Training day. Yesterday was about studying. Learning from her peers and pro heroes. Understanding how they all were pros. From the words they left their lips, to their stance. How they presented themselves. Studying topics, such as science, math, English, heroic economics, rescue protocol. Every minute of her day yesterday was mental training. Learning how to be better within the mind.
That was yesterday. Today was about the opposite. A strong body is a strong mind, she heard talks of before. Therefore, her first idea was to move to the USJ, and train herself. If she can somehow extend the power of Dragonlung, she can make each shot devastating. Right now, five shots means she has to always, within a combat scenario, learn when is best to use it. And even IF she doesn't find that solution, more so than that, she has to train her body to match. Every punch from her fists needs to have devastating power. Above that, she needs to know how to grapple.
Kendo is one thing. But she can't guarantee a weapon all the time. Akasu-sensei would know that to be the case; that's why he knows akido. Therefore, to increase her abilities, she needed to train her body harder. Boxing and Dragonlung needed to be pushed to their limits.
Easier said than done. When she reached the simulation joint, she would be in the center, stretching her body. Her outfit the same sports uniform as before; especially with the problematically small top. Seriously, who makes these things this small?! Ryuga was just glad he was alone. No one needed to see her shirt open and to see her bra.
At least she was alone.
As she continued to stretch, she would make the usual warm-ups. Push-ups. Sit-ups. And light jogging. Sato-sensei suggested such the first day, and she was still sore from them. But no pain, no gain. So she kept going. Unbeknownst to her, someone had been present the whole time.
