There's no getting around it; Isaac is very small. At less than four and a half feet tall, he is easily dwarfed by those in the same age range, and that's not even counting the fact that most of his actual peers are older than him. He has messy white hair of medium length and sharp violet eyes that seem to hold a notable amount of intelligence behind them. He actually has a lot of muscle for his size, owed in part to the physical natural of his work, though there is only so much you can put on such a small frame. His skin is rather pale in complexion, which many might theorize is related to the 'ghost-like' nature of his quirk, but is more than likely caused by a lack of exposure to sunlight.
It is actually rather rare for most people to see Isaac in person, since he prefers to stay within machines whenever he has the option. As a result his clothing tends to be very casual and his choices in attire are largely practical, usually involving as many pockets as possible to carry around tools and supplies. As a result, vests and cargo pants are fairly common. Besides that, there are 3 common elements on his person at almost any time; a pair of protective goggles that are usually around his forehead, a large pair of headphones that might as well be attached to him, and a notepad of one kind or another for scratching down new ideas.

RUMOR/SECRET: | I heard he's actually 20 years old. Well, I heard that that he cheated his way in, no one can get through the program that fast. I heard he hasn't slept in over a week. |
Isaac is the kind of person who takes apart their parent's television when they're not around, driven by some strange compulsion to dismantle and analyze every component, just so he can put it back together again before they get back. He has an instinctive drive to learn how everything around him works, and frequently tries to come up with ways to improve upon what he finds. He is generally a very open and sociable person, but the second he sets his mind to a task he tends to lose track of the rest of the world in an amazing display of tunnel vision. Losing track of time is an almost constant occurrence, and as such he is commonly running late or missing appointments.
Despite being handicapped by his age and stature, Isaac is generally pretty good at making new friends among his peers. One would think that his natural gifts would make him overconfident or egotistical, but he is actually rather humble and is often considered to be a rather pleasant person to be around. While quite intelligent, his curiosity and desire to keep learning can make him a bit gullible at times, though his logic does often win out in the end. A strong will prevents him from giving up once he takes on a challenge, no matter how many times he fails on the way he'll just keep pushing, learning from each and every mistake. He's not a particular fan of failure, but understands that it is just as much a part of the process as success, and so is not afraid to be wrong.
Isaac's view on heroes is a bit... interesting. While he certainly respects those that put themselves at risk to protect others, and generally doesn't hesitate to help those in need, he believes that the current system is broken. Not corrupted and diseased, as many villains and vigilantes might think, but rather that the whole endeavor is more than a bit futile. No matter how many people a hero saves, there will always be those that they are unable to reach, and no amount of media coverage or heroic posturing will stop new villains and crime from popping up. He believes that there must be a better way to combat villainy, and has devoted himself to finding an alternate solution.

BACKGROUND HISTORY
PLACE OF BIRTH/HOMETOWN: | Kyzyl, Russia |
PARENTS: | Viktor Korzhakov (father) Marilena Korzhakov (mother) |
SIBLINGS: | Avreya Korzhakov (sister) |
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: | None |

Isaac Viktorovich Korzhakov was born in the Russian city of Kyzyl, the second child in a not-so-well-off family, in a not-so-friendly neighborhood. He never knew his mother, who went missing shortly after his birth, but grew up supported by his father and elder sister. Their family was a relatively happy one, and they did manage to get by, but Isaac's life was not an easy one. In the area they lived in, crime and gang warfare were the norm, and almost every day the boy would see those who had power preying on those who did not, even experiencing it himself as he was frequently subject to bullying in school. And yet this was the environment he would develop in, cultivating a quick wit and a strong creative mind in order to get by.
Like most children his age, Isaac was captivated by the ideas of heroism that permeated society. In addition to the constant onslaught from the media, his father would frequently regall him and his sister with tales of the 'glory days', and of the brave individuals he used to know. He would constantly hear of those who stood up against the evils of the world and kept the peace, but as he got older he began to notice the dissonnance between the idealized world the news portrayed, and the reality he lived in. If the heroes were shutting down crime and cleaning up the streets, why was the bakery down the street constantly being harrassed by thugs? If villains feared the pro's on top, why were people getting mugged in the streets on a daily basis? If Heroes were stronger than ever, why were the headlines and reported crimes always the same? These questions would only grow stronger after his sister, who had gone on to become a powerful hero in her own right, went missing and government officials 'urged' him and his father to keep the information quiet.
To Isaac's logical mind, only one answer seemed to fit what he saw; heroism as the world knew it, didn't work. He didn't fault those who followed the noble ideals and tried to protect others, those were notions he shared, but the system was flawed. The strong preyed on the weak, if his time in Kyzyl had taught him anything, it was that. Sure, there were those with power that decided to do good, but to his eye there were far more on the other side of the spectrum, and heroes simply couldn't be everywhere. And if heroes couldn't protect people from those that would abuse strong quirks, then the only solution was to try and level the playing field.
Not long after Avreya's disappearance, Isaac's father made a rather abrupt decision to move the family to Japan, driven to search for a daughter that he didn't believe to be dead. The move meant that Isaac was transferred into a new, much friendlier school, and while placement exams did initially put him at a higher grade level, it would prove to be too little. Having originally dreamed of becoming a hero, Isaac's revalation caused him to change his plans slightly. A single hero can not hope to stand against all the villainy in the world, but by pursuing a less direct role, he could potentially change the equation all together. With a new goal in mind, the boy's drive was renewed and he began to fully commit himself to his studies. His teachers soon began to refer to him as a prodigy and he advanced quickly through all of the material they put in front of him. Skipping another grade, he quickly finished junior high and his rapid advancement drew the attention of his school's headmaster, an alumni of UA. After learning of Isaac's asparations and who his sister was, the former pro saw the potential that the boy held, and he was offered admittance to the famous school of heroes on recommendation.
Isaac took the offer, seeing it as his best chance to pursue his goals, and joined the support program at UA. Here his determination would continue to drive him forth and he would again push past everyone's expections. Working almost non-stop as he jumped from one project to the next, he practically demolished the milestones set for his year, and as a result was again pushed forward to a higher grade level. Already a senior at the most prestigious hero school in the world, at only 14 years old, Isaac has truly lived up to his reputation as a prodigy so far. That being said, his working habits have been called unhealthy by many of his fellow students, and since the new year started, his progress has begun to slow. His goals are just beyond the horizon, and now it's merely a question of whether or not he has what it takes to follow through, or if the young boy will crack under the mounting pressure.
THE ARMORY
(Click for Pics/Descriptions)
{Personal Toolkit}A carbon fiber box with all the basic tools one would need for the construction, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment. Since Isaac is on the small side, he sometimes needs his own specially modified tools in order to use them properly.
{Hephaestus Mk. IV Crafting Drone}
A small drone that Isaac frequently uses while tinkering. The shell is about a foot tall and is equipped with a hover motor, high detail cameras, microphones, speakers, and a retractable cord for interfacing with other machines. It's arms can be swapped out with various attachments to fit the job at hand, such as manipulators for fine motor control, torches for welding, and precision lasers for cutting. While quite useful for crafting and repair, these tools aren't particularly suited to combat applications, and the drone itself is a fairly delicate piece of equipment.

{Rudra Mk. II Scouting Drone}
A recon drone built on a quad-copter frame. The drone is equipped with a high performance camera, microphone, a twenty foot motion detector, and a single deployable arm that can lift up to 10 lbs(4.5 kg). While the extra equipment weighs it down a bit, the frame is based on that of a racing drone and it is able to reach speeds of about 100 mph(160 kph). Of course, the increased performance does come at the cost of battery life, and the machine can only operate for about 6 rounds under normal conditions, and 3 rounds when going at full speed. Built in solar panels allow it to recharge itself, but this process still takes about 4 posts, assuming the drone is in direct sunlight.

{Raijū Mk. I Combat Drone}
A heavily modified version of one of the school's combat drones, which Isaac put back together after it was destroyed in a training exercise. The skeleton stands about 7 feet tall, shorter than the standard models, and is humanoid in shape. The frame itself is capable of running at a maximum of 20 mph (~32kph) and possesses enough strength to lift loads of up to 700 lbs (~320 kg). A set of four stun rods are built into the chassis, one on each arm and leg, which have been modified to be removable, and adjusted to increase the impact of the numbing effect their shock creates. Beyond the normal equipment, the Raijū has been fitted with a number of maneuvering thrusters to give it increased agility. These allow it to execute quick bursts of speed, usually about 10 feet in any direction, but drain far too much power to be used for more than a second at a time, so no flying or hovering.
A self-charging generator powers the Raijū, but it only has enough energy to run for about 8 rounds, 4 if thrusters are in active use. When completely drained, the drone enters an emergency low-power state, where it is still capable of movements at 1/4th speed and strength, but no other functions are active. It takes 5 rounds to recharge enough to exit this state, at which point the drone will be left at half power.

QUIRK & SKILLS
Technogeist
TYPE: Mutation
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Isaac's body has a particularly interesting property that allows him to interface directly with mechanical devices. Upon making direct contact with any object that contains electrical circuitry and is receiving power, his body is able to convert itself into a sort of digital form that can then inhabit said device, 'possessing' it in a manner similar to that of a ghost.
Upon entering an object, Isaac gains access to full knowledge of said device's structure and can control any functions and mechanisms available to it as easily as he could move his own body. In effect, whatever object he enters becomes his body for as long as he is within it. That being said, he can't control just any machine he enters. Bigger objects take more concentration to manipulate, and he may be unable to control devices at all if they are large enough. His current limitation is around the size of a large car or truck.
Entering a computer or database with his quirk can allow Isaac to access the files within, and even 'hack' into systems, though doing so is a complex mental exercise that can occupy all of his attention for a prolonged period of time, depending on how advanced the protection is. At the moment he can handle up to high end commercial security, which takes about 4 posts to crack. Low end personal systems generally only take 1 or 2 posts to get through.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
As stated before, while Isaac is within a device, it effectively becomes his body. While this has a number of obvious boons, it does also come with some unexpected detriments. Inside an object, he has no access to functions or capabilities that the machine does not have. For instance, when entering a camera he may be able to see out the lens, but he will have no sense of touch or smell and no means of speaking, and won't even be able to hear if the camera does not have a microphone. This often results in some rather extreme sensory deprivation while he is using his quirk, and his mind tends to compensate by creating mental landscapes to inhabit, which also help organize the various inputs he experiences.
Being able to jump in and out of electrical devices would normally mean that Isaac would be incredibly hard to pin down, if it weren't for one simple fact. The act of digitizing or reforming one's body takes up a good deal of brainpower and concentration. It's not the sort of thing that can be done in an instant, and so he is unable to enter and exit an object within the span of the same post. He can instantly transfer from one device to another as long as there is a direct wired connection between them, but if the move requires that he actually reform his body, he must take a moment to process his environment, regain focus, and activate his quirk again. And again, direct contact must be made in order to activate the ability at all.
While there is no real time limit on how long Isaac can stay within a device, there are a few factors that can interfere with his ability. First and foremost, any device he attempts to use his quirk on must be receiving power in order for him to inhabit it. If the object loses power for whatever reason, be it the battery dying or being unplugged, or is otherwise destroyed, he is forcibly ejected from it. The experience is an extremely disorienting one, and basically renders him helpless until he is able to recover (at least 1 full posts after being expelled).
One final side effect of Isaac's quirk is something that he has to deal with any time he is in his physical form. After having spent so much time in machines that can move with amazing precision, the boy's brain has started to have a bit of difficulty dealing with his much less 'perfect' body. His coordination has suffered quite a bit and his movements can be rather clumsy as a result, with shaky hands, sluggish reactions, and feet that frequently seem to want to trip over themselves. With a body like that, it's a small wonder that he prefers to spend most of his time with in the metal shell of a machine.

Support Specialist
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Even from an incredibly young age, Isaac was always the creative type, always trying to make new things from whatever he had on hand, whether it be combining his toys into new shapes or figuring out how to make a catapult from silverware and tape. He took up various types of crafting and tinkering almost immediately when he became old enough to work the tools in his father's shop, and from there his curiosity exploded outward, stretching out into all kinds of fields. Isaac's time at UA has helped him focus and hone his skills further into the invention and production of equipment for his fellow students and heroes-to-be. While specializing in metal working, fabrication, and robotics, Isaac has enough of a grasp on the basics to be able to tackle most projects he comes across, and does not hesitate to do further research or ask his peers for assistance when it is called for.
Super Computer
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Having spent such a large amount of time with in computers and other electronics, Isaac's brain has gotten rather used to to the speed at which these devices can process information. While not super human in any real regards, his mind has been sharpened well above average. He has a particularly powerful memory and is able to perform even complex mental arithmetic at high speeds, allowing him to do things such as rapidly calculate trajectories for ranged attacks and reliably estimate distances at a glance. His reflexes are also slightly faster than average, though his normal body is often unable to take advantage of this fact.
Kali
RANK/LEVEL: D-
SUMMARY:
Growing up in such a dangerous neighborhood, Isaac's father insisted that the boy learn some means of defending himself. Viktor attempted to pass on a variety of martial arts that he learned in his youth, but most didn't really stick that well with Isaac's rather frail form. Among these, Kali perhaps fit the best. A weapon-based martial art with origins in the Philippines, the style does not rely on physical strength or reach, which makes it more suited to Isaac's stature. Through repeated daily drills from his father, he was able to overcome some of his physical limitations, and while still a bit on the uncoordinated side in his normal state, the knowledge and skills do carry over quite nicely when he jumps into a combat drone.
