It had been less than fifteen hours ago that Keni and his mother were back in America. And now the young absentee UA student much to his joy had once again found himself back in Japan. Though against his mother's behest Keni had refused to skip the UA Sport Festival. For though he was unable to participate the young hero in training still wished to witness the festivities if for nothing else than to scope out his competition. Seeing as aside from the entrance exam Keni hadn't met, spoken, or seen what any of the other students were capable of before leaving for America the very next day. Luckily for the headstrong trainee, his mother was able to get the school to grant him a leave of absence so that he could attend his grandfather's funeral. Sadly however neither Keni, his mother, nor the school had expected for him to be gone for so long. Which to Keni's annoyance he had his uncle, and most of America to thank for that. For had it not been for his uncle's wishes for the funeral to be held in their grandfather's home town. Keni would have only missed a few days compared the weeks he lost due to the big extravaganza that was put on to honor his grandfather.
Admittingly Keni could have done without all the theatrics and and the over the top ceremonies, but on the other hand he enjoyed getting to see his grandfather back in his younger days. When he took America by storm as the amazing Pro Hero known as The Flying Javelin. However he could have done without all the hassle he got from his uncle, and a few others for turning down the prominent invitation he got from Shiketsu High where he was a shoe in. Just to turn around and take part in the entrance exam for a shot at going to UA. Sure he got in but seeing as every member of his family from his mother's side attended Shiketsu the kid was part of a legacy that to know one's understanding except for his grandfather and mother he turned his back on.
Putting all that side Keni shook his head as to expel all that he'd been through the last couple of weeks, before then peering up at the Sports Festival Stadium. With both admiration and a bit of jealousy coursing through him, Keni took a second to revel in where he was and how magnanimous this place was for a UA student. After his second was over Keni entered into the stadium and the atmosphere was electric. Everyone from the food vendors, to Pro heroes, to fans, to even those on guard duty just ozzed excitment. For everyone the U.A. Sports Festival was it, it was the place to come and see what the future generation had to offer, and for students like him it was the stage in which they'd debut to the world that they were here and that they were a force to be recon with. As Keni finally made it to the stands he would hear the alert "HERO DOWN!", which was almost immediately followed by the roar of the crowd. On pure instinct Keni instantly diverted his gaze to the monitor screen and he found himself awestruck. As he watched his fellow U.A. students on the big stage. Some were off in groups formulating plans, while others were already taking action. Unable able to control himself Keni began trembling out of jealousy of not being down their with the other students, but also out of sheer excitement as he couldn't wait to see what else the Sports Festival, and the participating U.A students would do next. "Come on guys, show me what you can do!"
