~Let Me Face My Fears~ [Watch Me Cry] All My Tears A dew drop hitting an ocean…
That was the best way to describe any electricity siphoned in Akihabara. The district certainly had a way of lighting up the streets of Tokyo on any night. The blocks were filled with overhead lights and neon as if they were stars that had fallen upon the city and stuck in place. Charming and welcoming, as stars were, people seemed to always be in Akihabara because of it buying the latest merchandise and gazing into the glass windows that mirrored nothing but glowing gadgets and promises of discounts.
It was the perfect place to go unnoticed!
People would have never noticed the individuals who had moved about the streets due to how bustling the place was at night. They were hypnotized by the glitz and glamor of the latest phone while individuals would make their way through the crowds with backpacks stuffed and clothing concealed. Flights of stairs reached into the subway tunnels, obviously, but there were some that just were not available. Certain routes closed off and some subways that were left alone due to some maintenance that was taking longer than usual. The risk kept others away, unless you were an adventurer at heart, and even then, there were other things scarier than hazard plates and signs that said “Under Construction.”
“No Entry...Sssssweeetheart!~”
If not a forked, serpent's tongue, than it was the many slithering coils of black would have chased away anyone else who had no business going into the subway’s downstairs. Others who were brave at heart would get a much more harsher greeting using a higher tone and less kindly words that came with venomous fangs. To anyone else who knew such a place and would be respectful to the organization, Geisha, and their poisonous bouncer; they would that her kindness was a warning before she would twist about in a ready manner as if she was about to spring forth. If she had to, she would open her gaping pale jaw wide to bite like a cobra even though the mutation quirk user was no more than a snake.
But a flash of the little ticket with a Gardenia upon it?
“Go ahead ssssssweety!” she would his in glee, “Viper won’t bite….thisssss time!”
The bouncer Viper who sat at the bottom of the stairs was one thing, but the elaborate tunnel was another. After making one’s ways past the rigged turn style, rounding the track, and heading further down the tunnel, the nearby maintenance door would already sound loud with uproars, cheer, and music. The walls barely were able to contain the sounds of the ruckus that was making a gentle roar through the ground, but was quieted at street level by Akihabara’s most likely. With a swing of the door however, one would see it all...and heart it all…
“And that’s the end of this charming little performance my darlings!” The sound of a boisterous female was stirring the crowd into a frenzy as much as the scent of blood and sweet. “The Fox could bit off a little more than he could chew of this piece of candy, am I right?”
If anything was more alarming than the number of people present by the hundreds, it was probably the elaborate setting. There was darkness that shadowed the corners, but there was beauty lurking within them. Teenagers, dressed finely in silk and garments of Furisode designs were having their eye cut to see anyone who was stepping into the atmosphere. They stayed far from the light that would shine into the arena that was a high cage that was weaved in green vines with bryer, blossoms, of red, and petals covering the floor. Surely, they had soaked up much of the sweat and blood spewed...and something of a syrupy liquid that was remaining from the most recent fighter.
“Give it up for Geisha’s, Sugar!” The woman would announce proudly, “Do not feel bad if you don’t make the cut darling! Not even the ol’ Bunny can beat her!”
Orchid’s eyes would roll.
From the edge of the cage, aligned with the rest of the Geisha members who sat idly by waiting their turns, he knew that the announcer, his mistress, was right. Glancing at the muscular pink blob girl who was standing within the middle of the caged area, hands changing from a stream of pink goo and back into an appendage, he would catch the smirk and glare of intimidation from the female who had just finished beating the masked young male. His Quirk, Fox, had not saved him from the female who would change into Taffy and would augment her body to meet her needs.
It was a troublesome ability! One that the rabbit had admitted that he could not defeat, and fortunately, he did not fight someone like her to be within Geisha.
“You know the rules folks...or the only rules, I suppose...” The woman would cry once more, startling the rabbit’s ears, “If you have a gray Gardenia, then sit back and place your bets! Geisha appreciates the generous bit of charity that comes from your bets on our tryouts! As for those who have a white Gardenia?” From her throne, Orchid could see his mistress, the brown skinned woman who stepped slightly to the corner of the light that shone into the room. The velvet curtains of red in a crafted, polished wooden box was like that of a throne. With a sadistic smile on her face, she would let out a cry of delight.
“Step right up and get close and personal with one of our little, performers!~”
Her arms spread wide with a welcoming gesture, as glistening red nails gleamed in the light.

812 Words | To every bustling city full of life and light, there was a seedy underbelly where people hoped to go unnoticed. Like a shadow to every light, these people would do their shady dealings away from sight and sound, hoping to not be caught. This was usually due to illegal and harmful activities that would earn the ire of the law should they be found out, otherwise, they were simply ways to do what people wanted without being socially ostracised for it. Japan as a society was still very much cagey about things that weren’t considered orderly, so those who wanted such outlets needed to ensure they weren’t found. This only fed in to the large underworld of Japan. Strict parents create good liars. One might wonder, then, how a bubbly pink-haired schoolgirl fit in to this whole scenario. After all, she was just a delicate little girl who loved fashion, inoffensive and not very smart. Certainly not given to anything that might be considered questionable. Right? Akihabara. Lights, anime, gadgets. It was effectively what everyone thought of when they thought Japan and technology in the same sentence. Everywhere you looked, tech shops, lights and electronic billboards. Not only that, but the huge amount of people walking through the naturally small space of Akihabara, entranced by all the screens and lights. So much so that they wouldn’t notice if anything else was going on. A pink-haired girl dressed in a fashionable, trendy outfit. The very air around her seemed vibrant, the girl with a bounce to her step, purse on shoulder and phone in hand. At first glance, she seemed to be like everyone else here, entranced with the environment around her. However, she was not one of those people. She was here with a goal in mind, a goal that is far less innocent than what someone looking at her might first picture. This girl was here to fight. Societal norms and expectations pushed her towards this path. She was not adept at the academic, and usage of her Quirk was declared a waste on someone like her. Still, she wanted to fight. It turned into an escape, and as she grew, it turned into cathartic release that she practically needed to get through the day. Simply training at a dojo wasn’t enough. She needed more, which was why she turned to underground fighting rings. With her Quirk, she fought and made a name for herself in those little places. The enjoyment of fighting kept her coming back even though she knew being discovered would have disastrous consequences. It was an addiction. One she couldn’t shake. And she was always searching for new places to find her fix. For this reason, she was easily lured by an invitation. The slip of a ticket and the location of a new place was all that it took to bring her to a maze of a subway, full of blocked off sections, whether for maintenance of whatever other reason. The pinkette, however, did not care. She needed this, so she went in without looking back. Past all the signs, past the scary snake lady, past all the twists and turns of the tunnel, and through the rather loud maintenance door. What she saw blew her away. An elaborate, organised setting. People dressed strangely well, a dark, yet put together atmosphere. This place practically spit in the face of everything she had ever seen before. High cage weaved into an aesthetically pleasing assortment of vines, red petals, blossoms. This did nothing to take away from the blood likely spewed in the cage itself, but it was strangely beautiful. The kind of beauty that got the girl’s blood pumping. Then the announcer spoke, which made once again established the fact that this place was far more organised than anything she’d ever seem before. It honestly made her kind of nervous, but the good kind of nervous. People she’d never seen before, fighting with far higher stakes than she’d ever fought. What more could a girl ask for? And now, she was armed with the knowledge that she needed a white Gardenia ticket to be able to fight… a ticket that she happened to have. Lucky! Looking around for a bit, she would eventually spot the people in the pretty kimonos. They looked kinda like Geishas. Seeing no other place to go, she approached them with the same skip in her step as always. “Hiii!” The sound of a sweet and entirely out of place voice would ring through the ears of the Geishas lining in wait, “Is this where we wait to fight? I’m new here, so I kinda don’t know where to start.” She said to them, idly waving the white Gardenia ticket to show that she was, in fact, meant to be there. She probably made a fool of herself, but who cares? She didn’t. Xenneth Hikari |

~Let Me Face My Fears~ [Watch Me Cry] All My Tears The crowd was in a gentle roar of excitement that would drown out much of the sounds. The stadium was cleaned in a matter of moments by the blob girl that would drag away and toss the last competitor. Her eyes shifting as if she was awaiting for the next the fighter to come to the arena. Intimidation would keep the other ticket holders at bay. Sheer force and power were not the forte of Geisha, but the gooey candy girl was an exception as many would know not to cross paths with Geisha’s powerhouse.
Well...except one…
“Is this where we wait to fight? I’m new here, so I kinda don’t know where to start.”
Murderous? Horrifying? Death?
Not singularly nor in combination could those words describe the look in the blob’s eyes as she would smile wide. A grin upon her face as she could see from betwixt the cage’s opening spaces and weaving vines with its blossoms. Her eyes joined in with the rest of the Geisha would fixate on the pink girl as if she radiated a sparkling aura in such a dank, dark setting. They were like predators looking at prey, but...first come first serve.
“Oh?” World famous words of a certain Geisha that was on the receiving end of the question. Hands were hidden by a bundle of cloth from the extra lengthy sleeves of his silky, kimono. They swept over quickly towards the young woman’s hands to swipe at the ticket suddenly. His hand would toss over in order to reveal its color. “Yes. White it is...I see!~” He sung in his usual melodic tone, “And now to decide...who would your opponent is to be?”
He feigned this question of course! With a roll of his blue orbs, they would lay on the sight of the pink girl within the arena. Her nostrils flaring as if she would blow steam like a bull. Her fingers clutched through the cage and its combination of metal and vines in order to clutch barbs that would make her flesh seep a thick pink syrup. She was absolutely overflowing with anger in the literal since, and he adored it. Either way, the young woman who stuck out like a sore thumb caught more than just the attention of the Geisha’s prized fighters who were having themselves a little feud.
“Awww! How precious!” The claw-like nails would reach through the darkness and cling to the edge of a piece of plastic. It would glide upon the woman’s face, slipping over her eyes to distort her beautiful brown skin covering all but her jaw line and crimson paved lips. “Seems we have an adorable one in our midst! Wouldn’t you know, she has a ticket too, folks! Unfortunate for you little girl, the top fighter tonight-” The announcer would step closer into the light until she was standing at the edge of the cage. Her ghastly purple dress like a shade of night. She lifted her finger to point to-
“It will be me!~” The rabbit would interrupt with a second verse, “She came for a dance with Orchidaceae, and so a dance from Orchidaceae she will have...and remember it so. Do I ever disappoint my mother?” The rabbit’s eyes sold the lie with an equally convincing seduction. Glossy pink lips would spread as they spoke a malevolent intent to push the blob girl out of the spotlight and to undermine his mistress’s methods for arranging fights. A quiet tension was between them….well...except for the blob who made her rage typically known with demonic white eyes and the growls of a beastly dog.
“Very well!” The announcer’s voice booming once again, “You’ve heard it all here folks! Our darling little Orchid will take on a pretty little new blossom!” The woman would spin around, spreading her arms as if she was the show. Nonetheless she would comply with the little seen that was unfolding. With a turn of her body, she would lift an index finger, the sound of a deadbolt popping before another curl of her finger would lightly draw the door open.
“Come outta' there, Sugar!” The woman would walk away towards her box leaving words in the air, “Let the two have their dance in the spotlight! I am sure the rabbit won’t disappoint.”
The rabbit’s eyes would lay upon the blob girl if only for a moment to convey his victory. In that moment, he had won over his darling mistress’s blessing. As the blob girl exited the arena, trailing behind her blotches of syrupy texture as her anger made her unstable, the bunny would turn to face the pink girl once more as the cage door remained opened for them to enter. The crowd filling with excitement would place their bets. Their money was, of course, on the well-known rabbit under the thumb of the mistress of the ceremony.
“Shall we go in to begin?” His voice filled with honey as he spoke to the newcomer, “If you would like to take a moment to collect yourself, it is fine with this one. After all, Orchid is worth the wait!~” With a charming wink, the rabbit would plush his sleeve to his cheek.

650 Words | Out the corner of her eye, she’d be able to see the arena quickly cleaned up by the blob girl, further exposing just how… unorthodox her Quirk was. She’d been to plenty of underground rings before, but none exuded the same energy as this one. Not only was it more organised but it was somehow more… savage. This wasn’t just a place to blow off steam, this was a place to settle business, where winning and losing meant more than small bets and being mocked for a few days. This was exacerbated by just how predatory the slimy lady was acting, eyes scanning the potential ticket holders, daring them to come up and face her. It was intimidating. Still, Saori did her best to ignore the girl while she tried to get some sort of information from the Geisha people there. The one who did respond was a cute little bunny person, quickly swiping the ticket from her hands to look at it. Saori blinked; this Geisha was more than met the eye, judging by how smooth and quick her movements were. A tiny bit of anticipation filled her at this; she kinda wanted to fight the bunny girl now. At least she believed her to be a girl, for she was far too cute to be anything but a girl, right? “Uhhh, I dunno. Who will I fight?” The girl asked with a sweet but utterly clueless smile, oblivious to the feud between the Geishas or what the bunny was thinking. She did, however, take note of how angry the blob was. It was a bit weird to her, how riled up she was over seemingly nothing, “What’s with that girl?” Was her only thought on the matter, though. She was, however, quickly distracted by the announcer taking note of her. Seeing that she was indeed in possession of the appropriate ticket, she made to open the gate to fight the incredibly violent blob girl— But then the bunny interjected, suggesting she fight in the blob girl’s stead. Saori blinked, a bit surprised by the sudden suggestion. She didn’t think she was that interesting, so why did she make the suggestion? The blob girl didn’t really seem happy at all with this development, snarling like an angry dog through the cages. Saori didn’t doubt that she’d snap the bunny girl’s head clean off if given the opportunity. However, that didn’t stop the announcer from conceding the fight to the bunny, who called herself Orchidaceae. What a pretty name! Probably not her real name, but still. For her part, Saori wondered how the announcer got her nails to look like that. But she had no time to think about that; the fight was on! The syrup girl made her way out of the arena, leaving blotches of syrupy stuff on the floor. Kinda icky, and a slipping hazard, but could be useful depending on how conductive it was… The bunny’s words snapped her out of her reverie, blinking and turning to look at her, she gave a sweet but notably excited smile, “Wait? No way am I waiting! This is so cool!” She said. A pause, before speaking again, “Y’know, you look way too cute to be fighting, but it’s not like I’m one to talk, right? Anyway, let’s go!” With that said, she walked into the arena. “Erm, by the way, since we’re using made up names, call me Overdrive.” She mentioned offhandedly as she entered the ring. She set her purse at the edge of the ring before moving to the other side. This was when she changed. The air around her, which always seemed hyper, became uncharacteristically stilled. She gained focus and breathed slowly and steadily. Little sparks of electricity began dancing across her body, and she’d look at the bunny with an excited smirk. She was almost a different person now. “So, do we start now?”Xenneth Hikari |

~Let Me Face My Fears~ [Watch Me Cry] All My Tears She seemed arrogant! Not to mention impatient! She was very daring and put herself in unnecessary danger!
Yet...he liked her!
Orchid admitted this to himself the moment he would see her walk into the arena in a fearless manner. She seemed to have a sweet attitude and even complimented him. It was uncommon in the undergrounds. The crowd were either dregs who were bloodthirsty or aristocrats that were money hungry. The Geisha had been standing by and watching each and everyone of them thirst, hunger, and crave for the fights. In the end, the genius announcer, the mistress and mother of her Geisha, would profit from it all and make use of the money. Even the dregs of society had their uses after all.
But the feeling was different…
The Bunny did not think so much of his mother’s whims or the starving people who profit from the fights after the Geisha mother would get her cut. He simply thought of the charming smile of the young woman who would call him “cute.” It was not common as the Bunny either would experience fear or utter nasty defiance from most competitors. He expected the young woman to be an easy fight that would not suffer the indecency of sticky syrup being slammed down her throat by force, but he had to admit, he was having his regrets seeing the woman acted so highly confident.
“Well-well!~” The rabbit sung as he watched the young woman walk into the arena, “Bunny-chan does not think he can wait either!~”
Orchid had wasted no time running into the arena. The cries of the many were nothing to the rabbit’s ears unlike any other night. He was way too excited to learn about the young woman who dared call him cute and make him like it! The nerve of her! The rabbit had a big grin upon her face, expecting to have her pay in full since she either took him lightly, or she was that certain of her ability. Either way, the rabbit loved to have himself a little playtime! It allowed him to show off to his “Mother” that he surely had been practicing, and that the pink blob was not the strongest of the Geisha even if her muscle was undeniable.
But...there was some doubt.
He was not sure why. Perhaps it was the aura this girl put off? She was visibly radiating with electricity that the rabbit could see with his very eyes. She was smirking with confidence...or perhaps eagerness? Either one would do! They were both cue and exciting the rabbit! It was a unique look for someone like her! It almost made it seem as if she was one of the Geisha who were freshly recruited and going through training. They were uncharacteristically charismatic as well as naive! Just seeing her expression reminded him of it...and it made him feel like this was playtime rather than work…
“Mmm! That expression on your face!” The rabbit would almost seem to fall over as his hands would touch down. His hind lifted up to show his basketball sized cottontail divide his kimono and his robe revealing the muscular thighs from his mutation. “You are right! You are too cute to talk about me!~” He could no longer contain himself! He had to see if the look was nothing short of a fluke...or…
“Yes!” He piped, “Let us dance now!”
The rabbit would lunge forth, rocketing himself towards the direction of the young woman not the least bit concerned about her Quirk. His body was sending him head first, as it would seem. With his hands reaching out, he would send them to the ground, palms down, and pushing off as he would send his body flying upward through acrobatic prowess. With his feet kicking over his head, he would stamp one down as he would attempt to close the distance between the two of them while kicking up, sweeping his leg outward to deliver a power spinning roundhouse kick as he flew through the air.
The danger did not end there…
The rabbit’s spend and momentum with those muscles made it a dangerous strike for the body of anyone who attempted to intercept it. Even more was the loose pieces of cloth that draped over his body. Weather he hit or missed with the hick, the bandages would lash out with his body, aiming to snag and ensnare the figure as he moved. The capture weapon acting like a snake to coil itself around the female’s limb or any part of her body to keep her close.
Yes! He wanted this dance to keep going! He wanted to keep her close so it would keep going!

Saori, at her core, was a girl who adored fun. She liked to go out shopping, talk to friends, keep up with the latest trends, and perhaps go out on a walk or two. However, the most intense and cathartic release for her had to be fighting. With that in mind, and the fact that she had a façade to keep up to the rest of the world, she resorted to less than legal means to get said release; it was like finally being able to eat your favourite food after having to keep away from it due to a diet. Once you got it, you couldn’t help but feel utterly satisfied.[break][break]
More importantly, Saori liked sharing her happiness with others. She was always full of positive energy, so why not make others feel that as well? She knew that sharing happy feelings with others made them feel good, and even if she wasn’t happy, smiling still put others at ease, so why not do it? Even if the people in the underground were all pretty mean, it was no reason not to smile, right?[break][break]
Right.[break][break]
But this bunny girl was just so precious! Soft and adorable and so huggable! She wouldn’t hug her, of course, that’d just be rude. Still, she was immediately taken by the mysterious bunny. Being adorable wasn’t the only thing to her. She was fast, polite, and seemed pretty smart! She herself wasn’t smart enough to tell, but she exuded the aura of someone who knew about a lot of stuff. This was shaping up to be an exciting fight![break][break]
Naturally, Saori’s experience in such scenarios lent itself to confidence. She regularly fought people much bigger than her small, schoolgirl self and came out on top. Even if this place had a much more intense environment, she was still not going to let it get to her. That was when you lost. Besides, she was too giddy to be nervous![break][break]
And it showed all over her body language. Despite the external calm she showed, she was still undeniably excited for the fight, like a child eager to go on a rollercoaster ride. To her credit, this fight would definitely be a rollercoaster.[break][break]
“Oh, my expression? Like, do I look funny? Maybe I’m just to excited, y’know?” She said in all her sweet, ditzy glory. It made her look like even less of a fighter before. Her disposition posed two very different and even conflicting sides to her. Still, it was undeniable that she looked prepared.[break][break]
“Awww, thanks! You’re really nice, y’know?” She said happily in response to the compliment, once again going against the stereotype one would associate with these sorts of places. However, she would not respond the same way when he finally declared his readiness, immediately entering a fighting stance reminiscent of karate, but much looser. She also seemed to be moving in fast-forward, like putting a YouTube video at 1.5x speed.[break][break]
Trained eyes followed his movement, contrasting the ditz she showed herself as very heavily. He was flying towards her headfirst, at impressive speeds, but nothing her eyes couldn’t follow. It’d be kinda sad if someone with a speed Quirk wasn’t able to do so, after all.[break][break]
A kick to the ground, launching himself towards her, thickly muscled leg spinning around in a roundhouse. She prepared to dodge, but wait! Pieces of cloth lashed out, looking to trap her and bring her close.[break][break]
However, she felt she could take advantage of this.[break][break]
Moving quick, she ducked the roundhouse quick with enhanced speed, keeping close to him. Seeing the bandage come at her, she purposefully let her left arm get captured by putting it out, standing up and pulling it back, pulling herself close to the bunny, within perfect range for her to box him. He was clearly a kicker, and while she was an all-rounder, she could still box at the speed of a pro boxer. One didn’t attempt to box a boxer.[break][break]
With that, a flurry of attack would come. She attempted to position her left arm in a way that left the bandage too close and loose, throwing a flurry of different types of attacks, from jabs to uppercuts to elbows, with each landed hit building up electricity.[break][break]
Five hits and a powerful discharge.[break][break]
Saori knew getting a wider range left her more vulnerable to the bunny’s clearly devastating kicks, though this could potentially lead her into greater traps.

~Let Me Face My Fears~ [Watch Me Cry] All My Tears Nice? She said “nice,” right?
The rabbit could not think of the countless times he heard such a word when used to describe him! Often it would fall short with some tone of disgust or sarcasm. The way his dear “mother” would say it was sweet and pristine! Countless times, he would perform to hear her praise! But this was different! This girl had not saw him move, throw a kick, but yet she would call him...that word. He would have to admit, for once, it felt…”Nice.”
Nonetheless, it would not be enough. He had spared no cruelty from his usual style of fighting! An elegant dance of flourishing movement mixed in with twisted acrobatics. Even as his leg would sweep the air, his smile would remain as if even missing was a part of the act. His head filled with certainty, and tilting back as he would lift his nose with pride. With one landing of the other foot, he would gain balance by snatching at his cloth in order to become leveled by a certain capture.
...and there it was!
“Hmph! As expected! Easy!~” He could feel the tension in the silk. She was a sweet girl, but like the rest, gullible! “O-oh?” Or so he thought. The silk had become loose and it was light. The tension was gone in a matter of a second, and as the rabbit would contemplate that his opponent had escaped...moved to the sides? Maybe even slipped through with her skinny agile body? The bunny would turn around and be greeted by something….daring!
“Look at here folks!” The announcer would cry out aloud. The screaming audience no louder than the thumping in the bunny’s chest. “This one’s a wild one!”
He would not have believed it if he was not seeing it, hearing it, and even feeling it as he would lift up an arm. A solid blow to an arm as the rabbit had found that this girl had advanced upon him while being snagged by the saggy silk. The piece of cloth sweeping along the ground and flying about like a feather with the impact of the first punch. “S-she let herself get captured?!” The rabbit’s breath returning after such a scare, “She wants to get close?!”
This was not a usual! Mostly Quirk Users were dreading the thought of getting in range of Mutation Type Quirk users. Their changed bodies indicated that close-combat was not in the best interest for anyone who approached. Even that silly little school taught the children that, but something was different, about this girl. “S-she can’t be some student...or some crooked intern hero.” his mind racing, “Even they are not this...this…”
The bunny would smirk. “...Interesting!”
The second punch would come, one that did not have a sting as the first as the rabbit had seemed to drop back his upper body. His arm would reach back while his legs would fly back to lift upward quickly. With a swing of his large feet and a turn on his palm, the remaining quick jabs were met with a roulette of spinning feet that would protect the bunny. Large rabbit ears were like antennas once again guiding his supreme balance, and a bit of trickery made obvious with a smirk and a certain “tightness.”
“Mmmm! If you want to get closer….”
The rabbit would reveal the tension of the cloth tightening. The spin was used more than as a playful dance as it woven the slack of the silk around his arm as he spun. The right hand pushing off as the left foot would sweep down to stomp the remaining tension to yank the female fighter and throw her off balance.
“...then let me help you!~”
The rabbit chimed, singing happily as the right foot would meet with a sweeping kick to strike the tenacious young girl. The rabbit, as usual, merciless as he was elegant.

A fight was a fight. One did not hold back when coming to blows with another, for it not only increased the risk of defeat, but was also an insult to the opponent. A fight was not only meant to be won, but it was also meant to be learnt from. Even in defeat, a true fighter would grow stronger, which was why it was even more imperative that they gave it their all.[break][break]
But that didn’t mean she had to be mean outside the ring! In fact, Saori loved nothing more than to talk to the fighters she fought against, to learn about the person behind the fists being thrown at her. It was interesting to her, and a reminder that every fighter was in fact human, and had a life outside of being her opponent. She never was one to shy away from social activities, even in shadier places such as this. If it earned her some mean glares, so be it! At least she tried![break][break]
And for what it was worth, Saori did her best to make others feel like that. Though she was intellectually not as bright as most, she was certainly emotionally perceptive. No one was just an iron wall; they all had hearts. At least, that’s what she liked to believe.[break][break]
But that didn’t mean she was bad at fighting! In fact, it was quite simple to trick the bunny into a false sense of security! She smirked as soon as she sensed opportunity. The silk was slack, just as she’d planned, and the bunny was too confident in their own abilities to immediately detect something was off.[break][break]
“Yup! Easy’s the word I’d use!” She quipped, tongue sticking out at him in a decidedly girlish manner as she felt one of the blows land on him. The perhaps familiar tingle of electricity would course through him at that, alluding to the fact that there was something more to her than just enhanced speed. Now it was just a matter of keeping him in that position. After all, she couldn’t beat him up without getting close.[break][break]
A tug! She could feel it, and she was already guessing he’d try to pull her in some way, but she was feeling a bit showy today! Maybe it was the atmosphere or the fact that she was fighting such a wonderful opponent, but she felt like pulling off a rather risky move. It’d reveal her entire arsenal to him really early in the fight, but who cares! She just wanted to have fun![break][break]
She’d exhale, steadily. With that one action, her body came alive with electricity sparking from it in a volatile fashion, just barely held at bay. A beautifully deadly spectacle coming from the bubbly, unassuming girl, “I think I do wanna stay close!” She retorted, and she acted as soon as he pulled. The bunny, however, did not act according to her plan.[break][break]
Having planned for a blow to him while still standing up, she committed to the rolling thunder kick. An ironic name, though the move itself had nothing to do with lighting. Merely a frontflip, kicking with the heel and aimed at the opponent’s head. He, however, would lean back and demonstrate enviable balance even when in such an awkward position. While she did manage to avoid the sweep, she’d only manage to hit his torso. With the electrical discharge, it’d hurt more than usual, and it’d knock the wind out of him. It wouldn’t knock him out, and at most, momentarily debilitating only.[break][break]
More importantly, she was now in a vulnerable position on the floor.

~Let Me Face My Fears~ [Watch Me Cry] All My Tears Pain or pleasure...he was lost on the definition at the moment…
At the cusp of his abilities, he would have believed that he was pushing himself to his limits. Ripping pain surging through his body as he would feel the impacts and be dancing on weak and withering legs. His arms would feel the street from lifting them as if he was trying to bring up mounting weights. His breath would be short and his chest would be ready to collapse and let loose with every bit of air that was held within them.
But this fatigue was nothing like that.
He was quite adoring himself this time! There was something about fighting someone who was getting a joy out of it as much as he had, and was not some snarky little villain who was looking for his five seconds of...infamy? Yes! That is what they sought and instead would find the rabbit’s footprint racing across their backside all the way to their bum. Most of them pushovers in the world of heroes and possessed no skill, even for an upstart! The young rabbit had not even given them a thought...especially now.
A smirk would come across his face that erased those past battles from memory. The young woman before him, speaking so casually in the inferno that exceeded the heath of a battle only elated him. Sapphire eyes were like glistening crystal as they would catch the glimpse of the young woman that was swinging her body with a rolling kick was gazed upon like it was a perverse peep show for the rabbit. His heart raced with excitement, his two front teeth showing with the rest of the pearly whites looked like canines of a salivating dog, and for a moment he had a euphoric look as he gazed at the young woman.
“She is dangerous...this close!”
The impact of her leg was a threat to that! A thunderous strike that threatened to separate them for a moment as he was at the mercy of not only a direct strike, but a powerful quirk that triggered unseen. The rabbit would feel his body be carried. Pure desire brought him to move his feet as a toe would touch down from his right foot, a leg would sweep, and like a tornado he would spin about as his hands grasped at the piece of cloth that bound them as if it was like life support to him. His skillful manipulation of the cloth allowed him to quickly grasp and weave it around his shoulders, his arm, and about his chest as he had taken his arms and embraced it tightly.
...and he stopped.
No doubt was the impact painful. The electrical surge danced along his body that twitched from the blow. Rabbit was not the best quirk as the young violet haired boy could feel the reason why in the face of electricity. The static danced along the light hairs on his flesh and even through his bundle of a cottontail. His eyes were behind a curtain of his feathery violet hair, but yet, his hand held onto the cloth for dear life that connected them. Slowly, the rabbit would lift his head as his smile, the vile perverse smile, was still visible along with a glimmer in his eyes!
“But I cannot help...but to want to stay close now, too!”
His training went out of the window! Strategy was lost with the elation! His feet would dig into the concrete tiles upon the floor. His eyes would stay pinned upon the young woman, and nothing else, as if his quirk was “Bull” instead. The rabbit would let his arms fall as the excess cloth would become slack again once more...but it did not last long. The rabbit would leap forth, his body airborne, he would spin about as he would draw in the extra slack in his cloth. His drop was swift as the young rabbit was killing two birds with one stone: making it so that she...rather they...had little choice but to engage one another in close combat and not to mention, getting close to come plummeting down with a powerful heel drop of his right leg. He would quickly drop like a bird with talons drawn.
Whatever it was, whether the adrenaline of the fight or rather the pure joy of the young woman who simply wanted a good fight, the rabbit was more than happy to oblige! He knew he could not do it forever, his body’s ache and the residual smell of slightly charred rabbit fur would tell him so, he still wanted to have fun with this new fighter.
