If one was to try and find a personality to describe Yakedo from modern media they wouldn't have to look far especially in Japan. She gives off the same kind of "stick-to-it" attitude and love of food that most attribute to the protagonist of a shounen battle manga.
She's interested in the drive to be better, for no reason other than to outdo her siblings: a first year and a pro. Her goal is to put the gap between her and them so wide that they are known as "Heat's brothers" and she isn't referred to as "Spark's sister" or "Muetsuku's sister". The very thought of being remembered because of them made her beyond infuriated

Yakedo lasted three weeks before she set her uniform aflame in rage at the way they ran things.

THE ARMORY
Ignition Gauntlets: A set of flame retardant leather gloves that lead up to a series of metal chambers that hold a highly flammable material. Upon command, the temperature locks will open to allow Yakedo's natural body heat to flow in and set them aflame, giving her punches a burst of flame that she can intensify via increasing her body heat or in quick bursts she can create fire projectiles to shoot at opponents. She can only fire projectiles this way once per turn, for a maximum of four shots in a single fight.
Hero Suit: A basic hero suit, equipped with flame retardant materials that are also equipped with some basic cooling gels that activate when her body temperature drops rapidly. This is to help protect her skin from burns as she cools down. This also include a basic comm device on her ear.

SUMMARY:
Yakedo's quirk is the ability to rapidly increase her body temperature for short bursts. As her body temperature increases, so does her natural resistance to heat. When not in a transformed state, her body is only slightly more resistant to heat than the typical human's as her skin cools slower than the rest of her body.
Her skin can get as hot as 500 F, or 249 C, which is just slightly hotter than the temperature necessary to set fire to papers or woods. While she's heated up, she is capable of resisting heats as high as 3x her own current body heat. However, due to reasons explained further in the "Weaknesses/Limitations" section, her average heat when transformed is approximately 120 F or 49 C. This temperature is high enough that after five consistent minutes of exposure, it can cause third degree burns to human skin.
She does have control of how warm she gets, as she is a 3rd year she has developed a level of control that allows her to do so. The levels of heat she can achieve are always in increments of 2 C. So she can't set her temperature to something as specific as "99 C" but she could do "100 C". Upon an initial transformation, she sets her base temperature. She is capable of raising just the temperature of single parts of her body (as small as a single appendage (her hands/feet) doing so allows her two times the usual usage at the same cooldown times mentioned below.
When in this state, her body glows faintly and her hair glows incredibly bright.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
The first and most important thing is that just like any other human, exposure to cold is a viable strategy to slow Yakedo down. Her body temperature dropping is enough to counteract her growth and wearing heat resistant materials obviously gives you an almost complete nullifier to her power. As well, human body temperature being where it is causes the phenomena of being "cold" in temperatures below a certain level. Raising her body temperature while making her more dangerous to the touch makes her feel INCREDIBLY cold. Causing the effects of things like frostbite at temperatures 1/5 of her current body heat.
Once transformed, she can only adjust her body temperature by increments of 2 C at a time. And of course, she can only increase it by a total of 5 increments per turn (Max of -10 C/+10 C) without completely ending her transformation. She can maintain any heat between natural body heat (37C) and 45C indefinitely. If she raises her body heat up to 46C, she can hold it for up to 4 turns. If she raises her body heat to 60C or higher, she can only maintain the form for 3 turns. If over 100 C it can only last 2 turns. If over 200C it can only last through the current turn.
Ending her transformation can be incredibly dangerous for her as well. In the process, if she isn't careful the extreme temperatures she can cause extreme burns to herself. Her skin coolers slower than the rest of her body, so without aid from her Hero Suit, it can take awhile to cooldown. Dropping from a heat 46C or higher can take 1 turn of cooldown, 60C can take 2 turns, 100 C can take 3 turns and if over 200C once she leaves the form she is out of the battle for the remainder as she suffers from severe dehydration due to her heat causing the water in her body to begin to boil. With her Hero Suit equipped, these numbers become "no cooldown required/1/2 turns" and she can raise her body to 220C before being completely knocked out after but their total duration does not change and the cooldown from 200C is still a whopping 4 turns.
When cooling down, she must remain out of combat and mostly stationary, or else she risks dropping her temperature too quickly (causing burns to her skin) or failing to drop the transformation due to the movement causing her body heat to rise again. Maintaining a form is possible beyond the above listed durations, but depending on the level for every turn after it causes her to experience the effects of exposure to heat, from effects as minor as "Heat Syncope" (minor heat-related illness causing fainting or loss of stamina) to as high as Heatstroke or death. The effects are handled case-by-case between players to make for the most fun interactions (aka, we can stretch these a little for rule of cool if both players are okay with it but anything more than a slight stretch ((add one/two turns)) is still too much)
Most importantly, Yakedo can only attempt any amount of transformations (whether single appendage or full body) three times in a thread. Any transformation breaking the 200C barrier takes up all remaining uses, and cannot be done if she has only one transformation left. She cannot move from one tier to another without completely ending the transformation and starting it anew.

Iatsu Style: Mixed Martial Arts

SUMMARY: As familiar with this as she is her quirk, if not more so, Yakedo has been training in a series of martial arts to assist with the takedown and restriction of villains. At this point, her foundation with these skills are strong but that's about the extent. She hasn't begun to make her own spin on things and her knowledge is mostly focused in grapples and takedowns.
