Jun awaited by the train station to go to Tokyo Zoo. Which has expanded a lot in the past century. Longer than that even. They even had seals! Which had been extinct in Japan. Still, he had messaged Daiki about dragging Fu-chan here if she had refused. He had also taken the opportunity to make sure this trip wouldn't interrupt Fu-chan's medical appointments or anything. This was a trip to help raise her spirits. And no one was going to stop this from happening! Of course, while she was the main guest of honor, everyone else was also invited. Helped that this was all going to be on his dime. After he had pitched the idea to his parents, and what he wanted to do for his classmate, they were completely on board. And made sure he had the money to do it. Sure, he wasn't as well off as Mika-senpai was, or Raph-kun probably was, he still had a good amount of cash to make sure he can do things like this. Of course, he'd also invite Yukai-senpai. But this trip was mostly for his class, and anyone else that adored Fu-chan. He knew somewhat that Daiki and Fu-chan were a thing, so hopefully he could bring her here. In one of his cute outfits, Jun had listed a time and place to meet up. While afterwards, he was going to stay in Tokyo for other reasons, he didn't want to be so early that others would miss it. The meet time was 9:45 AM. And they better show up damn it!  |

The last weeks have been miserable for Futaba. Outside of seeing Daiki, she had not experienced much positive activity. She had completed homework with the help of her mother. That was something positive in the sense that she was still keeping up with her school work. Sato-sensei even came and talked a bit to Futaba which was probably the friendliest exchange she had with her homeroom teacher in a while. Fu fell asleep in the meeting but apparently Aoi and her mother got along. It was curious to say the least. Regardless, Fu was on a train today. She got the approval as long as she took her IV drip with her and some emergency medication. Fu took the train by herself, noticing the concerned looks she was getting from some people. Seeing someone wear a face mask was not out of the ordinary but the mobile IV drip gave some concerned looks. When she finally got off the train, Fu looked around. She had never been in Tokyo so she was excited to be there. More importantly, she was excited to see the seals that the zoo had. Her face mask was themed for the zoo trip too! It was colourful and had seals, polar bears, and narwhals on it. Her mother had picked it out for her. Making her way through the train station, Fu felt a bit out of place. She really did not have many casual clothes. Her U.A. uniform seemed a bit out of place but she did not have much of other outfit options. Her mother did bring her some clothes from Otaru so she opted to wear them. It was her old school uniform from back home. After a short walk, she eventually got to the meeting location. "Hello Tomoshibi-san!" Fu said with a tone she had not been using in a while. It was happier, more energetic. The prospects of the zoo just made her happy.  |

Isamu… was not very fond of zoos. As a rule, he tended to avoid places with a large number of other animals. It was just easier that way. The other animals wouldn’t mistake him for an animal, and neither would the staff. Although zoos at least had the advantage that nobody normally kept cats as an exhibit.
He also wasn’t normally one for big social events, including class trips, but... well, he had a project in mind that required a trip somewhere to get some of the components, and the zoo just happened to be one of the more likely places. Plus he did want to support his classmate’s recovery, so…
Here he was, in the middle of a thick crowd of people. Well, not quite in the middle. He had opted to take the high road, travelling on walls, balconies, and awnings to stay off of street level, and now the nimble student was perched on top of an inactive lamp post, surveying the surrounding area for any other classmates. He was dressed in just a plain dark blue t-shirt and shorts, and his customary backpack.
Fu was relatively easy to spot, since not a lot of people were walking around with a medical IV on a stand. … Well, that was certainly a bit alarming. He leaned over as Fu arrived, tail stretched out as a counterbalance as he looked down from his perch. “Hey, next time have one of us come get you. You shouldn’t be wandering around alone in your condition.”
And with that said, he turned his attention back to the rest of the crowd. Ah, there was Hoden-san. He waved her over to make sure she got to the rest of the group and kept watching.

Jun quickly saw Fu-chan with all of her medical equipment. With no Daiki. He looked behind her and all around. But no luck. What. The. Hell. They were gonna have to talk about that. Huffing, he stalked towards Fu-chan. "And what, young lady, are you doing here without an escort?" But with her tone being what it was, he couldn't stay mad at her for too long, and his look softened, giving her a soft smile. "Sorry I haven't visited...I...I spend enough time in hospitals...I hope you understand. And hope this trip makes up for it..." He bowed in apology.
Soon after, Ryuuga showed up, waving at them. He straightened up and waved back. A little concerned that she asked if she could hug her friend. Was her condition worse than he thought? Isamu nearly gave him a heart attack when he appeared, even stating something that he wanted to say. Nodding in agreement with the cat, he also spoke again. "He's right, you know. Next time, give us a call. It's what friends do, help each other out. So don't even think about yourself as a burden. Anyways, today is all about you. And for all of us here, I'm gonna be footing the bill. So if you need or want something that costs, let me know. I have the currencies. Shall we?"
He led the way, letting Ryuga stay beside her. He paid for the tickets for all of them. Initially, the cashier wasn't going to charge for Isamu until she realized that he wasn't a pet, he was a legit person. After that cleared up, and got a map, he turned to the group. "So, where to first? Should we save the best for last or the best for first?" Clearly, the seals were the best. But he let the group decide the order.

Seeing Ryuga act the way she was made Futaba's heart ache. The people she cared for most seem to be blaming themselves for what had happened to her. At least, that's what she guessed from the conversation she had with Daiki-kun. Ryuga had helped her get into hero course again basically. The training they did was invaluable and made Fu like she could be a hero. Smiling a bit at Ryuga's question, Fu walked over and gave her best friend a tight hug. Lowering her voice so only Ryuga could hear, Fu muttered "It's okay, Ryuga-chan...Really. Don't you worry about it. Let's have some fun today." Fu pulled her away from the hug before turning towards Jun.
Giving him and Isamu a small bow, she sighed a bit "Daiki-kun seemingly was busy. I texted him but I didn't get a response. I'm fine to move around. Nurses said I really didn't need the drip but the doctors insisted. I'll be fine. I doubt we'll be here for 30 hours." Fu gave off a small giggle, her usually depressive manner of the last few days being replaced by a more upbeat demeanour. It probably was the prospects of seeing seals.
"I mean, I can spend hours just looking at seals but I want you guys to have fun too! So as people like to say, I'll let you guys be my guide." Fu gave a little childish hop after she said this. It felt like Fu was younger than she was.

Isamu scoured the crowds for more arrivals from their class, but this was seemingly the group that they had. It’d have been better if there had been more people around… it was just a little bit easier to slip away unnoticed that way, though he didn’t have much of a problem with that normally.
Isamu dropped without warning into the middle of the group on all fours, standing up again and lightly dusting himself off. “I would say the doctor’s orders trump the nurse’s in most cases…” He turned a flat stare on the guest of honor. “Himura-san, if you you need to stop and take a rest make sure you let us know. Don’t overexert yourself. Now, that being said… I don’t wish to see anything in particular at the zoo, so I will follow everyone else’s lead.”
When the cashier initially refused to sell a ticket for him… Isamu jumped straight up onto the counter without warning, fur standing up somewhat. “I am a person with a quirk—” he slammed both his regular ID and his school ID down on the counter “—and I demand you sell me a ticket or I will talk to your manager about refusing me service.” And if that didn’t work, he had a few other levers to pull with the management. He calmed noticeably once the last ticket was added to the order but still looked rather annoyed as he jumped back down to the ground. “Hmph. Let’s just go inside.”
