 10 or so minions she should have slashed. Eventually coming to a slide on top of one of the car's hood. Waving at the other heroes, she threw one of her kunai into one more of the henchmen. Taking a quick break to breath, Aoi wondered how the others were doing based on what was happening. Usually, Aoi would tunnel vision when she was fighting. It made it easier for her to focus on the goal: Taking out the enemy.

"...Hey Aoi." Came the one word answer with a wave of the hand to his colleague. When the girl with the cotton candy coloured fluffy hair (looked kinna tasty. Wonder what it would taste like...) said she was Heartstrings, the ex Hero remembered that name in the chat. "Oh. You're the healer." He said simply, his multi colored eyes glowing like a digital screen in the dimly lit garage. He guessed the other two heroes didn't want to name themselves, (maybe they were uhhh... what were they called again? Vigilantes) but he didn't care. They would be called Fox girl and Tentacle woman now. When the men in white simply... Popped, showering the whole area in fun party confetti, the small black haired man gave a slow, admittedly surprised blink. Huh.That was not exactly what he had expected, not in the slightest. So these weren't even real people huh? Well then things got easy... A devilish smirk played up on Itsuka's usually bland features. "Hey do any of you guys... know how to do bomb things? Cos I dunno, so it's probably best I don't touch them. I'll just get rid of all these white things, cover if anyone needs help and someone who's smarter than me can deal with the bombs..." It was more of a statement then a suggestion or question with Itsuka and his words, to be honest time was of essence to him before he became effectively crippled again and rather useless so he didn't want to waste time. ...that, and the fact he just was an impatient creature by nature."Hi slime lady." He said to the purple woman who just came in to the party. He may or may not have seen her at school. He wasn't sure. He was kinna bad with names. And faces. maybe she was a teacher? Who knows. Oh well, she seemed to be a hero. Maybe. "So yeah. Someone check out the bombs. I'll clear some space." Itsuka repeated before he reached out to his side and pulled out what looked like a police baton. Pushing a button on the side, a loud metallic sound was heard as it rotated and expanded, before the handle extended into a large club like weapon made out of glistening black metal. "Shout if anyone needs help." He added before he pushed off on his feet, charging at the nearest pack of white men, swinging his weapon at them, his quirk concentrated on his arms for strength. It had been a while since he used his battle mace as the kiddles never got him pushed far enough to have to use it, so it felt rather good to be able to pull it out. Let's go all out.

The first confetti pop was startling. The second, and every one after, horrified Chihiro. Her eyes widened; it was not at all her first time seeing death – how could she have never seen it before, being twenty-three and working in heroics since her late schooling? - but entirety of the scene disgusted her.
“S-Stop that,” she half-said, half-swallowed down. What if they were alive? What if they were suffering? They were intelligent enough to fight! Perhaps they were just extensions of something else, of no more consequence in the long run than beating down a villain in order to restrain them in the end. But, she didn’t know that and no one had assured her that they were not people. They were too person-like in form for her to not quiver as her fellow heroes set mow them down and she could not help but think of the possibilities. What if there was a quirk that could do this to people? She already knew very well from her own private interest in social matters that a person could, with disturbing ease, be rendered no more than a chemical zombie... What stretch of that could a quirk do in the wrong hands, for the wrong purposes?
Was all of this violence playing into the hand of some mastermind, cruel in every calculated step? Perhaps. But, right now, what was certain was this: Chihiro had just wasted a full fifteen seconds immobile and terrified of her temporary teammates. She berated herself mentally, tearing her eyes away from the party décor gore, and bit her bottom lip to re-gather her senses.
(Troll tracks. Five people, one. Somewhere, parallel to her soul, she pressed switch to change tracks. These white masked mooks might be suffering. But, it was certain that bombs really would cause death if she didn’t help find and disarm them.)
And, speaking of disarm… Chihiro, with the rest of the team busy fighting the underlings, took up Itsuka’s insistence that someone handle the bombs. With her bouncy heels and running skills, she might be best suited for mobility. Even so, she couldn’t help but be a little cautious. Maybe she should borrow a bat. What about those water guns? They might help even a little if she needed some liquid… But, as she picked one of the pistols up, she realized with horror that the weight was incorrect. Wanting desperately to be wrong, she emptied the magazine. Nope! Real bullets, real gun! Nervous, she resisted her impulse to throw the gun away and instead set it down on the ground.
“Um, Necrocyte, can you melt inorganic things? ‘Cause, uh, the guns are real, and if things get hot in here,” from either Niraya, or the bombs going off, “I think it’d be good if we didn’t have bullets firing off. Y’know?” She sort of hoped Necrocyte would say yes. If she did, then that would be a relief to Chihiro concerning the masked creatures, as well. Perhaps they were not living at all if acid that destroyed the inorganic could also vanquish them.
Regardless, Chihiro picked up a now discarded bat for her own safety before stowing her Rappella Umbrella on her costume and bouncing away from the worst of the fighting to try and find the bombs. Hopefully, the police force would have the good sense to bring a bomb crew along, but she hadn’t thought to ask while she was down. Maybe she could poke her head out of the garage and ask once she found the bombs…
Her allies were very good, and Chihiro was not attacked once before she spotted the bombs after a good look around. She hopped up, hanging off the pillar that one of the two was on like a little squirrel. She grinned, waving the bat to catch everyone’s attention before pointing at the other. “Here’s two! If the police have a bomb squad, we’re set!” She frowned, though. “… These are support beams, aren’t they?” She quietly around. There were other bombs here.
Were they all on support structures? Did the villains mean to bring the hospital down on top of itself?!

Her claws sank into what she thought was flesh, but when they exploded in confetti, Mirai was taken aback. She hops backwards, footsteps light and sounding almost like they were across the parking garage. She steps back until she is in line with the two remaining people. The teacher, one she recognized as Aoi Sato from her days at UA, was already in the fray; doing what she did best. Mirai takes a breath and glances to the remaining two. She looks over at them and furrows her brow. The girl there had cute, fluffy hair and...a rather adorable face. With a dainty, cute smile...
'Get it together, Mirai.' She chides herself, inwardly shaking away the invasive thoughts. Even if she did find them to be true.
Regardless of that, her green eyes shift over to the male- the only male, she noted- of their impromptu group. He certainly looked familiar.
"Bombs?" She questions quietly and then shakes her head. Mirai could feel her ponytail starting to fall out of place. She snaps her claws back and raises her hands, tightening the band. It was in that extremely of topic moment that she recognized him. Just barely containing a squeak of surprise at the sight of this, now ex, pro hero, she faces the white-faced creatures.
Her attention is diverted at the sight of not only someone familiar, but someone Mirai was comfortable around. A small smile touches her lips as Kadan slips into the parking garage.
Mirai did have some training with bombs. Her old mentor made sure she had at least some basic knowledge with them. "I will go." She mumbles as the male takes out his baton. "Don't touch my tendrils." She tells the two people there. In all fairness, Mirai could have explained what her quirk is and what it does, but that would have taken up too much time and would have required more speaking than she was capable of at the moment. It would suffice and they would understand that something bad would happen if she did. Taking a breath, she adjusts the goggles on her face and snaps her claws back on. Her tendrils snap outwards and she diverts away from the main group, heading to deal with the bombs themselves. She is nimble and quick, knocking any of the white-faced thugs out of her way as she approaches the first pillar.
Her eyes study the bomb and she retracts one of her clawed hands, looking at it as she starts to fiddle with wires. Hopefully she was able to make quick of this situation before it blew up in her face. Mirai had to stop the smirk from forming on her features at the completely awful pun that decided to surface in her mind.

ROUND 3 Too easy. POP POP POP POP POP POP POP POP! Eight more pops came from the slashing of niraya 's claws. It seemed like one after another, the white masked thugs would explode into a fun-sized confetti boom. Every strike mattered, and even so there were a few spots they kept hitting to bruise Niraya. Though, bruising would be an overstatement. On the other hand, as Kadan Sorozoki found her way through the cracks and into the parking garage, she landed on one such white-mask, and melted him into a dying POP. The spear she sent out to take one worked just the same, as did the white mask coming to attack her. POP POP. But even as more of these thugs attempted to strike her with a bunch of flimsy punches and kicks, they were no match. Adding to that, Aoi Sato would speed through the horde of white masks, and begin slashing through them one after another. Each one she touched gave a satisfying, yet not horribly dying POP POP POP POP POP POP, with the last one getting a kunai to do the POP for her. As Aoi would be right on top of a car's hood, one right by the ambulance, she would hear a quiet rumbling from inside of the ambulance... ... weird. Itsuka Meka found his own way too, releasing the K.L.U.B., or the Killer Lobbing Ultra Baton out, extending it to a giant club and swiping at what must have been six of the guys attempting to utilize pistols and knives inefficiently too. Just like everyone else- POP POP POP POP POP POP. All of them during into spaghetti streamers. Even as Chihiro Takenaka would think of them as alive, it became clear that even if they did stop, they would still attempt to inefficiently beat every hero up that was in that garage. As she would take a bat after speaking to Necrocyte, Chihiro would find her way around, spotting two of the bombs that were located on supporting beams. That made it clear. The moment she said it, seeing the very real bomb, counting down slowly, with enough explosive power to level the entirety of the hospital and everyone in it... her thoughts were only fully validated. And that was only two. There were said to be seven. Mirai Jo would begin her ascent up towards Chihiro, in fact, as she would smack away each and every one of the thugs that came her way, with four resounding POP POP POP POP's the journey over. How many was that now? As Mirai would close in on the first of the devices, it was clear that the number left gave them plenty of time to disarm, and how much explosive power this was. As she began to fiddle with the wires, three more white masks intended to follow. As a standard, it seemed that these white masks continued to chase after each hero, but it was clear how few were remaining. That's when the transmission came through finally for the heroes. "Finally! Can't keep me out of my own system! I OWN THE INTERNET! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!" came a familiar mad scientist voice. It was the good doctor himself! "Someone was jamming the signal out there in the land of heroism!" he made a laugh again, but became serious at the drop of a hat. "Okay, so the bombs detected out there have fifteen wires attached. They have enough explosive power a piece to blow the building up by itself, so you'll need to get each one of them. I know this is going to sound ridiculously cheesy, but just cut the blue wires!" All of the wires were blue. "All of them!" "Also. Careful! I detect hostile signals coming from all around you!" ... that was an understatement. But it seemed Yori had found a way to finally connect to the heroes! REMAINING: 52 White-Skinned, White-Masked Thugs

Niraya Huntsmith When snow falls, Nature listens. [attr="class","rainbow"]
Niraya was getting annoyed with how many masked thugs there were. She was done with this fight the bombs were far more important than these thugs. Niraya turns into her fox form and quickly dashes through the thugs she had slashing at them as she passed. Once free of the group of thugs around her she begins sniffing around hunting for the familure scent the bomb remains she found earlier had. She hears the comunicator relay a voice something about the bombs in the building. and how to disable them. "i do hope this guy is right." She keeps searching should a foe get close they would be clawed.
