Nao is a guy!
But is actually a girl.
But given his style, demeanor, and deep voice, it is really difficult to see him otherwise. Unless you have X-ray vision and can see into his pants, people would never be able to tell the difference.
He has sharp eyes, an evil stare, and clearly has no time for the shenanigans of others given by the way he carries himself. His hair is white and his stature is rather small for a man of his age. He has no scars on his body as he's never been one to have a tussle with others but he does look rather frail. He often wears quite a lot of clothing to hide how thin he actually is.

RUMOR/SECRET: | He's apparently a big shot of some large secret organization! Or....so they say... |
Shiji is a serious girl. She's the kind of person who once she sets her mind on something she will always follow through. Given the sort of life she's lived, Nao has seen and understand that life isn't fair. Rather than cry and moan that it isn't however, Nao decided to take what little life she had left and try and fix what little she could.
Cold and calculating on the outside but kind and compassion on the inside, Nao dislikes seeing people in pain. Nao's objectives isn't to cause people hurt but rather to open people's eyes. She isn't against hurting others to further her objectives but if it's something she can avoid, she will one hundred percent stop it from happening. Still though, knowing she has a part to play, Nao tries her best to shut off her heart while she's acting under her villain persona. As a principle, Nao will never purposely try and kill someone. She feels all life is precious and that no hands should ever steal the light from another person's eyes.
Towards her minions, Nao feels virtually no attachments. Towards her Rook-Class minions and below, she seems them as essentially fodder. Given how long her Queens have been with her however, she does think quite highly of them and it pains her to lose even a single one. Her King-Class Minions are irreplaceable however. She considers them family and has what is possibly an unhealthy attachment to them since losing her father.

BACKGROUND HISTORY
PLACE OF BIRTH/HOMETOWN: | N/A |
PARENTS: | Mother (Deceased) Father (Deceased) |
SIBLINGS: | N.A |
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: | N/A |
OTHER: | Minions |
If you had to sum up Shiji's life in a single word, it would likely be best described as pain. From the birth Shiji had a rough. Complications from a premature birth wound up killing her mother. This naturally devastated her father. But her father didn't hold this against his child as fate had also decided to play played a cruel joke on the newly born baby girl. Weak from birth, Shiji's constitution was never exceptional. As a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) baby, Shiji had to be monitored for several weeks before it as deemed that it was safe for her father to bring him home.
Home life had been unexceptional as her father had to work rather long hours to make up for the lack of income their household had now had. Shiji's mother had been a breadwinner. Her plan had been to take a short material leave to give birth to her child and then care for the child for awhile before returning to work. Given the turn of events however, everything fell onto Shiji's father.
In all honesty, he did the best he could as a single parent. Raising a child was never easy but he tried his best. Shiji loved him for it and their relationship was fairly good. Naturally though, given Shiji's weak nature, the hospital bills and weekly visits to the doctors put a strain on the family financially. That strain would be lessened when Shiji reached the age of five. With her quirk manifesting, Shiji found that she was able to summon a faceless minion. With the minion, they seemed capable of doing housework and other things of that nature. Eventually being curious, Shiji invoked the same feeling she had when she first summoned her minion and wound up bringing four more of them into existence. Doing so would wind up being a huge mistake as Shiji was already a weak child. Not realizing that invoking a minion drew from her general natural energy, the girl wound up collapsing from the strain. Down and out for several hours, she wouldn't be found until half a day later by her father who rushed her to the hospital. It was there that she was treated for a week. The doctors worked to discover what was wrong with her and it wasn't until she woke up and explained what had happened that they found the cause. It was there and then that Shiji's father forbid the girl from EVER using her quirk again. Being the devoted daughter that she was, Masaki agreed.
However, now Masaki had a total of five minions at her command. With these five household chores began a breeze. They also wound up caring for Nao when her father couldn't and inadvertently became the girl's caretakers for most of her basic needs when she couldn't do them herself.
During this next period of her life, Masaki became a big fan of the heroes that were prevalent in society. Being that such an ideal was out of the realms of possibility for her, Masaki relished being able to watch the various heroes save the day time and time again.
Being a close follower of the hero scene, Masaki began to realize that being a hero was a lot harder than she initially realized. Heroes needed to abide by laws, protect civilians, and ensure that their actions didn't inadvertently happen to make situations worse. Yet even with those restrictions they always seemed to prevail and save the day which Masaki loved.
Except for a single time.
While watching the coverage of one of her favorite heroes, Masaki couldn't believe what she was seeing. As the man put both his life and body on the line, the commentators did nothing but bash him for not doing what was essentially impossible. The villain he was up against was one who specialized in creating severe earthquakes yet with every building that the villain happened to fell, the hero wound up taking the blame. Masaki couldn't help but watch with general confusion as she watched the man desperately try to stop the buildings from crumpling yet given that it was almost an impossible task for him she had no idea why the news casters kept bashing him for being unable to stop it. Nao didn't understand it. Nao couldn't understand it. And it was as she watched a building fall onto the man and crush him that Nao finally could understand it.
The newscasters fell silent to the development.
Nao could only blink as she watched the broadcast.
And the world could only watch quietly as they witnessed a hero die.
It was there and then that Nao began to realize that the world was unfair to the heroes. Heroes were indeed heroes. But even if they were supposed to be the heroes of society they were still only human. They were only capable of so much and holding them to standards that were beyond their capability was unfair. The rigid nature of standards were too cut and dry for the various types of heroes out there. There were some who were obviously more capable in certain areas sure, but there were also others who specialized in one instance yet not others. However, being that a hero was someone who responded regardless of the situation, why were all of them being held to an impossibly high standard!? Nao couldn't understand that...
Thoughts like that would fester for the next few years.
Hitting the age of twenty, Nao began to feel a little bit stronger than usual. After discussing it with her father, she convinced the man to allow her to once again allow her to use her quirk. Having the ability to once again summon minions Nao was much more careful with it's use as she decided to try only using it once per day. And so from the age of twenty to twenty-one, Nao used her quirk once per day to summon a minion into the fold. With each one brought into the mix, Nao felt she was helping lighten her father's load as it essentially that there was one less thing for him to do. He naturally appreciated the gesture but he felt the girl was pushing herself a bit too much. Yet being that she wanted to help, he wasn't going to stop her.
The situation wouldn't come to a head until Nao had just turned twenty-one and decided to go on a day trip to Tokyo. Taking three of her first five minions summoned with her, Shiji went on what was supposed to be an uneventful shopping trip. What had started as harmless fun turned into a life or death situation as the villain which had killed her favorite hero had brought down the very building she had been in. Thankfully she happened to have two of her strongest minions with her which were of the B-class level. Being that she hadn't known of their strength, Nao was beyond surprised to still be alive. The minions using their immense strength had managed to hold up the building. They wound up allowing several of the people inside, including Nao , to escape. Holding it as long as they could, two of them perished with one of them managing to escape with Nao. It was then and there that Nao started to get interrogated by the police. Being that there shouldn't have been a way for her and others to survive without using their quirks, the men weren't about to let her go. Which is what inadvertently set off her last minion. As the men started to apprehend her, Nao's final minion took action and wound up injuring almost half a dozen officers. It wasn't until a couple of pro-heroes arrived that they wound up dispatching of her final chaperone.
Being that she was held responsible for the minion's behavior, Nao was hit with the full extent of the law. Having attacked those that was supposed to uphold the law, Nao was given ten years to life with the possibility of an early release if she was on good behavior. Her father naturally tried to fight it best he could but he wound up dying from overwork. Thirty years of doing what he did non-stop would of course do that to anyone. With no one outside to fight on her behalf Nao had no choice but to serve out her sentence. Thankfully however, she would get out five years early due to her cooperative nature and demure nature.
Upon completing her time, Nao had realized the truth of existence. Society wasn't fair. Life wasn't fair. But ultimately, that life wasn't fair. She didn't want anyone else to experience the cruelty of this reality and because of that she decided to devote her life to changing it. Being twenty-six she got out of jail with a single goal in mind. Make the world a better place. From twenty-six to thirty-six, Nao worked on discovering how her minions had gotten so strong while also making sure to produce one a day. It had taken quite awhile but she finally understood her quirk's secret. It wasn't anything special which had surprised her. On the contrary it was something rather simple. The secret behind their power was ironic however. It was time. Something which she didn't have. And considering she was short on it, Nao figured now was as good as time as anything. She needed to change the world. If not for herself. But for every other soul that existed in it.
Donning a new persona named 'Change', Nao decided to try and pass herself off as a man. It had partially been to hide her identity but also because she wanted to steel herself for the hard road she planned to travel. Being constantly reminded of her past, he had decided to discard it and everything else as she proceeded to march into hell. Or the future depending on one's perspective.
Change's first act as a super villain had been to make sure that all his henchmen don masks so as to hide their minion-like nature. Being that there was only one instance in where her ability had been seen, connecting two and two would likely be difficult for any individual unless they were exceptionally aware of a small incident involving a little college girl who couldn't control her quirk. Putting that together with who she was now should have been difficult but regardless if it wasn't, Nao wouldn't falter. She was determined to change the world.

THE ARMORY
- A Burner Phone
- Nao's Personal Phone (Never used for business)
- Plethora of non-combative outfits made to have Nao look more menacing than usual. Most are usually weird and flamboyant. The only thing they all have in common is the mask Change wears along with his minions. Change's Mask is the only one which particularly stands out. His color of choice for his mask is gold. Thought the minions have no need to masks, Nao makes the minions wear the correct mask that corresponds their color due to the fact that the minions would have no face otherwise. Their heads are just round and featureless. Having a 'face' makes the minions seem just a tad more human to Nao.

QUIRK & SKILLS
MINION
TYPE: Emitter
RANK/LEVEL: F (This ability cannot be upgraded)
SUMMARY:
Shiji's quirk ability is Minion. With this power, Shiji is able to summon a minion to his side that appears in the form of a featureless white mannequin. The minion's face has no discernible characteristics with slight indentations for where their eyes should be. Though for what they lack in facial features they make up in personality. When initially born the intelligence of the minions is unimpressive at best. They are good at following simple orders yet aside from that are about as smart as any random joe. That tends to change with how long they're able to exist however. The longer a minion lasts the more pronounced it's personality seems to become. With each milestone they past in their life, the minion's personality and strength seem to increase along side each other.
Time limit wise, Shiji has no clue whether the minions can actually die of old age. His oldest minion K-1 is 34 and shows no signs of deterioration.
Strength wise, with each milestone the minions passes, their power and ability grows by several magnitudes. Shiji had experimented for quite a while on accelerating their growth but time seems to be about the only qualification that apparently matters. Having run years of tests and trials on the minions, Shiji has run into nothing but failure when trying to cultivate their ability. This has lead to quite the lost in minions but given that he had rather little information to go on, he considers this lost necessary. The capabilities of the minions seem to simply be enhanced strength and durability. The higher the rank they are the stronger the minions are. Currently K-1 (The oldest minion) appears to be around the level of an A Rank hero. He's able to easily punch his way through concrete and lift extremely heavy objects with ease. Given that K-1 and K-2 are the only two that Shiji has of this class and caliber, they are essentially Shiji's trump card.
Upon death, the minions pop like little balloons and confetti explodes everywhere.
Shiji has a mental link to all minions he creates. This allows Shiji to generally feel the condition of his minions. Using this link, Shiji is able to transmit simple commands to any of his minions.
Physically, all of Shiji's minions look like mannequins. Featureless and devoid of any distinguishable traits. Well...aside from their very particular skin color. All minions pop out with a the distinct white skin that seems to change over time. With each rank they achieve, their skin color seems to correspond directly with their relative strength.

E Ranks = 730 (R-1 To R-730)(Knight Class Minions)
F Ranks = 365 (Pawns have no names)(Pawn Class Minions)
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
Evoking the power of this quirk is physically draining on Shiji and as such he's only able to summon two minions a day. Summoning any more than two leads to a heavy backlash that instantly cripples Shiji. If hit by this backlash, Shiji will need at least a week to recover.
The minions summoned by Shiji's ability are all bound by the rule to protect Shiji. If within their power, the minions will stop at nothing to protect their creator regardless of their actual ability to do so. This can easily be exploited which Shiji has come to understand which is why he tends to try and keep himself out of harms way.
Though the power of being able to summon free and expendable henchmen is rather handy, the supply of minions Shiji has is rather exhaustible. Being that time is the factor involved with a minion's strength, Sacrificing high level ones is almost never an option.
Shiji's health is questionable at best and poor at worst. Having never been the healthiest individual, using his quirk which draws from his life force probably isn't the greatest idea. Ever since going into the overdrive and summoning the max he can every day, Shiji's health has been in a rapid decline. Given his circumstances, Shiji would have preferred to wait and bide his time but that is no longer an option for him. Health aside, Shiji is still just a normal guy. Being that he never could exert himself physically, his parameters are lower than average. Unable to run, fight, or even defend himself, Shiji is quite arguably the weakest man to ever exist.

PERSEVERANCE
RANK/LEVEL: B+
SUMMARY:
Being the man that he is, Shiji is a man of his convictions. Having served a rather long prison sentence for something that was essentially an accident, Shiji's willpower allows him to press forward in the face of adversity. Abilities that normally would knock him out at or below this rank take AT ONE MORE POST before they go into effect regardless of type. (I.E. Sound, gas, poison, etc)
