"You really got yourself into a mess this time, old man."
This really was divine justice, or divine comedy, depending on how one looked at it. Onishi Enki was a shell of a man, gaunt and balding, he hadn't aged well since the last time Sen had seen him. The last time, this scene had been quite the opposite. When Sen had woke to find himself bound and burning beneath the heavy lights. He'd ripped the skin from his wrists to escape, nearly bled himself dry if not for Aya coming to save him like he was some kind of damsel in distress (which admittedly he had been).
Now the tables had turned. It was ridiculously stupid. The bastard had been out without proper security. The Onishi were rarely without an army surrounding them, Sen had simply made himself the equivalent of an army in pure aggression. It felt like a proper comeuppance, for the old soggy bastard to wake beneath the same burning lights and the same heavy weights on his wrist. Only Enki smelled of fear, not fury. The old man practically shook with it, bony fingers trembling though his expression attempt stoicism. He really was the lowest breed of Onishi and riding the world of him would only put the family in greater light, but oh well.
"See, this was why my father will always ascend and you will forever be trapped in his shadow. You reek of weakness."
Sen lingered at the edge of the room draped in the lingering shadow before finally stepping forward. Even the light could phase him in this level of exhilaration, showing in the sadistic grin on his face.
"I'm the one afraid? Kid, you don't got a fucking clue what you're doing." Enki shook the haze from his mind. It was likely his only means of combating what he was only beginning to comprehend. He was going to die, and it was going to hurt a lot.
"Oh I know exactly what I'm doing, uncle. But if it helps you to process it better, I'm the monster you people made, and it was only ever inevitable. I hope you find comfort in that." Sen didn't send other people to do his dirty work, but he certainly didn't have a problem in allowing others the chance to have some fun. "Violet, darling, how long have we been after this pathetic piece of shit again? Really pathetic of us."

This probably had been a long, long time coming- it could have most likely have been done faster, sooner, had things gone to optimum plan but well, as much as Aya hated his carefully laid plans going to absolute shit, he had started to accept that when his plans included his darling Sen, things tended to turn on their head within a blink of an eye. Not that he would ever admit it out loud, but he didn’t actually hate it as much as he said he did- he supposed in a way it was part of Sen’s charm.
It was fine, they had him now, the target they had been aiming ever so carefully for the past many months. Though it wasn’t really his grudge or business per se, it was Sen’s (and so by proxy, of his own interest too) and an important first step towards their higher goals so it was vital things went to plan and this man actually died. They also needed to find a few things out first before the said death, so he was there in the room, in person (rather than at home over a headset like he usually was) and keeping an eye on surveillance to make sure no “interruptions” occurred. The fat old man was a yazuka boss after all, so it wouldn’t be too shocking if someone tried to retrieve him.
Seated in front of a laptop in the corner of the room, grey-lavender eyes looked up as he was addressed. His mask lay beside the portable computer, it wasn’t like Sen’s family didn’t know what he looked like so it was really just a backup item incase for some godforsaken reason heroes showed up.
“14 months and 4 days.”
He replied simply without missing a beat.
“I am amazed even after all this time he let us catch him so easily. I suppose we are, underestimated…”
Probably something Sen would hate to be, but Aya thought it a good thing. Catching people unaware was his forte.

14 months and 4 days? Leave it to Aya to remember that far back. It was a little disappointing, all that time and for what... a little worm of a man? He was hardly worth that much. Surely it wasn't his fault they had taken so long, sure he had taken a couple of detours and relapses along the way to get to this point, but... 14 months? That didn't seem right, but Aya was never wrong.
He frowned then at that statement, underestimated... Almost as if a reflex, his hand shifted and sharp talons dug into the oaf's shoulder, "Is that true, uncle? Were you so stupid as to underestimate me?" The venom seeped into his voice, barely more than a growl. Eyes glinting with the slightest underscore of red. They needed more information from him so he couldn't kill the fucker. That was why Aya was there, to ensure he didn't kill the bastard before they asked a single question. Enki hissed, face red beneath the pain and frustration, body shifting as far away from the stabbing pain as he could.
Sen pulled away without an ounce of gentleness, droplets of blood collecting on the concrete below.
"You're just a fucking child." This bastard wanted him to kill him and for a split second again, Sen wanted to. He wanted to rip his head clean off his shoulders, shove it up his fucking ass. It was an achievement that he hadn't, with his track record of impulsive murder.
"What does that make you then? The worst excuse for an Onishi, the scum of it, and its a very scummy family." He circled away to a table with an array of blades set out for him. He didn't need any of them, but he was smoother with a knife, more calculated with a blade. Even if he could easily rip him apart with his hands. Maybe even let Onryo have a shot.
"Tell me this at the least, how did my father get out of prison?" The knife slipped up pale flesh, red spilling through the split threads of skin.
The bastard snorted, biting off sharply at the blossoming pain. It was likely he had no issue throwing his brother under the bus. "A technicality in the paperwork, simple as that. No one cares if there's stacks of bodies as long as the paperwork matches. It didn't. So he's free to go."
"That was easy," Though far from what he wanted to know.
"That bastard tried to sink me for it at first, luckily for me it didn't measure out. Is that all?"
"I don't know actually. Seems a bit too easy, doesn't it? I'll ask you a series of questions, and trust me I'll know when your lying. What's your favorite color?"
"What? I don't fucking know."
The knife bit hard into flesh, cleaving it. "Not a fucking color, you brainless fuck."

Aya’s eyes had gone back to the monitor, though he was fully listening to the conversation going on in the room while he tapped on the keys, working on another project at the same time. “Villain” or not, it wasn’t like work did itself, and there was always a mountain of things to be done to move forward. His ears picked up the splattering sound, but it was so soft that he knew it couldn’t have been anything fatal. Before this they had talked about the things that was needed to be extracted from their unfortunate victim before he died and he hoped to whatever forces there were that Sen would remember and not do anything dumb like...tear the guy’s head off right this second.
It seemed so far so good, but as insurance, what seemed like a blonde young man stood against the back wall, and with a flick of Aya’s little finger it would spring to life, hopefully to prevent any major accidents. It also meant he had to type a little funny with his pinky on his right hand stuck out and completely still, but a small price to pay for insurance.
The explanation on Sen’s father’s release made perfect sense. Of course rich people had their ways, they always did. He had expected something like that, it was how the world worked after all. Aya carried on working as if this was all a very normal, everyday occurrence (to have some guy being chopped up behind him) but he turned when he felt like Sen had made a strong movement, just in time to see a loss of flesh.
Sensing it was getting a little more serious he turned his chair round to watch the scene, his eyes as deadpan and cold as ever.

It wasn't the first time, it wouldn't be the last time.
Sen was impulsive, he knew this. No matter how much he tried to adjust this massive error in his self-coding, he couldn't. The anger would always return, monstrous and unrelenting. The great desire to rip apart every follicle and fiber of his enemies and the misdeeds he had believed were brought against him. His uncle was a very small fly in the web, minuscule at best and yet it had taken him so long to get to this point. It was his own fault. It was he who had wasted so much time. Perhaps even it was the fault of his relationship with Aya, it had been such a distraction. At times when he had disappeared, it had been because he chose to believe that his involvement with the violet-haired man had made him weak, perhaps it was the truth. However, in the end, he knew he was better off with Aya then apart from him. Without the other man, he would never survive himself.
He could sense Aya's eyes on him, the only reminder he needed that to go to far as to kill his uncle right then and there would prove the greatest waste of time and effort. He was not the type to subject enemies to lengthy torture sessions or to extend grudges for years and years. He was too impatient, too impulsive, and far too deadly. Their deaths would be painful, of course, but he didn't have the capacity to keep them alive (though it was never intentional).
With a breath he let himself calm down, don't be stupid. He glanced back to the other for a split second, likely too long to be for his own good and almost immediately he saw the change in Enki's expression. "So the great onishi heir turned into a mad dog on a chain is he? Never were much of a thinker. So who is the great brains of this operation?"
He could feel himself bristle, taste of blood and ichor on his tongue. He wanted to rip this bastard's head off, "Shut up."

Well if there was one thing he could give the old fat man credit for, it was that he clearly knew the right buttons to press. Probably wanted a quick death and not give much away, just as a final middle finger salute to Sen for cornering him this far in the first place. But that would never do. He would provide them what they wanted, while knowing it was all in vain and it could never save his sorry ass. Hate himself for helping them, but be helpless to stop it happening.
That was the kind of end anyone who caused Sen troubles deserved.
Standing up swiftly off the chair, he slowly walked over to the other man, his long violet locks flowing behind him. His footsteps echoed through the room, ringing across the hard concrete floor. With not a single strand of fear in his actions he moved up against his lover, reaching out to run a hand through the other’s hair that almost looked like it was standing on end in irritation.
“The frantic buzzing of a dying gnat is rather irritating, isn’t it.”
He said in a dry, sarcastic tone. He channeled enough of his quirk for that distinct tingling to be felt between them, and he could feel Sen’s aggravation from the light touch alone.
“But even gnats have their use. I do hope he realises making more noise doesn't mean he gets off easier. I am sure we can cauterize some wounds if he wishes to go about it the slow way...or break some bones... ”
He slowly trailed his hand away, as if it was a shame to pull apart but well, they had to get through this before they could spend some time together- if they left it too long, the piece of trash would die from slow bleed, most likely.

Sen stilled at the touch. The violet-haired man's long fingers slipping through his hair was all it took to turn off the switch that almost pushed him to simply killing his sorry excuse for an uncle. He practically purred at it, though refused to look too eased by it. Enki could tell though, Sen knew he could. If nothing, Onishi were efficiently perceptive beasts, most of them at least (he missed out on that gene and took aggression instead).
"Yeah, quite annoying." He replied with slightest lift of his lips into a crooked smile.
Enki rolled his eyes at the display.
It was almost enough to irritate Sen again, but he could feel Aya tether him once again. The feeling was mutual, he was far more interested in celebrating victory than brooding over defeat. So this time when he looked at his uncle it was with a vicious level of determination and the man swallowed. "You know you're gonna die. Fate is cruel bitch, but see you have a choice on how kind or cruel that bitch can be. Yeah? It's quite simple and we both know that you are not enough of an Onishi to handle the pain with pride and dignity, so kindly tell me how far does that rabbit hole go. Whose in my father's pocket? Who do we need to kill? And how do I get to him?"
The man looked resolutely up at him, but caved with the pain as Sen sunk claws into the bastard's shoulder.
"Goddamn it, alright. Never fucking liked Ryui, so the fuck do I care. Hideyoshi Anzu and Ito Eichi, they're in the Yakuza. They're close to your father okay? You think that bastard trusted me with shit? I just took advantage of him being away. Happy?"
That was at least believable. It was just like his uncle to take advantage of the bigger predator being away from its territory. It explained how someone as stupid and gutless as him could claim such a high-ranking among the Yakuza. Now with his father free, Enki was a dead man either way.
"That good enough, Violet? I don't know. Was looking forward to cutting off some of his fingers."
