It was a calm and peaceful morning, in the Tensin complex stationed just on the edge of Musutafu. It hadn't been used in years but luckily thanks to his wealth Byakuya was able to pay to keep it maintained. This building had everything, from multiple sleeping quarters, to two training rooms, a huge kitchen, an indoor pool, a home theater, a gym, a sauna, and a huge immaculate living room out looking the city through hug reinforced glass windows. Sitting in his living room sipping on a warm cup of tea Tensin contemplates his next attack. Seeing as his opening debut was in Musutafu, the ex pro hero contemplates on hitting another town as the Chaos Killer: Reaper. After all he wanted all of Japan cowering in fear. Plus thinking over his next move as Reaper helped him to keep his mind from wandering on whether or not Jetstream would allow Keni to be trained/mentored by him. After all the Jacksons and the Tensins were always rivals as they were the two biggest and longest Pro Hero Legacies in America. Though the Jackson never liked the way the Tensins went about their hero work. Though after the Flying Javelin left America to follow his beloved to Japan Byakuya's clan dominated the number spot for the time being, though of course the rivalry had started back up again after Jetstream and Thunderstrike moved to America. Sadly unlike his big sister and father, Stiyl Jackson, aka Thunderstrike had decided to stay in America and breathe new life back in to the Jackson Organization, and then of course there was the fall of the Tensin Dynasty.
How ironic that the Head of the Tensin clan was willing and planning to train the youngest Jackson Legacy. And not only that but that once everything went as planned the Tensin Dynasty would be rebuilt on the back of a Jackson Legacy. Oh how fate was twisted and unkind, a fact that the Jacksons would soon find out. Plus with Jetstream being the only one with a kid, and only one at that. It looked like the Jackson family's cycle of duo storm incarnations ended with Jetstream and Thunderstrike who together were known as the sibling heroes, StormBringers.
Still there was much work to be done, but for the moment Tensin was content. For Life had a way of providing one with just what they needed at just the right time. So why stress when it was such a nice day out.

It had taking a lot for persuading but Keni was granted an excuse from attending class today seeing as there wasn't going to be much going on today. Seeing as talk about internships had started way, and though those who knew of his heritage thought he'd automatically join up with his mother the young air user had other plans. You see since coming to UA the youngest Jackson Legacy had fought with a handful of students but only a few had actually giving him a run for his money, and one in particular stood out among the fray. The student's name was Jun, and he much like Keni had a quirk that was one of the five elements. Though unlike Keni. Jun wielded two elements, and they were powerful. So much so that Keni was left with a scar to remind him of Jun's raw power. Keni didn't see the scar as something to be ashamed of, in fact he saw it as a reminder that there were stronger people out in the world. And if he was going to combat them or stand beside them in battle then he himself would have to become stronger. As of now Keni was proficient and for some time that was enough but now he needed to be strong. He needed to finally learn how to control and utilize his quirk to the best of his ability. Not only that but he wanted to become a better fighter.
Back at the Sports Festival Keni had come across one of the few heroes he looked up to, even though this person was no longer a pro hero himself. Still he had knowledge and skills that Keni himself wanted to learn. So against his mother's wishes Keni decided to accept the man's offer to teach him and help him become a stronger fighter. The younger airbender had stressed over this decision for weeks but finally decided to go with his gut. And it was telling him that this was the right decision for him. This ex hero much like him came from a well known Legacy and had built a name for himself. Sure an incident had caused him to lose his hero license but right Keni was desperate. He wanted so much to reach the level that Jun and the others he fought had reached and he was going to get there by any means necessary.
As Keni came into view of Byakuya's huge compound the first year student couldn't help but take in a deep breathe as the gravity of the situation was now at an all time high. Right now he pondered on thee idea of just turning around and heading back to UA. For he knew once he walked through that door there was no turning back, and if his mom was to ever find out well that would be a whole other situation all together. In that moment Keni weighed his options and finally came to a decision. So with his mind made up the young 1-B student walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. Not to long after an older gentleman probably in his fifties would open the door with a formal greeting. The man stood six foot and wore a black butler suite.
"Hi, mu name is Keni Hedatori, Mr Tensin had offered to train me a few weeks ago. So I'm here today in hopes that the offer still stands. May I please speak to him?"
"Ahh yes Master Hedatori, Sir Tensin has been waiting for you. Please come in." answered the butler.
With that Keni entered and with those steps he took into the compound, he'd reach the point of no return.

"Come on dig deeper, I'll admit you've grown since coming here but you've yet to fully impress me. Now again!"
It had been a few weeks since Byakuya had began training Keni and though he was only a first year that didn't stop the ex pro hero from pushing the airbender to his limits and beyond. Starting from day one Byakuya had Keni training on how to consciously draw air towards himself and rotate it. This form of training took the young Jackson Legacy five days to master. Which was somewhat of a let down to the Head Tensin, for he had surely thought that the boy would have been able to pick this up on day one. However it became quite clear to him on that day that Keni's problem stemmed from him trying to emulate the way his mother uses her quirk rather than using his quirk the way it was intended. Which is why he started the young air user with such a miniscule task. From there he'd explain to Keni that his air quirk was nothing like his mother's or any other air quirk he'd seen. For unlike most air quirks, Keni's quirk didn't function on a physical level like most. Seeing as most air quirk users generated and or utilized air from their body or using their body. Where as Keni's quirk functioned on a more mental level. For Keni's able to manipulate, shape, and create air as whole. Which boils down to his focus, concentration, and understanding of how the element works and its applications. So before Keni can use his quirk for attacks and defensive purposes the boy first needed to be able to manipulate, and control the air around him with his will while remaining completely still.
Following his mastery of that the ex pro hero then started to have Keni learn how to infuse the wind with his natural physical prowess. Which led them down the road to aerokinetic combat, which is what he had Keni practicing on all now. It took two weeks for Keni to be able to do an air punch, and luckily after that it only took him two days to learn how to perform an air kick. So from then till now the Tensin Legacy has been forcing Keni to repeatedly do air punches and kicks until he drops. Day in and day out until he feels that that the young bender has finally become one with the air that he's learning to control, and can fluently/effortlessly use his quirk like one uses their legs.
Byakuya's interest in seeing Keni grow and become more masterful with his quirk was all part of his plan to use the boy later to rebuild his clan. He needed Keni to grow and impress masses so that when his death finally comes the world would morn the death of such a promising hero in training. And not just any promising hero in training, but the youngest Jackson Legacy. Yes this was all part of his plan and the fact that he'd be seen to have had a teacher/pupil relationship with the boy would pay out very nicely.
"I don't remember saying you could stop." Stated Byakuya as he saw Keni take a few ungranted seconds to catch his breath.

Punch after punch, and kick after kick Keni continued to launch air punches and kicks nonstop. And the few times he did stop to catch his breath Tensin was on him like white on rice. Every day he left Tensin's compound the young air bender could hardly walk. He was constantly tired but he didn't complain. If he wanted to get stronger and better master his quirk then he was going to have to put in the time and energy needed to do so. Sure it was a grueling few weeks but it was paying off, seeing as Keni could launch close range to mid range air attacks without the need for his bo staff. Sure it was only air kicks and punches but it was a start.
The first day five days of training were hard seeing as Keni had to learn to fully manipulate and control the air around him without a bo staff or any physical movement. It was hard at first but he quickly got a hang of it. Or at at least he thought he had picked up on it fast enough, but it was clear from Tensin's facial expression that he had felt it had taken to long for Keni to have mastered such a simple technique. But Tensin did help him better understand how to use his quirk, which he was going about all wrong up until now. So with all of that being brought to light added with the new results Keni had no right to question Tensin's method. For if it wasn't for him Keni might not have gotten this far if he was training himself all this time.
Now the Keni was growing the capacity of his quirk as well as his endurance by continuously firing off air punches and kicks until he physically couldn't any more. It was repetitive sure but it was showing results, for every day Keni did this he'd be able to go for longer periods of time before finally caving in. On top of that this form of training was helping Keni to get better accustom of using his quirk the right way. The belief was that if Keni continued to do this over and over again, he'd be able to use quirk instantaneously without the need of having to think about what it was he was doing or trying to make happen. The goal is for Keni to be able to use his quirk as if it was second nature. Once Keni could do this he could venture forward his training and it would be a far smoother transition. So for now Keni just focused on ahead throwing air punches and kicks and would continue to do this until his mentor said he was ready for the next step of their training. I'm going to go Plus Ultra no matter what! Though Keni as he continued on his training.

Though the training started off slow at first once Keni got his footing the training sessions started progress faster and smoother. It was becoming clearer and clearer every day that the expro hero and picked the right horse. Keni's air quirk was special but the boy wielding it was more so. Keni's drive, work ethics and mind were the true stars. For this boy was pushing himself in ways that not even Byakuya was expecting. Still all this was a means to an end and sadly for the boy with endless potential it would be his end. As Byakuya continued training and mentoring him he'd make sure to keep a keen eye on Keni, making sure the fledgling hero fully understood and grasp the wide applications of his air control quirk. As the days, and weeks went on Byakuya made sure to bond with the boy whenever possible, for if his plans were to come to fruition then he needed to have connection with the boy that would provide him the right needed to go and kill the Villain Reaper after he slayed Keni. So to that end He'd make sure to go out and eat with Keni from time to tim as to be seen with the boy. This further helped him to sell the illusion that he was a stand up guy, after all it was unprecedented for a Jackson Legacy and a Tensin to be seen together let alone enjoying each other's company.
Yes all in all his plans was working, and all he really needed now was to find a big outlet in which to show off all that Keni had learned and had become while under his wing. For he needed the world to see just how promising a hero the next Jackson Legacy. So that the out cries upon his untimely death would stretch across the vast outlets and who would step in to avenge the cries, non other than his mentor and outed hero Byakuya Tensin. That's right Keni grow, get stronger. Show the world your promise.

Following a low air kick sweep, Keni immediately jumped up and went into a hi jump air kick. All this practicing Keni was doing was helping him to feel and better understand his quirk. For the most part now the young air user could properly use his quirk without the need for a medium. But now the hard part of lesson was starting. For Keni now had to form attacks with using the air around him. Sadly known of Keni's air projectile attack where getting very far. The more he tried the more it was beginning to annoy him, for try as he might he either couldn't get the attack to go very far or worst it didn't have the speed needed to be of any use. Keni continued to stress and become annoyed over this unwanted dilemma and sadly this time around Byakuya was leaving to Keni to figure out on his own. Seeing as he had already given the user everything he needed to now make his quirk his own and that now it was up to Keni to figure out how to use get his quirk to do whatever it was a wanted/needed it to do on his own.
Attempt after attempt Keni couldn't quite figure out how to get his quirk to be able to launch offensive long ranged attacks. So after failed attempt after failed attempt Keni began to focus less on the power of the attack and focus more on the shape of the attack. Seeing as whatever attack he was going for needed to be able to cut through the natural air resistance. So with that in mind Keni began to think back on his battle with Jun, as well the two offensive attacks he already had before taking on this new endeavor. His air swipe had a crescent shape to it and flowed through the air perfectly without ever losing speed or power. The same could also be said about his razor wind so with all that in mind Keni began experimenting with different the shapes in hopes of coming up with a way to add a new offensive attack to his very small arsenal of air attacks. It was during his last failed attempt that he came up with a shape for the attack. He remembered how when fighting Jun he extended both his arms out behind him taking on a bit of a V looking shape as it was considered to allow the runner to be more aerodynamic. From there Keni also realized that planes and boomerangs also had the same shape. Using this as a blueprint the young air user began to focus on the shape in which he wanted to the air to take. He began compressing the air into a V shape and it wasn't easy. Seeing as compressing it to much caused the air to explode and not enough and the air wouldn't hold it's shape after being launched.
After many trial and errors Keni was finally able to to get the attack to form and hold. Much to his surprise the air attack itself exploded upon making contact with anything. Meaning that this attack was more of a concussive force somewhat similar to his air swipe but had more backing power. With this new attack far from perfected Keni began using his days to better harness and control this new attack. As Keni continued using the attack day in and day out the young Jackson Legacy would notice the look of approval and pride that dawned his mentor face. For Keni was finally showing to have control of his quirk and this new attack of his was proof of that.
Only after mastering and becoming more comfortable using this new attack did Keni begin to experiment more with it. Ranging from seeing how much he could produce at any giving time to seeing how big he could make the attack. Sadly though as Keni tested out these new applications of his attack he'd soon realize that at his current level how many of these air attacks he could produce at any giving time was dependent on their size which also determined the power behind of them. At this level the young air user could only produce two of these attacks at once if they were the size of car, and the power behind them were quite destructive. On the flip side though is they were say the size of a fist Keni could fire of a barrage of them, giving the power behind each of them one their own wasn't to impressive but together they could a little damage. Only after fully understanding and being able to use this new technique without even thinking about it did Keni finally give this new attack a name. "I'm going to call this move, Dancing Blades!" Smirked Keni as he launched a massive barrage of dancing blades at dummy stationed infront of him.

With a smirk on his face Byakuya silently takes pride in the fact that Keni was able to formulate and execute a wind attack all on his own. Sure the Head Tensin had doubts that boy the would be able to do it but luckily enough he was able to prove the ex pro hero wrong. I gotta stay this kid is something else, he thrives in adversity and excels under pressure. If only he was born a Tensin rather than a Jackson. It's almost a shame I 'll have to kill him, the potential this boy shows only seems to grow with every passing day. He would have made a magnificent hero, Keni Hedatori the boy who could have. That's how the world will remember who, I hope when the time comes you'll find solace in knowing that your death helped to reshape the way heroe's are allowed to do their job. As his thoughts came to an end the outed pro hero would address Keni as he took a few steps closer to the airbender. "Good, I'm glad to see that you were able to come up with an attack. Knowing that you're now capable of doing that I want you to come with two ultimate moves. I don't know if UA already has your class working on this seeing as your just a first year but being as I'm training you I want you to be at your best. And having ultimate moves are quite important if one wishes to be a hero. Now when one speaks of an ultimate move they mean a move that will ensure your victory against your opponent. Furthermore it should be an action so unique to your identity that no other person can hope to copy it. Now for this to work you need to lean into the strengths you have right now at your current level. Ultimate moves help to represent a hero, so you should keep that in mind when thinking up your ultimate move. Also keep in mind that I want you to take into consideration that your ultimate move doesn't necessarily have to be an attack, all in all an ultimate move is your secret weapon. It should be able to grant you an edge in battle so that you can win no matter who or what you're facing in battle. With that in mind I'll let you ponder over what I just told you as you attempt to come up with some ideas" Following his statement Byakuya then went to a safe corner of the room and quietly sat there as he watched over Keni. Wondering what the young Legacy would come with and how long it would take for him to come up with it. Show me your desire to be the best.

As Byakuya went to his corner, the young airbender just stood there contemplating over everything his mentor had said. As he looked at his hands he'd mull over everything he could do before his training and everything he could now do in light of his training. He said an ultimate represents the hero, and that it should be something I can do that no else can copy. He also said that it should play into my strengths, but are my strengths? Following that train of thought Keni would immediately think back on his fight with Misaki and Jun. In those fights my strengths were that of my speed and maneuverability, and when I add those to the fact that I'm good at close combat it's clear my ultimate moves should center around those three things. Wait a second Byakuya also said that my ultimate moves don't specifically have to be an attack. It just needs to grant me an edge to victory. That move I used June, the cyclone prison. I'll admit it was a spur of the moment idea but it could work. After all beating your opponent into submission isn't the only way to wain a fight. If one's able to immobilize there enemy, thus breaking their will to fight, that be considered a victory. Besides now that I have a better control of my quirk as well as the fact that I've grown my quirk maybe I can make the cyclone prison even better. I mean when I think about it maybe adding more height to it would help. Especially seeing as Jun was able to use his flamethrowers to leap out of it. It's settle my first ultimate move will be my new and improve cyclone prison. As Keni finally came up with an idea for his first ultimate move he'd clench both his fists in triumph as a devious smirk now dawned his face.
Suddenly Keni would begin to draw the air in the room towards him and with in seconds the 1-B hot head took off running in a circular pattern. Nullifying the air resistance immediately around his body while propelling himself forward using air the silver hair student was zipping around like a mad man. As Keni ran he'd notice that he was moving faster than he had ever moved before. I'm faster now, growing my quirk added with all the physical labor I've been enduring has raised my top speed a bit. This is amazing!" Thought Keni as he continued running. As he ran Keni was pulling the air from his surroundings towards him while simultaneously pressurizing the air as he channeled the current to spiral upwards exactly like he did in his match with Jun. However taking it a step further Keni also began separating the warmer air currents from the cooler air currents. Making sure to push the warmer air currents out while drawing the cooler air current in. As Keni did this items in the room would begin to fly into the cyclone he was making.in the room was being sucked into the first years spinning cyclone. So focused on what he was doing Keni didn't even notice when his cyclone blow through the rooftop of the training room. Upon completing his attack Keni would zip out of the cyclone and as he slid to a stop he'd say, "Here's one of my ultimate moves, Cyclone Prison!"
However the accomplished smirk on Keni's face would quickly vanish as he saw that his cyclone blasted through the roof. And to add to it, it had pretty much devastated the room as a whole. Seeing as machines and weights were floating around in the stationary tornado he had made. "Oh master Tensin I'm super sorry! I got a bit to carried away." stated Keni as he scratched the bad of his head in embarrassment but then he'd find himself a bit taking back by the smile dawning on Byakuya's face. He's smiling? Pondered the now slightly confused first year.

As Byakuya sat there watching Keni mull over all he had told him. The Head Tensin couldn't help but wonder what route Keni would go. He was interested to see what the Jackson Legacy would do and how long it would take for him to come up with something. But then Byakuya would see the look of determination that suddenly emerged in the boy's eyes and he would be slightly surprised. Still that was nothing compared to what happened next. For all the air in the room would suddenly begin to gravitate towards the young air user, who then abruptly started running at full speed in a circle. As countless items in the room began to get sucked into the cyclone Keni was making Byakuya would quickly unsheath his sword and forcefully drive it into the ground as he used it to keep himself from being sucked in the cyclone's wake. Incredible, out of all the ways I thought he'd go I never imagined he'd do something like this. Thought Byakuya as the tornado blasted through the roof of his training room. WHat he was witnessing was awe inspiring and to believe it was coming from this first year. Byakuya just continued to watch with a look of pride and excitement in his eyes as Keni once again proved to him that he had made the right choice picking this boy. As the first year suddenly appeared next to him and apologized for destroying his roof, all Byakuya did was continue to smile as he took in the masterpiece that was Keni's cyclone prison. Amazing.

After Keni's destruction of the training room roof, Byakuya though it best to continue the training outside for a bit. Following a few more sessions Keni was able to get his cyclone prison to the level he wanted it to be for what he was capable of. Which means it was not time for the airbender to come up with his second ultimate. As he pondered over what he should do he decided that it should for sure be some sort of an attack, but what. So far I have a few mid and long ranges attacks, but nothing groundbreaking for when it comes to close range. Plus after fighting Hise, I need to be able to land a whopper of an attack if I get sucked into a close range fight against someone like him with immense strength. My mom can deliver hard hits because she can expel air from the pores in her fist upon contact. WIth that being said maybe I can come up with a fist attack that can be greatly amplified by wind quirk somehow. Thought Keni as he went about trying attack, after attack, after attack.
About two days later Keni had come up with his second attack and it was called fist of the hurricane. By engulfing a whole arm in a rapid and compressed cyclone of wind. Keni is able to expand and expel the two wind currents with in cyclone at will which is normally after he lands a punch on said target. Following performing the attack the for the first time Keni goes about day in and day out practicing the move. As he does he begins to realize the drawbacks of this ultimate move. For though its rather powerful it take a lot of him depending on the power behind of it. Also using it carelessly runs a greater risk of him possibly injuring himself due to the kick back.
Keni continued practicing both his ultimate moves outside of the training room for the past few days, which were then followed by him practicing using his razor wind technique without the need for his short bladed katana. Thanks to some pointers from Byakuya Keni was able to understand his razor wind attack and why it was easier for him to do with the sword. This new insider knowledge was what Keni needed, thus giving him the opportunity to perform the razor wind attack with just his index finger. The younger airbender realized that just like his short bladed katana, him swiping his index finger through the air also gave the thin profile needed for the razor wind attack. It was just that unlike the sword swipe it didn't hold as long and it wasn't as precise but it was still there. So through countless trial and errors, added with a few timing snafus Keni was finally able to use his razor wind attack without the need for his shirt katana. Making it so that the hero no longer had to carry the blade around and could stick solely with his bo staff.
This was a crucial moment for Keni, for him to have grown like he did and to have had pushed himself in ways he did. Keni was badly panting but he was beyond happy with his progress. He was finally becoming the hero he new could be. His potential skies the limit, and boy he couldn't wait to show his mother, Jun, and a few others everything he had learned.

Byakuya was quite impressed Keni's progress for his pupil was finally coming into his own. The ex pro hero just watched from living room as the young Jackson Legacy trained vigorously outside as he fine tuned his two ultimates, as well as his razor wind technique. As he sipped his tea and watched Keni at work Byakuya planned his next villainous attack. His debut as the Reaper in Musutafu was quite the spectacle. And had some what caused the town to be on red alert as everyone worried and feared when the Chaos: Killer would remerge. So Byakuya though it best that his next dark appearance should take place in a different town. Besides he had already slaughtered a huge a good amount of civilians and now figured it best to get a few criminals under his belt. As his darker and much more callous persona didn't discriminate when it came to murdering people. As none was safe from his wrath, plus causing it bit of Chaos in the city's underbelly could be fun. Still the new cycle was still talking about his murdering spree and it was clearly obvious that the cops and the pro heroes were now gunning for him.Yes all he needed was to cause a bit more of a stir up before it was time for him to claim Keni's life as well.
Signaling for his butler Byakuya handed the older man his now empty cup of tea and instructed him to prepare a fine meal as he planned to celebrate with Keni. After all what kind of mentor would he be if he didn't show recognition or rewarded the boy for a job well done. In just a month time Keni had showed great fortitude and potential. Grasping better control and understanding of his quirk as while pushing forward and displaying the indomitable will he wielded as a hero in training.

Continuing his training over at the Tensin Complex, Keni religiously practiced using his his newly developed quick techniques. As it wasn't enough for him to have just learned these moves, no he needed to have them fine tuned to his style of fighting. Making sure that his attacks were as fluid and as versatile as he was. Keni alternated between using some of his moves while in a mid sprint, to using them while finding himself in a close quarters combat. The young airbender was getting quite good at using his new techniques at the drop of a hat, which for him was a good feat. For Keni was all about speed and adaptability. One should always be able to turn a mistake into an opportunity, and for one to do that they needed to be flexible and as free form as the air itself. Day in and day out Keni practiced his moves, sometimes spamming one of his attack for an entire day to fully understand it. Seeing what made the technique tick, as well as growing his usage capacity for the attack before he'd run into his quirk factor reset.
