Hazumu always sounds and looks perpetually tired. With a rather blank look always hanging on his face, the man doesn't exactly have an air of energy around him. He seeming doesn't smile much or laugh much or actually...for any emotion do much as all. Given that he isn't very emotive he usually gives off the impression that he doesn't much care for anything. Regardless of the activity, given that his glasses hides his eyes, it sort of hard to get a bead on the man given his general lack of expression.

Hazumu is that detached teacher that everyone has always known. A man who comes to work solely to collect his paycheck. Sure he might teach his kids something useful every so often, but the guy is the textbook definition of someone who does the bare minimum. He hates the current system of 'training' heroes and instead likes those who takes the initiative instead. Given the nature of their job, Hazumu knows he's biased in the way he approaches his classes, but he can't help himself. He knows people have different temperaments and all that, yet he can't bring himself to compromise his ideals. Heroes need but a single thing in his mind. A Hero.
With the way the system is presently fashioned, Hazumu tries his hardest to make his students' lives hell. He likes to weed out the weak and awaken the true passion inside each and every individual. Now that isn't to say he likes working hard however. On the contrary he's actually quite lazy! He prefers to let natural selection run it's course and only tries to hurry it along. Being both quiet and short on words, Hazumu offers incentives to kids who are willing to go out on a limb and deterrents to those who lack the will to persevere.
Usually hated by the students of U.A. Hazumu cares little for the thoughts of those who dislike him. He rather all the students of U.A. hate him rather than seeing some dumb kid get himself killed by trying to 'play hero'.
On a unrelated note however, Hazumu is a man constantly dealing with the guilt of his former actions. Having changed from a happy-go-lucky man to the serious man he is today, Hazumu doesn't regret his change in demeanor. He only regrets that he hadn't done it sooner. Being brought up in the present U.A. system that constantly coddles the heroes of tomorrow, Hazumu used to think of the job as all fun and games. He naturally tried like everyone else, but having blood on your hands changes people. As a result of both his attitude and actions, Hazumu made several irreversible mistakes. He hadn't realized the gravity of both his job and position, and people other than himself had paid the price for it. It was both then and there that Hazumu had resolved to change. Initially he had decided to just change how he operated in the field...yet upon seeing how the up and coming heroes seemed to act, Hazumu realized something horrifying. They had just been just like him. Which meant that regardless whether he changed or not, if the problem wasn't nipped in the bud, the cycle would just continue. Which was why Hazumu became a teacher. He was not there to be friends with the students. He was there to instruct them and prepare them for the real world.
Hazumu is also rather low energy these days. Constantly having trouble sleeping, Hazumu has a dependency on alcohol and sleeping drugs in order to get what little sleep he does. This tends to leave him rather exhausted throughout most times of the day and makes it hard for him to utilize his quirk as it takes quite a lot out of him.

While having mostly average grades along with an average school life, Hazumu wasn't remarkable by any means.About the only thing the guy had going for him was his quirk. Lucky him right? Being a mix of his father and mother's quirk, Hazumu had won the genetic lottery. His father could make his body bouncy and his mother had to the ability to transmit her feelings into objects simply by touch. Coincidentally, it was by her quirk that Hazumu's father came to learn of her feelings. Anyways! With their union came Hazumu's quirk which had the ability to transfer bounciness into anything he happened to come into physical contact with. Using the quirk took quite a bit out of the young boy but the implications of such an ability meant that he was a prime hero candidate.
Entering U.A. without too much of an issue, Hazumu held onto his hopelessly optimistic view of heroes all the way through the program. It wasn't until a few years after his graduation that he had a rather rude awakening. Not properly considering the circumstances of a certain situation, Hazumu made a fatal mistake one day. One which his playful and offbeat attitude led to the death of his partner. It was this incident that caused Hazumu to change. Gone was the playful and cheerful bouncing hero of old. He had started to actual realize that both his actions and job had a consequence to it.
It wasn't until the age of twenty five when he'd founded his own hero agency that he began to notice something rather troubling. The kids graduating from U.A. They were all almost exactly like him. They thought the job of a Hero was a game. A few naturally had the right mentally but more than a handful were simply in the career because of the exposure the job held. SUMMARY:
In a nutshell.
Hazumu can bounce.
Hazumu's quirk is a mix of his father's and mother's quirk. His father count become bouncy while his mother could transmit her emotions/feelings into others via touch. Combined, Hazumu can make anything he touches bouncy while almost making his body rather bouncy! While objects that touch him are turned into an INCREDIBLY bouncy material for a second while in contact with his body, Hazumu is able to effortlessly deflect and negate the force of blows with his 'bounce' ability.
Controlling the level of bounce is rather difficult and Hazumu can only essentially flip through certain 'settings' for his quirk. These settings are essentially split between three.
-Slightly bouncy-
With this setting, Hazumu can make things essentially pop off of him slightly without much backlash. Things that strike him aren't sent flying with this setting. Things hit while he's set to SLIGHTLY with only bounce off him a couple of feet. It's generally useful when trying to negate something containing a rather high amount of force behind it and not send it haplessly flying. This setting is particularly good for protecting others.
-Moderate bouncy-
This setting a bit more aggressive. Given that things slapped away while he's under the effects of MODERATE will be sent flying always two dozen feet, this setting is a rather nice in-between for when he isn't going all out. It's generally a good fit for when he needs a solid mix between defense and offense while still offering him a degree of control over things. This setting is generally a good combat oriented choice.
-Super bouncy-
Super bouncy is where the gloves comes off. Being that Hazumu has almost absolutely no control while utilizing this setting, he reserves it for special instances. Something struck when he's under the effects of SUPER will be sent sailing harmlessly away hundreds of feet. Naturally though, given that Hazumu can't calculate the exact trajectory of what he knocks away while using this setting, Hazumu is prone to causing large amounts of collateral damage with this. He can't aim or redirect things proper given the amount of 'Bounce' he exerts, thus he usually only uses this setting during special situations. He is able to use the SUPER setting to enable himself to move rather rapidly however as he can bounce off of various objects, usually in a general direction. However if something unexpected pops up in his way, as he tries to aim for open air so not to be bounced around wildly, he will ricochet harmlessly in a direction that he didn't intend. Usually he can launch himself at about 150 KPH / 95 MPH. But like stated, he can't really steer himself after the initial launch.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
While bounce is strong versus nearly any physical attack, bounce offers ABSOLUTELY no advantages versus anything elemental. Wind, ice, fire, electricity all affect Hazumu rather normally.
Things Hazumu can't actually touch cannot be bounced as well. If goo'd or stuck to an object, Hazamu has no counter to things of that nature.
Liquids or gases cannot be bounced off of Hazamu as well. One would think liquids could be bounced since it's something he could touch, but it's general composition seems to be weird enough that it just doesn't interact properly with his quirk.
Hazumu can also only 'bounce' things going a certain speed. If things are moving at or under a speed of 5 MPH / 8 KPH, then they are unaffected by his quirk. Slow moving objects are the bane of Hazumu's existence.
Finally, Hazumu's body has to be in DIRECT contact with anything he tries to reflect. To counter this he usually strips down to his underwear. Usually while on missions, Hazumu will wear nothing but an thin stringed speedo which can be....rather weird. It's not that he wants to mind you! But given that it's the only way to utilize his quirk, he's generally forced into this position.
Along with these weaknesses, ever since the INCIDENT where he lost his partner, Hazumu has had an endless amount of nightmares that have resulted in him having to rely on sleep aids and alcohol to make it through the night. Being that he can hardly get more than an hour or two of rest daily, Hazumu is perpetually left at a state of exhaustion. Back in his hey-day, Hazumu used to be able to go for about TEN posts with his quirk. He used to be in peak physical shape which allowed him to offset it's extensive energy costs. Nowadays however, he's a shadow of his former self. Training only loosely while barely having enough sleep to function, Hazumu can only maintain his quirk for a maximum of SIX posts. Regardless what he tries to do, Hazumu's conscience is haunted by his past decisions and being that it's something he can't change, he knows it's just something he'll have to live with.

SUMMARY:
Even though he's trained this skill since he had learned how to properly utilize his quirk, Hazumu has trained his eyes to the best of his capability. Given that it's hard to do so with just plain moving objects, Hazumu has tried to do this with not only that but also with himself moving a pretty fast speeds. Given how hard this is, Hazumu isn't very good at this skill but he is generally better than most at this skill.
Acrobatic
RANK/LEVEL: B
SUMMARY:
Being a rather bouncy boy who tends to bounce in directions he often doesn't mean to, Hazumu has taken up training in the art of acrobatics! While not able to flip and twirl in the air with the finesse of a cat, Hazumu is quite capable in usually being able to adjust his landing to at least make it so he doesn't land on his butt all the time. Of course this depends on his general velocity and how rapidly his body is flipping around, but if it's a controlled launch by his own volition, he can do this. If tossed around by someone else, he naturally wouldn't have the clarity of mind to actually orient himself properly.
