Psycho Cure has a distinct dual personality that she seems to switch back and forth between when speaking, one that sounds like an over excited teenage gyaru, and the other a cold, vicious woman. She seems to always be bored with life, her actions not really being influenced by anything but whether or not something will be fun or not. She may decide to help you, or not, it all seems to be random and at whim, though behind her playful exterior, something far more dark and sinister lurks.

BACKGROUND HISTORY
An underground medical "professional" for villains who will heal anyone who she has agreed to treat beforehand for the correct amount of money. Noone really knows how old she is or where she came from, just that she seems to have been around forever meaning she's probably really old, but if you said that to her she won't be pleased, to say the very least.
She decided, 17 years ago she'd like to know what it was like to be pregnant so she decided to have a child, but upon having this said child, she realised that her lifestyle wasn't the best to raise a child in, and well, she didn't really want to change either. In an half assed attempt at being a responsible parent, she gave the child away to a rich family who were happy to buy the child off her for an extortionate price, knowing who she was. Does she regret what she did? Sometimes! She does wonder how her darling baby is doing, and keeps tabs on him. But at the same time, it was also the more interesting path to take this way, right? RIGHT!
She owns small clinic in Namba, membership per month is 500,000yen (includes no treatment cost) and if you don't have that, well, you probably won't be seen unless you have something really good to offer!

Healing! Touch!
Being in physical contact with her hands has healing benefits, due to her unique skin- for example, she can close up wounds by putting a finger into the cut (if deep enough) and healing it back together as she pulls it out- it is rather painful for the person having it done while she's going it, but it does work! It is always advised to let one's body get over the trauma after she's finished treating them, ofcourse by having plenty of rest.
Blood Expert!
Just by touching wet or dried blood with her bare fingertips, Psycho Cure can determine the blood type, and wether or not they have any diseses, toxin, drugs etc in it.
Forever 17!
Due to her quirk, Psycho Cure never seems to age much, if at all. She still appears to be in her late teens, though she is much, much older in reality. She has potent natural healing ability also, and is rumoured to be impossible to kill, though this is likely, a lie.
