'Tall' would be a bit of an understatement - especially in Japan. Takeshi boasts a larger-than-life frame, and a stance to go along with it that oozes confidence and power. Despite his constant work in the field, he nearly looks like male supermodel - near perfectly set features, a sharp face, and graceful flowing purple hair. His expression could be described as 'neutral' - a carefully manicured straight mouthline followed by slanted but not titled eyes and a slight pucker to his lips,
His attire typically consists of suits - tailored specifically to his large frame - as he, in his words, "Gets plenty of time being shirtless" when out and about. His outfits are kept meticulously spotless and presentable, always ready to bear the weight of the imposing man behind them.

RUMOR/SECRET: | can be minor/major, something about them that's whispered in the streets~ |
Give about a paragraph description of your characters personality. Think of their motivations, their goals, their fears, habits, and pet peeves. What would stump them in a job interview? Are they a dog or cat person? Do they enjoy the city or prefer nature? Get into their heads. The more detailed, the better the character!

This is where the largest part of your app goes, the history of your character. Don't be afraid to go into detail, the more detailed the more established your character is. A character that has worked themselves up the ranks is more likely to have a more detailed historical biography. Try to keep it 200 word minimum for basic lower-level characters. Also keep things as realistic as possible, tragedy does not automatically create interesting characters nor does extremism (for every 17 year old school girl that has murdered 40 people in a single year without detection a puppy dies, keep this in mind). Have fun with it though~
THE ARMORY
Hero "Costume": A set of highly elastic straps, fabrics, and pants which all all come in varying dark shades of black and purple. His top is mostly exposed so that he can activate his Quirk uninhibited.
QUIRK & SKILLS
PILLAR OF STRENGTH
TYPE: Transformation
RANK/LEVEL: A
SUMMARY: "Pillar of Strength" - an apt name for one of the most powerful all-around Quirks to have graced the Hero world. On-command, the user is capable of enhancing their power, agility, and durability to impressive degrees. This is indicated by a enlargement of exterior muscles, followed by the user's underlying muscles to glow with a harsh red light visible from underneath the skin. Due to Takeshi's already monstrous proportions, this brings his height to about 6' 8" and total weight to two-hundred and twenty pounds.
Power -
100%: At his maximum strength, Takeshi becomes capable of lifting the average house by himself - clocking in at 125,000 pounds of sheer power. His strength when moving objects and striking someone greatly differ, however, even at 100%. A single blow could still easily incapacitate an average person if shown no restraint, but near anybody with protection or durability enhancement won't go down so quickly.
75%: About 80,000 pounds at his max lifting strength, and entering the territory where a single attack has the potential to seriously cripple or remove an opponent from the fight.
50%: Lifting strength at half power is about 55,000 pounds. A single strike could take down normal people if aimed at the head.
25%: The 'lower end' of his power is still heavily impressive - wherein his maximum lifting power weighs in around 25,000 pounds. A single strike to a normal person could break bone and cause pain, but isn't enough to instantly knock them out.
-
Agility -
100%:
At his top speed, Takeshi is capable of blitzing at about eighty (80) MPH. His reaction speed, however, does not increase - so going this fast in an urban or crowded environment is often folly.
75%:
As expected by straight division, 75% of his max speed is 60 MPH - with the same issue as max speed.
50%:
Half of 80 MPH is 40 MPH - still a far, far faster pace than most others, though no longer quite as insane.
25%:
About two times as fast as an Olympian at 20 MPH.
-
Durability - Unlike what you might expect, durability doesn't equate to completely mitigating damage and pain. Takeshi's empowered body absorbs direct impacts and disperses it across his body, still resulting in pain and damage dealt, but greatly helps to diminish injury sustained from attacks. His durability equates his own striking force at each respective block of power from 25% - 100%.

Flesh Fails: Although Takeshi's enhanced body provides tremendous protection against external threats - it is still biological material in the end. Acids, poisons, and extreme temperatures (natural or otherwise) will harm him normally.

ENDURANCE
RANK/LEVEL: A -
SUMMARY: A simple, yet vital skill to Takeshi's entire fighting style - the ability to utilize large amounts of energy over an equally large amount of time without faltering in performance. Having trained (and continues to train) every day if possible, his sheer dedication and time spent on the task have raised him to Olympic levels of fortitude.
STRENGTH
RANK/LEVEL: A
SUMMARY: To augment strength to as an inane degree as Takeshi does, one must first have the raw power to multiply, to begin with. Evident by simply looking at him, Takeshi is extremely strong. In the upper echelon of lifting tiers, he is capable of lifting about 109kg (or two-hundred and forty pounds) without his Quirk active. While this isn't necesarrily a feat when matched against any type of strength Quirk, this natural power is impressive in its' own right.
SPEED
RANK/LEVEL: B -
SUMMARY: To round out his overall athleticism comes Takeshi's weakest area - speed. Hampered partly by his bulky size, at top speed he can run at about eight (8) MPH - about the average running speed for most professional athletes. When running distances over a mile, in order not to tire himself, he often goes a max of six (6) MPH instead.
STRONG-ARM
RANK/LEVEL: B+
SUMMARY: A fighting style which mostly consists of slower but devastating blows, which is greatly amplified by Takeshi's Quirk. A bit primitive when compared to other, more refined fighting styles, it makes up for this lack of grace with sheer might and threat. A foe with enough speed or durability to not have to fear receiving a strike becomes much more of a problem, and the lack of precision can become clear.
