Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.
There was something to what Confucius said, 3 always thought. He remembered when one of his old Project Zeta acquaintances read much of Confucius work. It was her way of keeping her mind off of the things that they were doing. It intrigued 3 to an extent. He often wondered why they found comfort in such readings but everyone in the group had a weird way of coping with their treatment. While one read Confucius, 3 fed the birds that often littered the compound. What interested him even more was that the people spent their free time training more were the ones that died first. Some of the members felt bad when the members died off but 3 was more interested in why they were the ones to die first. He remembered only feeling genuine emotions for one of the deaths when he was somewhat responsible for the Confucius girl's death. He did not feel regret. It was an accident after all. As the project went on, more and more people were having dying.
Eventually, there were only 4 left. 3 ended up killing the rest of them as they had become so soft. Regardless, his past associates did not matter at this time. 3 had gotten bored of his recent surroundings. He had been reading the news and Musutafu had stuck out to him. It had been a while since 3 had paid a visit to the town, famous for it's "hero school". People want to be famous like their idols on T.V.
Those idiots.
3 sat down at a cafe, ordering a cup of coffee for himself. Taking out a cigar from his coat, he lit it before taking a pull from it. Placing his gloved hands behind his head, he snickered a bit. This town a better not bore him. The last time he was here, 3 left a few days later. Peaking at his phone, he sent a message to a contact.

She was weighed down in every sense. Layers of clothing (skirts, blouse, sweater, jacket) and heavy brown boots, all along with a bucket hat and her hair plaited into two thick braids on either side of her head. A reusable bag full of groceries – none that would spoil for missing the fridge for a bit, of course – was secured on her with a cross body strap, and another reusable bag for the library on the same shoulder. Finally, there was her little bag, shaped like a big flower. Clearly, this was an adult woman running errands on her day off. Totally.
And, because she’d completed all of her errands – emails answered before she even left home, mail sent, city hero office visited to double check postings in person, shopping done, new library books picked up, etc. etc. - she felt as if she’d earned a treat! That treat was, of course, a frappuccino. The bottle rosette picked out the seasonal special, making sure they added plenty of whipped cream and finished it off with a cookie. She balanced her order in one hand, fishing out a book to read while sitting in public.
Whoops! Not that one! She was really interested in what happened next in her little mystery romance novel series, but she always ended up getting too giddy and squealing when she read. But, how could she help it?! She was cheering so hard for the characters! This book, they were supposed to find out who was behind the theft of the paintings, and the main pairing just met back up in a cliffhanger in the last book! No, rather, she had a study book. The title of it was rather dryly titled Engagement, Enrichment, and Escaping Cycles of Childhood Deviance. But, Chihiro was just as excited for this one as she was for the other.
It would just be much less embarrassing for her to frown over reading sad facts and somber solutions.
Still, as she looked around the cafe for a place to sit… She found none. “… Oh.” She looked outside. It was a little crowded out there, too… But, she spotted an open seat! Grinning, she raced towards it, only to realize there was another person at the table. Chihiro, chipper as ever, just put her tray down already and held onto her book with both hands. “Hia! This place is super crowded, so I hope it won’t be a bother if I share a table with you! I won’t be a bother, I swear, I’m just gonna read my book and enjoy the nice day out!”
And, unless he told her to piss off, she would indeed sit. Can’t discourage this fluff ball that easily.

3 winced a bit as a cloud moved that was covering the sun. He hated sitting outside sometimes because of reasons like that. He always was the unlucky sap who ended up with the sun glaring into his eyes. No wonder he wore a mask most of the time. It gave him some sort of protection of the sunlight. Tapping the back of his head in a certain tempo, he observed the other people in the class. Some were wearing uniforms to the schools that were scattered around the city. Some even wore the famous uniform of U.A. High School. He personally never understood the obsession with the place but to each their own. Heroes were either just glorified police officers or celebrities. Most of them knew little about being a hero as he found out to just watching and listening to them. Most of them were clueless and unable to make the tough calls.
Speaking of people, there was someone right in front of him. Apparently they were looking for an open seat and the last one was right in front of him. Taking a pull from his cigar, he placed it into the little ash tray on the table. Motioning to the open seat with one of his gloved hands he said evenly "Of course. As long as you don't mind cigar smoke, I have no qualms." He gave the woman a smile that was normal for him. He would not call himself a bad person by his standards. He actually was a good person for realising that every person is held back from savagery by the thin threads of order.
"Iwata by the way." He told her his last name because why would he care. He could not be caught for his past acts.

“Nope! Smoke away!”
Though it would be a little bothersome to make sure she washed the scent out of her hair and clothes later, it wasn’t as if her job never had her around other scents she didn’t care for. Soaps, detergents, and shampoos were invented for a reason, she supposed. No harm done, really, by a little lingering smoke scent, especially since Chihiro's quirk would counteract any of the reasons other people got pissy about secondhand smoke.
She got settled, coffee to the upper right of her book and the cookie in its little paper baggie to the left. She had mistakenly taken a sip of the coffee while her table partner introduced herself. He would be treated to the brief, likely amusing pantomime of Chihiro gesturing to her face, smiling nervously, and turning away to quickly finish the swig.
“Sorry! That was rude! I’m Takenaka!” She might have thought much of him introducing himself by his surname if she hadn’t grown up around her father’s business partners. Sometimes, people only wanted to be addressed by their surname. Some sort of leveraging of social dynamics, or perhaps just a desire to keep others at an arm’s distance. Regardless, she mimicked him, a sort of subtle attempt to both respect what she assumed was him clarifying boundaries and also be a little friendly by returning the gesture. She wouldn’t expect him to be more social than he was comfortable with. She’d been chided plenty enough about that by others.
She made herself comfortable, then, alternating with smooth pacing between reading the introduction to her book, nibbling on her cookie, and taking sugary sips of her cold cappuccino. She was doing her very best to not be an annoying seatmate, but she was social by nature and tried to connect with pretty much anyone she met. She might have put two and two together regarding his wanted poster and the name he'd given her, but considering the setting, it didn't occur to her to even run that through her back log of wanted villains. Instead, she was fishing for something to say. She couldn't not talk.
"Ah... Say, there's no chance you're related to Iwata of Nintendo, is there? You know, the Iwata from when the brand first got big!" She grinned. "I like their mobile games! I don't have as much time to really play anymore, but the Animal Crossing expansions make me feel nostalgic no matter what. It feels like a simpler era, you know?" Nintendo could totally survive half a milliniuem.

Interesting lady indeed.
3 took another pull from his cigar before cutting off the end of the cigar. Putting the cigar back into the little case he had for them, he pushed it into the pocket inside of his jacket. Taking out his little notepad, he flipped through some notes had had taken on the city. Nothing of note yet. How disappointing. He thought that this place would lift his boredom for a bit. He really hated having only be employed by gangs who need an assassin. That sort of work was beneath him. It paid well but where is the fun in that. People who do work just for money have no agency. They relied on other people to give them something to care about. It was sad.
It did not matter though, his seat companion seemed to be the chatty type. Looking the young woman over, he gave her a slight smile. He could not feel but think what he was saying was amusing. From all the things people would relate his name to, video games was the last thing. He never played many video games when he was in the program but he gave it a whirl after his sister suggested it.
"While sadly I am not related to such a visionary. My name is very common. I will say, I am partial to the more relaxing games. Animal Crossing was suggested to me by my sister but I'm partial to Yoshi myself." Ah, so wonderful. Such a nice conversation.

"That makes sense. Most businessmen are into platformers and stuff."
She nodded to herself, as if what she'd just said hadn't come out of left field, before taking the final bite of her cookie. However, in the middle of chewing, she realized she hadn't at all explained how she'd come to that conclusion. Swallowing, she waved her hand and laughed a little.
"Ah, I guess that'd be good to, uh, explain why I think that, huh? Well, my brother and my dad are both businessmen, and my dad isn't really into video games, but my brother and his friends LOVE playing Mario! Actually, he's the one who even got me to play any of the Princess Peach sequels... Anyways, um, jeez, I guess I just kind of assumed you're a businessman, too, since you smoke cigars! Though, Dad only really does that with company..." Now, she was just chattering on and on. She clapped her hands together, beaming at him. "Iwata-san, did you just have a good meeting or something? I know we're just strangers, but if you're smoking to celebrate, may I offer you my congratulations?"
She was perhaps too quick to make assumptions about visual and social cues, but she was very well meaning. She continued to smile earnestly at the villain.

All of this positivity and energy was something else. Usually, most people Hanzo talked to were very gloom people. Either they were some mob boss who lamented about his business not going as well as it used to be in the "good ol days" or some crazy teenager who thought they were the hottest thing on the street. Those people really go on his nerves. Imagine thinking that somehow, without little work, they were the number one villain. Hanzo cared little about that though. Being ranked as a villain just meant it was harder to hide. As a ranked villain, one has always watch their back. Hanzo did that to begin with, no need to be extra careful. It was just bothersome to just care about image also.
Regardless, he was enjoying his conversation with this woman. It felt normal and was not related to his business dealings. Well, not quite but he was not going to talk about his dealings even though business did come up. Smiling a bit, Hanzo motioned to the city "Actually, I'm on holiday. I needed a break from the office so I went here. A colleague suggested it to me."
His coffee arrived and Hanzo took a sip from it. Truly dreadful but it is passable. "Do you have any recommendations to what to see in town? I usually do not keep up with other towns." He laughed a bit, sipping from the cup of coffee again.

On holiday?! Chihiro actually clapped a little, that enthusiastic on Iwata's behalf. "Oh, how wonderful! I'm actually new in town myself, but Musutafu has so much to offer for entertainment!"
Given that she was long finished with her own cookie and coffee, she opened the lid on the cold cappuccino and put the cookie rapper inside. While she was not so impolite as to leave in the middle of a conversation, she did have groceries and such to put away. None of it was in dire need for a refrigerator, but she still didn't want to risk keeping them out of her cupboards for too long. So, she spared a moment to quickly check her bag, holding one finger up towards Iwata. She then put away her book. She certainly wasn't going to read it now.
"Alright, where was I... Oh! Yes. I'm not sure whether the city arranged it or someone took it upon themselves, but the Dagobah beach park was recently cleaned up! It's so beautiful now, and there's this adorable little gazebo out on a little dock, too!" She nodded. "It's beautiful at sunset... I recommend bringing a snack and relaxing there." She tilted her head. "But... If you're the more active type, there's a number of very nice libraries! They often invite experts in various fields and have community events. There's some very nice shopping in a local, massive, open air mall... Oh, and the arcades! Honestly, they're swarmed by teenagers, so you'd have to visit during the day when they're at school, but the selection is fantastic!" She... was really rattling on about this. "And, that doesn't even cover the nightlife! There are some very nice bars for socializing in. I typically go with friends, so it might be a little lonely by one's self, but even karaoke can be enjoyable solo, Iwata-san!"
