Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream The school day had ended for most of the classes, letting Tsubame go about her own personal business while the school wound down. She had went in search of a student she had met earlier. Had she paid more attention to the names of the students that had just transferred, she would have noticed that one of them had the same name as one of her fellow teachers. Tsubame had met him previously with other students and wanted to make sure he was getting along okay. Concern for her students was number one priority. She had made a mental note to look into the other new students as well. However, her mind was set on finding Ryu if she could and ask him how he is doing. As she walked, the vice headmaster hummed to herself with her hands in her pockets. She wore her casual training clothes, since she also had to do her daily training as well. Her black and red tank top went well with her black sweat pants. She wore her black pair of ballet flats, though she usually trained barefoot for comfort. Her long hair was put up into her usual ponytail, again for comfort. It was an odd time in the school grounds. It was both quiet and tense. The tension was from when the students would get out and be on their way to their various activities. Had she gotten the time wrong in figuring out where Ryu would be? Admittedly, she hadn't thought to look at his file for his school schedule, but she figured if she didn't find him, then there would be other days. Or she could ask Aoi about it, but she preferred to talk to who she wanted to in the first place. "Mon Dieu, how boring it was today!" Tsubame grumbled out loud. She hadn't seen Walter, nor her other friends, and she felt a bit put out. In a group, Tsubame was fine, but put her on her own and she seemed to fade a bit. Then again, she tended to put on a faux outer expression to hide what she felt beneath, so maybe it was a good thing she hadn't found any of her friends quite yet so she didn't have to hide so much. As much as she enjoyed their company, she felt sometimes that she had to play the happy role since she doesn't always give out the most 'bright and enthusiastic' vibes like most people she found herself around. Papers lay scattered across her desk in her office as well as empty wrappers for take-out. Today had been an especially hard day on her body since she had more meetings. Meetings she was not allowed to eat her snacks in so she had to eat in her office when she could. Take-out did not give her enough of the calories that she needed to sustain her quirk for long periods of time. She didn't need to eat all the time, but if she kept up her energy supply, she would be ready for just about anything. Her stomach rumbled loudly as she reached into her hip bag for a sandwich....to which she found there were none. KURO. That damned cat took them again?! Yes, Kuro also required large amounts of energy for her quirk, but it was not as life threatening as Tsubame's was. Sighing, she made a mental note to go to the school cafeteria and try to sweet talk the cooks to let her make some food before she went home, just in case she needed a boost. They learned early on in her teaching career, and even back in her school days, that there was never enough food for Tsubame. While she knew she needed food to keep up her supply of energy, it also was a source of embarrassment for her if one pointed it out to her. Walter had already pointed it out to her, which caused Tsubame to answer back in irritation. While he did apologize, she couldn't help but feel a small sense of embarrassment for eating so much as well as a small voice in the back of her head to remind her not to get so upset over something that she was used to doing and that was apart of her daily life. A hand reached out of her pocket to lay on her stomach, as it grumbled, as she walked on, still wondering if she would even find Ryu at all today. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOXOGRAPHY 2.0

Another school day ended, another hour or so to wait until Aoi was finished with her shift for the day. Ryu had gotten used to it by now -- he had been attending UA for about a week now. And in that week he had learned quite a lot. But the most important thing he'd learned was to keep his energy up by eating more. The intense hero course lessons were quite a strain on his body. He wasn't used to using his Quirk so much, and to fuel his quirk he needed calories to keep his body running. Not that he was gaining weight or anything, thankfully. He was smart enough to stay away from junk food, aside from the occasional sweet thing he liked to eat. And right now eating was something he was doing.[break][break]
Sat out in the main courtyard of the famous school he was on a stone bench with a boxed 'lunch' (though it was honestly more like a large snack) in his lap and chopsticks in his right hand. Taking a piece of the sushi between the chopsticks and popping it into his mouth he smiled and hummed at the delicious taste, savoring it before chewing and swallowing. The sushi that the cooks in UAs kitchens made was absolutely phenomenal and they were more than happy to give Ryu some of the left overs they'd had after the school day had ended. After all they were going to have to throw it out anyway. Seafood needed to be eaten fresh, even if it was put in the fridge it was never as good as the day it was first cooked. [break][break]
Though he soon heard the tapping of feet coming from down one of the nearby hallways, and he raised his head and looked to his left. Through the window he could see Vice Principal Tsubame walking down the hallway. She seemed lost in thought, as if she were looking for something, but Ryu paid no attention to her. It was probably something that didn't involve him, anyway. So he went back to eating and enjoying the sun.[break][break]

Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream How easily she could be put off when she was hungry. Then again, she was always hungry. Her hand rested on her stomach again as she mentally tried to explain to her stomach that she had to do her rounds before they could go gorge themselves at home. Tonight it was ramen and gyoza night and she was excited to go all out and cook up a storm. That was another thing that she was trained well in. Because the Takada family usually had the quirks that required a large amount of energy to use, they were excellent cooks as well as held jobs to sustain their large appetites. Mostly pro-hero work, but one of her brother's opened a flourishing bookstore so he wasn't without. Tsubame's budget was bigger than most, but it was well worth it if she didn't have to go to the hospital because she passed out. All this talk about food had Tsubame looking down and realizing that she had better get first dinner soon. Had she been paying attention, she'd have noticed the student ahead of her that she was looking for. Ryu Sato. Aoi Sato's relative. Tsubame made it her business to know just about everyone at the school, as it was her duty as the vice headmaster as well as just try to be sociable when possible. Tsubame had to hold back a laugh as she remembered how she used to be in her youth. I sound like an old woman the way I talk, the old man is rubbing off on me. Tsubame thought with a small grin. For context, the old man was her neighbor who she often had tea with and played Go against. He was a formidable opponent. As she walked up to Ryu she noticed that he was eating. Oh comme les dieux me détestent, Tsubame thought with a sad sigh. She had said 'how the gods hate me' since she thought it was just her luck that she was reminded of food even now. Still though, she came here to talk with Ryu and ask him how he was going on about, not eat. She'd push her needs to the side as she quietly and lightly, and I mean as quietly as a shinobi of her caliber can, walked up next to him only to drop down beside him with her arms crossed as she just stared ahead. "Is this where all the kids sit nowadays after school?" Her voice held little of the vice headmaster in it and all of the calm and collected Tsubame who loves to be mischievous. Grinning at him a bit, she waved lightly as she stood back up and gave a small bow in greeting to him. "Good afternoon, Sato-san, I hope you are enjoying the school so far?" She wondered why he was out here just eating by himself, but she figured it had to do with waiting for Aoi since they did leave together often. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOXOGRAPHY 2.0
