Riku is the smile man.
Perpetually smiling, Riku does it to almost a creepy degree. Always upbeat and positive, Riku demeanor is that of an extremely happy boy! Riku is well dressed in a prim and proper uniform that is always neatly pressed and he LOOKS like someone who is the shining example of a model student!~

Riku is a happy boy...
Or so he acts on the outside.
On the inside however is a total different story. Riku is rather serious. He acts uncaring but he really cares quite a lot about quite a lot things ironically. He smiles and tries to include people merely because he loves observing people.
As a side note...
Riku likes people to screw people with his quirk!
And he likes to screw with people as well! Non-sexually of course.
What a world!~
Though rather antagonistic towards people that he tends to dislike, Riku often does it in a way that is aloof and playful while still seemingly asshole-ish just because! Seeing people being emotive tends to show their true personality and Riku wants to see how people truly are when pushed to the edge. If he's ever the one forced to be serious however, Riku quickly becomes rather focused and his persona changes entirely.
To be completely honest, Riku is a calculating individual who has always been looked down upon due to his generic quirk. Being that his quirk was plain and boring, Riku had never been thought to have much promise. This constant negative association with his quirk caused his beautiful personality to blossom into what it is today!
Breaking those expectations and standing out is his ABSOLUTE raison d'etre!~
As to why he's so upbeat however, well Riku has never been much of a defeatist. Also to note! Riku is rather sadistic and loves shattering the expectations of others! Hence what better way to do that then the become a hero with his shitty little quirk! Being that he often isn't able to do so, Riku strives to make people break their composure. Hence why he loves getting a reaction out of people. Given that his quirk is rather unremarkable, he tries his hardest to surpass his limits.
So to sum it all up! Riku is an extremely screwy boy! Impulsive, random and hyperactive, it's usually tough to get a bead on the kid since he just loves doing the unexpected! It's about the only thing to be expected from him!~

Born to an average family in an average town in an average area. Riku was by all accounts...painfully average. Losing the genetic lottery at birth, Riku wound up with a rather lackluster quirk. Hitting that age where quirks would typically show up, Riku was excited to see what ability would manifest itself. When it finally did however, Riku wasn't all that happy. His quirk seemed.....generic.
Because after all..the only thing it seemed to allow him to do was to summon screws. And not just one type of screw but a variety of them! In all shapes and sizes! But....that didn't matter. Especially not to a bunch of grade schoolers. Given that his quirk was fairly plain jane, Riku soon faded into obscurity. All the kids in the school who had a potentially powerful or amazing quirk quickly became rather popular while Riku was regulated into the background. After a couple of years of quietly accepting his lot in life, Riku found himself becoming immersed in something that he had liked a little as a child...but was becoming more and more prominent in his life.
It was anime.
And in anime...anything could happen.
And you could always do anything.
Falling down this rabbit hole of depravity, Riku began to see his ability in a different light. Rather than dislike it...he began to love it. ALOT. It was a part of him and his ability was one which had chosen him. And because it had chosen him, who was he to disregard it without giving it a chance. Emboldened by these rather crazy delusions, Riku began to train with his quirk and push it to the limits. Riku wasn't satisfied with 'role' he was supposed to play in this world and decided that if he was going to aim high, he was going to aim for the very top.
Everyone told him it was impossible.
Everyone told him he was wasting his time.
Yet when he proved everyone wrong by getting accepted into U.A. the looks on their faces had left him in absolute bliss on the inside. The day he received his acceptance letter was one which awoke another aspect of his personality. Originally he simply wanted to reach for the stars to prove that he could. Yet, seeing his classmates with the more 'powerful' quirk fail to get into U.A. while he on the other hand had, caused him an unimaginable amount of pleasure. So much so that Riku couldn't wait to prove people wrong yet again in the future.

Riku is the master of screws.
He can wield any screw his hands happen to grasp!
And he can summon screws from his hands!
Both real and fake!
And by fake I mean ethereal!
You see 'em but ya can't touch em! Well. You can try, but given they are just illusions you can't interact with them. Being that they are Riku's illusion however he can!~
Riku can also add only one very random quality to his quirk. He can add weight to his screws! Or so he initially thought! But his ability of summon fake and real screws seemed to merge somewhere down the line. Of course with this ability, it's not to the extreme extent that he can add a huge amount of weight at a single time.But each special bolt screw that he summons can add 10 pounds or 4.5 kg to his opponent that he screws. The bolt screw seems to have some ethereal qualities as it cannot harm people but it remains in them after piercing their body.
Being that riku can summon screws, Riku can summon weapons that can be useful when he's in jam! Naturally however, these weapons are screws. So...whomp whomp.
Riku primarily tends to summon two weapons which are named as 'Screw' and 'Driver' which are two sharp weapons that Riku wields. Riku can essentially summon screws of any size, but unless he uses a screw which has at least a few pounds to it, he can't add weight to it. These special weighted screws come out as a bolt screw and cannot inflict any actual damage onto people as they are not violent screws meant for harming. But rather loving screws meant for holding. <3

The ethereal screw. They are simply fakes that can do no harm. Riku can summon these out of thin air and interact with them however he chooses. He can make them seemingly float or rain down from the heavens. These screws can be touched by him yet if touched by another they vanish into thin air.

This is Riku's first real ability. As Riku has come to learn, all screws are special. The bolt screw can be easily discerned due to the very flat and unassuming appearance it has. People screwed by this will experience no damage and only be weighed down by the screw. The screw lasts for six posts after leaving Riku's hands before vanishing into thin air.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS
Being that Riku's screws are pretty much converted from his blood, Riku main weakness is that his blood is the primarily the source from which his quirk comes draws from. With each screw summoned, it takes just a small amount of iron to formulate the metal in the weapon.
Another weakness of his screws is their durability. Though made of metal, Riku tends to skimp on how much iron he pumps into his babies due to the fact that it'll knock him out faster. He does however tend to pump quite a bit of iron into his two primary blades as they are the main way he protects himself. (Those 2 screws can equate to about 10 conjured screws)
He generally can summon at least thirty medium arm length screws before becoming light headed. At forty screws he's woosy. And at fifty it's the danger zone! Naturally however, the bigger and stronger the screw is, the more iron it takes to conjure. A handful of small screws will consume enough iron for one whole medium screw. Ethereal screws take no energy from the man and tend to serve as more of a show rather than anything else. Attempts to use it in combat will likely be poor at best considering that the fakes will vanish once they come into contact with another presence or object
