A bunch of people with edgy names that all wear masks, huh? At least one of them was a kid too. All pretty clear signs that Sora was dealing with some sort of gang. Those were always fun, usually either ended up as repeat customers or they tried to stir up trouble and... well, those ones didn't stick around very long in the end. Hopefully this Vanish kid's group would fall within the former category. The nickname that his new colleague ended up choosing was one that Sora had become rather familiar with in recent days, though the kid didn't deliver it with anywhere near the.... affection? was that the right word? as his other associate. At the very least it did mean that he had one less alias to keep track of.
As Sora separated from Vanish, he quickly went to work fading back into the crowds of the festival, pulling his hood up to shield his vibrant hair from view. As nice as those long locks were, their looks did tend to draw attention. With his face still hidden, his emerald eyes continued to sweep back and forth across the masses of people that stretched out before him. This section had to be the busiest he had encountered so far, and likely as a consequence of that fact, it also seemed to have the most police standing around. "Not terribly attentive, that lot... No Izzy, I don't think they'll be much... eh?" While he was idly staring at one of the officers, he almost didn't notice a rather short person in a mask bump into them, as if by accident. There were too many people in the way for Sora to get a good look at the exchange, but the one that run into the cop had a red stripe going through the center of their mask, and a blue star over the eye.
"'Bout the right size too... " Sora mused as he kept an eye on the figure. Now he hadn't actually seen the person try to pickpocket anyone, but a bump like that seemed too suspicious for his liking. The arms dealer let the guy gain a bit of distance before he started to shadow his movements, remaining just as casual about his pursuit as he had with Vanish. Maybe, just maybe, he'd found the right one this time.

Asahi kept watch and followed. They went out of the festival. The guy took a right. Asahi saw an alleyway across the street. And he took it, and went up the fire escape. Once on the roof, he followed the man from above. He noticed another one following. Followed by Red, though at a significant distance. The first turned the corner, heading across the street. The second one did the same. The two quickly turned into the nearest alleyway. Vanish stayed up above, ready to plop down on the two. But he kept watch. The one took out a flash drive. The same one that was described earlier by Red. Bingo!
And of course that was when Red would surely show up. The boy used his torso binding cloth to slowly lower himself. When the opportune moment came, he used his other binding cloth around his left arm to snatch the flash drive right out of their hands. From the small of his back, two red, muscly tendrils were emitted. Each one latched onto the sides of the buildings, and launched himself up and out, cutting the cloth on the way out, and unleashing the flash bang. Using his quirk, he cushioned his fall, hearing the loud bang from the grenade. He was a good three buildings away. And moved down it. Moving around the corner, he waited for Red to show up. He hoped the guy would show up soon. The faster this exchange was done, the sooner he can leave.

As his target left the confines of the festival, Sora picked up his pace and started to close the distance a bit. Now that there weren't as many people around the guy would be moving faster, and the lack of human cover meant the redhead's best bet was getting closer to make sure that they didn't get away. There weren't too many people out this way either, so odds were that he'd have his chance to make a move before too long. As he made progress on his target, it soon became apparent that he wasn't the only one tailing somebody. A bit further ahead was another figure that his guy seemed intent on tracking. This second individual was a bit far for Sora to get a good look at them, but their very presence just added to his suspicions.
After a few turns, the two men drew closer and both of them suddenly darted into an alley off to the side of the street. Eye's narrowing, Sora rushed forward to the edge of the building and peeked into the narrow passage. "And there she is... 'bout bloody time." He muttered as his eyes locked onto the small shape of a flash drive in one of the strangers' hands. He immediately stepped around the corner and reached into his cloak for something to help with a bit of 'persuasion'. It was at that moment when movement from above Caught Sora's attention. One of those odd cloths that the kid had came streaking down and plucked the piece of hardware out just as one of the strangers was trying to hand it over. Sora's eyes followed it up to see Vanish stuck between the buildings, two large appendages holding him in place form a moment before launching him up over the edge rooftop.
That wasn't all that happened though. As the kid left, Sora heard a sound that he was very familiar with. It was the sort of sharp click that could only really be associated with a spring mechanism. In his haste to intervene he'd gotten too close to escape the effect just by covering his eyes, so instead he took a different approach. His body shifted, a subdued flash accompanying it as his flesh became steel and collapsed in on itself, taking on the form of a simple combat knife that clattered to the ground just as the flash bang went off. With no eyes or ears to be assaulted by the blinding blast, Sora simply waited a moment before returning to his human form, at which point he was immediately greeted by the sight of the two masked men stumbling about in confusion as their senses recovered. Sora smirked. "Hey, not bad kid."
With the flash drive already taken care of, he could have just as easily taken off after his young colleague, but these two idiots had already caused him good deal of trouble. He wouldn't be satisfied leaving without sending a very clear message. Walking up to the two dazed strangers, Sora pulled off his mask and threw it aside. He approached the one who had been trying to take possession of the drive first, casually tapping on his shoulder. The man spun around, the holes in his mask revealing his surprised gaze as he suddenly found himself looking at a rather feminine face wreathed in vibrant red hair. Sora gave him a smile once he was sure they'd seen him, and then swung his fist. A barrel appeared on the back of the vigilante's forearm and there was a loud crack of a gunshot as the blue flare of a concussion shell went off, the shock wave adding its force to Sora's swing as his fist connected right in the center of the guy's mask. The plastic shattered under the force and the man went sprawling back against the wall, knocking himself out as the back of his head hit the bricks. As his form slumped down to the ground, blood streaming from a freshly broken nose, Sora turned his attention to the second man.
The short, bearded man had taken off his mask in order to rub his stinging eyes, and had spun around at the sound of the gunshot, his eyes holding a little less surprise than his partner, but a good deal more fear. Sora took a step toward him and the man immediately tried to retreat, only to trip over himself when he found his sense of balance hadn't completely recovered from the effects of the flash bang. Sora closed the distance before he could scramble away and leaned over him, a blade appearing from the bottom of his boot and pinning the guy's pant leg in place. "Oi, no rush there, mate. I've got a few things I need t' talk to ya about. You can hear me now, right?" The man didn't respond immediately, just staring up at Sora with a practically terrified expression on his face. Sora leaned in closer, a barrel forming on the back of his hand as he pointed it at the guy's face. "You can hear me now, right?" He repeated, instantly earning him an emphatic nod from his guest. "Good. This'll go much smoother if ya respond quick like."
"Now. Do ya happen to know who I am, mate?" The man hesitated for a moment before slowly shaking his head. "...An' do ya know what it is ya took from my friend?" Another shake of the head, to which Sora rolled his eyes. "So lemme get this straight, mate. Ya took a job t' steal something ya don't know anything about, that belongs to someone ya don't know anything about. That 'bout right?" There was a longer pause before the guy on the ground finally opened his mouth. "Look, I didn't know, they just told me to-" Sora cut him off. "Ah, Ah, ah. None of that mate. Yer old 'nough t' know how this business works. You take a job like that an' yer just asking for trouble. Next time, If yer dumb enough for there t' be one, make sure ya know who yer screwin' with before ya do something stupid, eh?"
Sora shifted his arm down slightly and there was another blast. The man's eyes went wide as the shock wave tore into his gut and nearly emptied his stomach as all the air rushed from his lungs. Standing up, he took two steps back and unleashed a third shot into the man's chest, throwing him back across the pavement and leaving him in a pile beside his friend, just as unconscious.
With his business concluded, Sora quickly slipped out of the alley and made for the direction he'd seen vanish go off in. Gunshots were pretty easy to pick out, even with a festival nearby, and it probably was a good idea to get some distance before those cops could get through the crowds and investigate. He left the mask behind though, since it would probably just draw more attention now that they had broken free of the celebrations. A few blocks down, he saw a familiar figure standing at the corner and made his way over. "Right decent job there, lad. You've just earned yourself a tidy li'l sum." that was assuming of course that he had the drive and it was actually the right one. Sora stepped closer and moved into the cover of the building so that he couldn't be seen so clearly from the street. "Let's see the goods an' wrap this whole thing up, eh?"

Asahi took out the tiny, black flash drive with a blue dot on it. And handed it over. "Just don't forget our deal. I might just tag along for when he visits. Though if you do have another job or get asked to do a minor one that you don't want, feel free to pass it along to us..." He also handed a phone number. It was to Oni's cheap throwaway cell phone. It was always spoofed, so even if someone found the number, trying to trace it would be difficult at best. "See ya around, Arsenal." With that, he turned and left. Calmly as squad cars drove past. It wouldn't be until he was well away, within a few blocks of his school, that he took off his mask. He showed his pass to the guard at the gate, and walked in towards the dorms.
Using his key, he slipped inside silently, and stripped down for the night. And promptly went into one of the beds and snuggled with the red-headed occupant. Who pulled him close like it was the most natural thing in the world. Asahi closed his eyes and went to sleep. He had an interesting story to tell Kyou. And he'll decide on what to do from there. Though he'd likely see what the guy had to offer first before making any final decisions. Still, it was quite a lootbox today. A ton of equipment was owed, a potential weapons dealer contact, and of course, his earnings from thieving from peeps.
