After giving out her secret, Elke could feel a warming sensation in her body as the feeling came back to her skin. It wasn't that great of a secret, but strong enough to restore any damage from being too cold, and enough to repair a little bit of the fatigue in her body from extensive quirk usage. Knowing now that Ren was fine, she smiled widely through the physical pain she was still experiencing. It was good, no, great that he was fine. Eventually, Naibun's voice would demand Elke's attention, and her head would turn from Ren as the smile faded slightly.
From what she could tell, Naibun knew that his healing wasn't immediately effective and appeared to be aiming to get them mobile so they could get a closer look at any injuries. One thing stuck to her throughout everything they said; they would be informing their homeroom teacher. Panic ensued in Elke's mind. "A-a-a... b-but... it was my idea-ah-ah ow ow!" Elke's body moved quickly as she spoke, immediately claiming it was her idea and preparing to apologize but was quickly stopped by her injuries, seizing after the short movements. Luckily for her, she could stand. Most, if not all of her damage was to her upper body which made it difficult to move.
Rather than answering the Nurse's question about feeling and standing, Elke slowly began to rise, stumbling briefly but catching herself. Her skin was still numb in many places from holding so closely onto the frozen boy and feeling had just started returning, creating a very sharp tingling sensation. A quick nod was given before she picked up the blanket, and wrapped it around herself like a makeshift poncho. "I... I can walk too." With a slow turn to Ren, she'd continue. "W-what about you, Ren? Making it to the nurses' office shouldn't be t-too hard, r-right?"
Her demeanor had changed, knowing that they were in trouble, instead of the boisterous outward appearance she had earlier that morning, she now seemed like a cat visiting the vet as it tried to make itself as small as possible; for her, it was easy as she was still the smallest person in the school. Elke fully planned to take full responsibility for the entire incident, despite any objections from Ren if he had any.
