Leo is 6ft tall, 200 pounds with a broad frame and a more muscular build. He has some unique features, including a purple natural hair color and a ruby natural eye color. His facial features and build are traditionally masculine and very handsome by traditional standard. He is very expressive and as such makes very expressive faces and tends to make a lot of hand gestures while talking. Clothing wise he tends to wear very high fashion outfits that you would more likely see on a runway in Hong Kong or Tokyo instead of on your average pedestrian. Everything is conceptual, everything is artsy, and everything fits him like it was made for him (which more often than not, it was.)
PERSONALITY

RUMOR/SECRET: | ”It’s only a matter of time before he breaks down again.” |
Lei is a hedonistic, artsy, kind, manic, and independent individual. He is driven on his own happiness and the preservation of everyone else's right to happiness. He loves all things strange and macabre and it shows in his photo shoots and quirky mannerisms. He just acts like himself and never has a care for if everyone else gets it. He is fiercely independent and operates entirely on his own accord. He believes firmly that no matter what troubles or hurts him, all he needs to do is just keep going and heal along the way. He is very thick-skinned and emotionally tough, making him either great or awful for hard times.
Though, despite Lei's confidence and thick skin, he has insecurities and issues that bother him. For one he really hates all things math and science. Anything with a clear cut answer that eliminates individuality stresses him out. His mind moves from concept to concept a mile a minute and so he struggles with it. Same goes with life. Conformity, pressure, and containment make him uncomfortable, stressed, depressed, and he backs down, unable to deal with the scenario. His inability to do it then makes him feel inadequate, so he just shuts down and shuts everyone out until he gets over it.

Lei is the child of a Chinese military combat instructor, and a famous Filipino artist. In his childhood, his parents were either very stoic or not there at all. Though instead of feeling distant or neglected, he learned to be independent and learn from his parents as role models instead of a traditional family. This and the fact he was homeschooled until middle school meant he grew up a very tough individual, and never learned what normal was for a kid. This translated as he grew up, getting really into fashion, movies, and exploring new techniques in the martial arts his dad taught him. When his parents finally picked upon how “different” he was, Lei was sent to a military boarding school to try and help him become more structured.
It didn’t work. Lei was a great athlete and performed extraordinarily well athletically, but really struggled with the curriculum and suffocating rules of the school. It felt wrong, all the dull colors, emotional repression, and aggressive mannerisms began to eat away at him. He was depressed, anxious, and started refusing to eat or sleep until during his last year of middle school, he totally crashed and nearly died from exhaustion. He managed to recover, but it was now clear that he couldn't thrive in an environment like that. So at his request, they sent Lei to Japan to U.A to become a hero. His goal to make sure that no good person would ever be denied their ability to be happy.
While training and honing his combat skill at a local gym, he attracted the eyes of a fashion designer and ended up getting offered a modeling position. He ended up being a natural and quickly attracted the eyes of high fashion designers and artistic photographers. So for the last year, he has been balancing his career and his studies and never missing a beat. He currently lives in an off campus apartment with his pet Tikki and lives a happy life, thriving when success isn't forced.

QUIRK & SKILLS
Spectacle
TYPE: Emitter
RANK/LEVEL: C
SUMMARY:
Spectacle is a quirk that allows Lei to change his center of gravity as well as the center of gravity for whatever he touches. This is not to be mistaken for ability to manipulate gravity as it strictly influences momentum and manipulates weight. This affects balance, flexibility, and mobility Examples include, making multiple aerial maneuvers by putting your weight into an area and throwing your now weightless figure around it as an axis, throwing your weight into a hand last minute while running to stop your weight from propelling you forward and making a feint or dodge of your current moving force, or removing your own weight from yourself to walk up walls (though this in particular weightlessness ability can only be applied to yourself)
However when used on someone who doesn't control these factors and has it placed disadvantageously, it can be debilitating. For example, tapping the underside of someone's fist during a punch to launch them forward and potentially snap their wrist as they fall, or distributing somebody's weight awkwardly during a grapple so Lei can flip them or put them in a submission easier. This ability also allows him to help preserve balance of other structures, and while very niche now, can become very helpful or destructive as he grows (though currently 30ft. is the maximum size.)
This ability when used emits a bright glow from the affected area and sticks onto the area he touches when applying it. From there the ability and light can last for an absolute maximum of 30 seconds or 1 post(though this currently only works on objects of 10 ft. or less and each ft. above subtracts a second.) Furthermore this quirk once used, cannot target the same foe for a minute or two posts.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
This quirk, while flashy and versatile, suffers from a few key weaknesses. The first being that using Spectacle is announced by a colorful glow around the affected area, meaning there is no secrecy in his maneuvers. Next is his ability only affects other people and objects on contact and currently only on the area where contact was made. This also means he has to make contact, which means he will have a lot of issues dealing with people with ranged quirks and find it near impossible to deal with people who have quirks that alter their body defensively (Ex. spikes, acid, fire, or anything he can't safely make contact with.) This means if Lei can't get in melee range, he can't win.
While using his quirk has no longevity drawbacks, he does rely a lot on his own physical ability and thus his physical stamina to maintain the maneuvers required to utilize his quirk. This effectively means that for Spectacle as a quirk to be useful, it requires athletic ability, and while Lei has it, he is still bound to his stamina and isn't going to last forever doing crazy acrobatics and combat maneuvers. Finally, his ability cannot currently affect objects bigger than a maximum of 30ft. and at maximum duration he can only affect you for 30 seconds.

RANK/LEVEL: C
SUMMARY:
Being the son of a military combat instructor, Lei has spent countless hours honing himself as a martial artist. Due to the nature of his quirk, Lei developed his own mixed grappling weapon style. It involves using a Guan Dao as a means of fighting at a distance, vaulting around a combat field, and helping him evade attacks. The style in particular involves lots of quick, normally impossible maneuvers to catch opponents off guard and overwhelm with harsh and hard to stop counters.
