An attractive and tall woman with a light complexion, Cassie Kanzaki has blonde hair of mid-back length that tends to be somewhat messy, though more often than not she will wear it in a simple tail at the back of her head. Parting her hair from the left side of her head and leaving some or all of her right eye often hidden by her long bangs, the locks of this lady are a little on the wavy side and curl up at the tips, and long enough to reach the upper part of her back.
Large eyed, Miss Kanzaki has bright blue irises that look like sapphires, and her overall facial structure is slender and refined. Sporting lips that are naturally rosy even without being coloured, this blonde bombshell has a noticeable pout that only seems to add to an overall sense of mature appeal, looking more like a woman than a girl and a little older than her age. Suffering from myopia, while she tends to habitually wear contact lenses, there are times when she is at home or feeling a casual vibe that Cassie tends to prefer the comfort and ease of a pair of spectacles. Fair in terms of her complexion, Cassie has german ancestry on her mother’s side which is reflected in her light skin and soft features, though certainly is not pale as she well appreciates the value of getting one’s vitamin D from the sun.
The style of clothing that Cassie prefers tending to be on the smart but feminine side of the spectrum, she likes blouses and sweaters, though often chooses things that are short or sleeveless so they are functional. Generally more of a fan of a dress or skirt, she tends to like to highlight her legs more than her bust with the way she dresses and prefers simple displays of elegant jewellery with a quality over quantity approach, enjoying pearls, diamonds and sapphires as her favourite gems. A fan of sweaters and turtlenecks, when relaxing at home she will often wear just this and some jeans or shorts as she lets her hair down and wears her glasses, perhaps never looking ‘geekier’ than when she is like this.

RUMOR/SECRET: | She got the first part of her wrist tattoo to impress a sempai that she had a crush on. |
A girl with a good heart but something of a competitive and at times attention seeking streak, Cassie is the kind of girl who likes to stand up for what she believes in, and get seen doing it. Assertive and very independent, she isn’t a very big fan of boundaries and limits and can sometimes become restless and agitated when these are forced upon her, though she does not define herself by a rebellious streak. Outspoken and social, her confidence and good looks mean that Miss Kanzaki is rarely daunted by people though possesses a hint of claustrophobia and feels uncomfortable if she is ‘trapped’ in the middle of a heavy crowd without something to distract herself.
The daughter of a Pro Hero herself who has always wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps, she always admired and to some degree envied the respect and adoration that the man got, and wished to make it her own. This her motivation to be a hero for the most part, it is the esteem of a great hero that the girl craves the most, though that isn’t to say she is particularly lacking for morality or consumed by her ego wholly. Definitely having a sense of right or wrong but this sometimes overshadowed by her sense of ambition and competitiveness, some might be a little off-put to see that she can sometimes get more excited at the opportunities for success that a potential tragedy might inspire, rather than a feeling of sympathy. However, it should be noted she is diligent and thoughtful in her way, and would be horrified and enraged by malicious and cruel actions.
A girl who very much reflects her age away from her heroic ambitions and work life, while the role of a hero is her primary passion, it doesn’t mean it is her only one. Enjoying spending her wages on pretty clothing and nice items, Cassie enjoys retail therapy and spending time with her friends as leisure activities, and training to be a hero has imparted a love of all things aerobic and active. Indulging this with a daily regime of exercise ranging from jogging and swimming to more abstract classes such dancercise, and is happy to learn and play almost any form of sport.
Not all of her interests quite so wholesome and healthy though, Miss Kanzaki would be lying if she said she didn’t like going to clubs and bars, often with more of an intention of feeding off attention for her looks and hanging out with and making new friends than getting drunk. Not that she doesn’t like a drink now and then, she just tends to be about more than that. Maturing into a girl who is quite comfortable with herself and happy to flirt with any and all she finds interesting, sometimes she can be something of a tease to people, and hates when folk can’t appreciate the fact that a cheeky line or lingering stare is merely that and not an invitation for more.
Something of a thrill seeker at times, Cassie’s competitiveness and desire to challenge herself can make her seem something of an adrenaline junkie, as she loves amusement parts and fast vehicles as well. Owning her own superbike, sometimes she likes to race around on it in order to ease her stress and is quite happy to take others on the back of her bike, though sometimes can be a little reckless and even mischievous as she likes to give her riding partners little ‘scares’ to show her skills off.
Deeper than she might seem at first glance, despite her flirty and fashionable tastes, Cassie tends to appreciate some simple pleasures that might surprise one. A fan of a nice view and much preferring to look at a starry sky, falling snow or a sunset over a television or some other form of media, and often exploits her quirk to seek out a roof or high place she can do so. This perhaps her ideal ‘date’, she would love taking in some lovely scenery with a picnic beside her much more than going to a fancy restaurant or show, though one supposes for true perfection they could take the food of the former with them into this ideal setting.

BACKGROUND HISTORY
PLACE OF BIRTH/HOMETOWN: | San Fernando, California, USA |
PARENTS: | Satoru Kanzaki [Kintaro] (Father) Dawn Kanzaki Nee Carter (Mother) |
SIBLINGS: | None |
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: | None At Present |
OTHER: | Artemis (Pet Persian Cat) Hayate [Mentor/Teen Crush] |
The girl herself was born in San Fernando to Satoru Kanzaki and his wife Dawn, while they didn’t plan to have children so early in their marriage the couple would describe her as their ‘lucky accident’, and loved their daughter very much. Him a young pro hero named ‘Concorde’ and her a model and aspiring actress whose life he saved during an earthquake, they settled down in the Valley with the mother giving up her career and ambitions to raise their daughter, though still acting as a hobby in local theatre and performance plays once Cassie got a little older.
Early life somewhat idyllic, or as much as it can be when one’s father works in a life-threatening career, the future hero enjoyed trips to the shops and lush Californian beaches when she was younger, and was a somewhat adventurous and active girl. Miss Kanzaki’s quirk manifesting when she was not much more than two years old, one day her mother came into the nursery and was quite panicked to hear a sudden crash in the room, and find that little Cassie had jumped through the window and landed outside, she was relieved to find the girl unharmed and rather astounded by what she had done. The quirk she had acquired matching her dad’s almost perfectly, while initially there were a few instants where things in the house were broken or smashed when the girl hurled them into walls accidentally or ran into furniture and broke it, Satoru was able to show her how to control and curb her power so she could use it when she needed rather than randomly.
Cassie a confident and somewhat precocious child, when her peers found out she was the daughter of a pro hero, they would beg her to show off her quirk and she was all too happy to. Showing off a bit by hopping up to roofs without issue and retrieving balls and Frisbees from these and other high places, though she would often get detention from her teachers for using her abilities the girl did not care; she simply loved the attention.
The family moving to Satoru’s native Yokohama when she was ten years old, initially Cassie disliked her new setting, given how different it seemed to be to what she knew. Struggling a little at school because of her language initially, and also the fact that she was considered somewhat rowdy and misbehaved by Japanese standards because of her outspoken nature and tendency to show off, gradually the girl settled in and made friends via her origin.
Welcoming of others and happy to tell people what it was like back in the mystical land known California, her social standing was once again enhanced by the role of her father, and geeks and jocks alike seemed curious about what work he had done as a hero. This seeming to be the point that Cassie decided she would follow in her father’s footsteps, she realized she loved the attention that she got because of this prestigious profession and aimed to make it her own in due course.
Practicing with her quirk as she grew older, while her father initially had misgivings about his daughter following him into the role of a hero, he eventually relented and helped her with her training. Helping to polish the girl up in terms of skills and awareness as a hero, all too quickly the years had rolled by and she was presented with the chance to take the exams for the Hero Schools of Japan, while she managed to pass several she chose not to follow in her father’s footsteps and join UA.
Instead opting to study at Shiketsu High school so as to forge her own path as a hero, while this was quite a ways away from her home in Yokohama, in a way Cassie liked this; it allowed her to spread her ‘wings’ somewhat. Attending the academic titan of Western Japan and staying in their dormitories, it was during this time that the girl flourished and also found some of the habits that would come to define her in later life.
The gruelling course inspiring her love of exercise and personal improvement, though her quirk was plenty potent in its own right, education at this school helped to make her become a more ‘rounded’ individual. Frustrated initially when she found that despite the potency of her quirk she could be outmanoeuvred and bested by those with powers that seemed ‘weaker’ than her own, largely due to the short time limit on her abilities. Working both on extending that limit but also giving herself options for combat beyond the direct application of her quirk, Cassie worked to improve her overall level of athletic ability and also joined some clubs and classes on campus aimed at teaching Martial Arts skills so as to leave her less reliant on her principle skill in hostile situations.
With the girl living independently, she also developed some of her less amicable habits, such as enhancing her love of fashion shopping and showing off at parties. Shiketsu where Miss Kanzaki also got her first real crush, due to the nature of her quirk she bonded with a mentor by the name of Hayate, who was better able to help her hone her combat abilities through the internship he offered her. What was initially a strict teacher/student relationship from an internship seemed to blossom into something of a one sided romance, Cassie found the diligent but sensitive man quite the target for her affections, but nothing came of it.
Hayate a professional who turned her down gently when he realized the scope of her feelings, while she was a little heartbroken at first to know her first ‘love’ would come to nothing, it didn’t take long for her to move on and by senior year the girl had dated more than a few of her classmates and broken a few hearts of her own in her wake. However, despite these dalliances in romance the girl remained focused on her course and improving her own abilities so she could face her final exam and the full professional license that waited for her.
Graduating Shiketsu as a young woman who had been polished by her experience there, when she passed and got her license Cassie’s father was only too eager to offer her a position at his agency, but that wasn’t really her ‘style’. Grateful for the chance to learn from a man of experience and to an extent understanding the intention of the man to protect and nurture her, all the same Miss Kanzaki was worried that she would just spend all her time operating in the shadow of her father. Agreeing to work with him as an equal but not become his sidekick if the case arose, instead the young hero known as Aura opted to act independently and establish herself in her own right.
This what she has spent her subsequent hero career doing doing, while initially it was hard creating and running her own office as a hero, steadily things got a little easier for her. Certainly the good looks and confident attitude she possessed an asset with this, after getting her face in the media a few times, steadily the girl began to accrue deals of sponsorship that helped her to better afford her position.
Doing modelling work for billboards and magazines and even appearing in a few TV ads, the wisdom and experience of her mother came in just as vital as anything her father could offer, with Dawn helping to polish up her daughter’s skills in front of a camera and get her as comfortable with such things as she would be talking in real life. This actually seeming to light a fire under the woman, after acting as a coach and agent for her daughter the woman opted to revive her former career both by taking on work as an actress and teaching classes on acting as well.
Cassie meanwhile happily flourishing as an emerging talent as a hero, with her profile rising she hopes to break into the top rankings of hero polls and possibly expand her operation. Still working solo for the most part but sensing she might need to take on sidekicks and assistants to further enhance her potential, with her ambition and determination never higher the girl is eager to impress and achieve the recognition she feels she deserves, and hopefully do some good in the world while she does that…

THE ARMORY
Hero Suit Ver A Ver B
A highly durable combat suit, it is made of Kevlar and is there to help better protect her body from blades and bullets whilst not compromising her mobility, being able to offer protection from your average steel knife or sword. Torso portion features a layer of flexible ballistic gel to absorb the force of standard handgun rounds, but it still hurts her to get shot and high velocity/armour piercing rounds can still penetrate it.
Halo
A headband mounted tool, this durable item is built for function and style, featuring a built in communications radio and a function that allows it to produce intense degrees of light, either to light the area around her like a headlamp or in sudden intense bursts like a powered up version of a camera flash. All functions are controlled by subtle buttons behind her ears.
Baton
Made of carbon fibre, Cassie carries a weapon that is on the whole very similar to those used by law enforcement officers or the Ton-Fa of Okinawan Martial Arts, which she can use to defend herself and attack others, and is equipped with a handy internally loaded grappling hook to better enable her to employ her parkour in a cityscape.
Utility Belt
-First Aid Kit - Bandages, Plasters, Antiseptic Spray & Painkillers.
-Backup Radio
-Compact Multitool – An all-in-one similar to a pen knife with features like pliers/wire cutters, screwdrivers, small knives, scissors and saws.
-Energy Tablets – Over the counter items to give herself or others a little ‘boost’ of energy.

QUIRK & SKILLS
GOD’S GIFT
TYPE: Emitter
RANK/LEVEL: B
SUMMARY:
Capable of generating a golden aura around herself which seems to bolster her physical capabilities well beyond the realm of the average human, in a simple sense it enhances her strength, speed and toughness. Endowed with plenty of physical power, she can lift up to 1500 KG’s at a push, and commands enough might in this aspect to break concreate and forcefully dent iron or steel, or propel herself through the air with powerful jumps that would allow her to clear 20 meters in a single leap.
Faster in this enhanced state, Miss Kanzaki can command the kinds of speeds that could rival vehicles, being capable of hitting 45mph when she goes all out and has a faster reaction time as well to account for this boost, responding within about 120 Milliseconds to stimuli.
The final aspect of what the quirk offers in the field of defence, the God’s Gift is built to enable her to withstand the powerful forces that are put on her body as she uses it, creating a kind of ‘second skin’ over her body that deflects physical damage from her body, up to a limit of a shotgun blast.
Capable of maintaining all these abilities for up to three posts at a time, for every post she uses her quirk for Cassie will suffer an equivalent cooldown, making her power better for bursts of ‘greatness’ rather than sustained effort.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
Despite her quirk’s natural defence to direct physical forces, she is just as vulnerable to elements as anyone, with things like electric, flaming and freezing attacks harming her as they would the average person.
Capable of using her ability to lift things with her quirk in tandem with her speed, for every 100 Kilos of weight she carries while running, her speed drops by 10%, and she cannot run while carrying anything more than 1000kg.
An ability based in mental focus, the quirk weakens if Cassie is distracted or agitated, and can be made to fail entirely if she is given enough of a mental shock.

Getting Physical
RANK/LEVEL: B-
SUMMARY:
Recognising her need to be less reliant on her quirk for sustained battles, Cassie has honed her skills in hand to hand combat without using her skills, weaving together systems such as Jujutsu and Kickboxing into a mixed martial arts style that could rival a black belt or law enforcement officer.
Free Running
RANK/LEVEL: B-
SUMMARY:
Finding parkour quite useful in her career as a hero, Cassie has honed her skills in balance and agility so that she can cross challenging surfaces with ease, likely rivalling your average rooftop rambler in her ability to scramble across urban landscapes with speed and efficiency.
Public Relations
RANK/LEVEL: C
SUMMARY:
Socially confident and gifted with lessons from her actress mother in public performance, Cassie is assured in roles that require her to be in the spotlight such as modelling or advertising and can handle her own PR relatively well.
