Lily is a girl of average height, with a slim and fairly toned physique attained through her years of training at U.A. Her dark brown hair is usually kept down, stretching down all the way to her lower back. Though, sometimes she does tie it in a loose bun or pony tail when partaking in school or heroic activities - such that they don't get in the way of her face.
When out and about, she likes to dress fashionably in a variety of clothing. From the latest jackets, blouses, and sundresses you name it and she likely has something similar in her wardrobe. She likes to adorn herself with necklaces and jewelry as well. However, Lily isn't that vain about appearances. Some might say she dresses fashionably to hide the fact that when at home, she's the type of girl to be a ruffled mess and stay in a onesie or joggers all day.
She carries herself with a pep in her step; with an airy light bounce . Her charming, playful attitude can both light up a room with her smile, but can also give her a childish and immature demeanor. Not to mention her face being very expressive. Whether it be the brightest of smiles, an angry scowl, a pout or a solemn gaze, it's easy to read her mood like a book and she's not very good at hiding her emotions.

RUMOR/SECRET: | can be minor/major, something about them that's whispered in the streets~ |
Give about a paragraph description of your characters personality. Think of their motivations, their goals, their fears, habits, and pet peeves. What would stump them in a job interview? Are they a dog or cat person? Do they enjoy the city or prefer nature? Get into their heads. The more detailed, the better the character!
BACKGROUND HISTORY
PLACE OF BIRTH/HOMETOWN: | hometown here |
PARENTS: | parents here (if applicable) |
SIBLINGS: | siblings here |
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: | significant other (if applicable) |
OTHER: | children/pets/whatever |
This is where the largest part of your app goes, the history of your character. Don't be afraid to go into detail, the more detailed the more established your character is. A character that has worked themselves up the ranks is more likely to have a more detailed historical biography. Try to keep it 200 word minimum for basic lower-level characters. Also keep things as realistic as possible, tragedy does not automatically create interesting characters nor does extremism (for every 17 year old school girl that has murdered 40 people in a single year without detection a puppy dies, keep this in mind). Have fun with it though~
THE ARMORY
This here is your inventory, everything you plan to use in battle such as weapons, hero suit, support items must be declared here. Think of it as one might the inventory in a video game, you can't use what you don't have here in combat, so be careful!
QUIRK & SKILLS
QUIRK NAME HERE
TYPE: Level Up!!
RANK/LEVEL: D
SUMMARY:
The quirk Level Up!! Is a mutation that manifests at a very early age, and quite abruptly at that. The core principle of the quirk is that it deconstructs and converts every cell of the body into a mass of visible yet intangible data, freely drifting in space. Eventually the data condenses, pulling the body together to restore its physical form. The body then becomes a physical manifestation of data essentially like a living, breathing video game character.
This quirk allows Lily to view the world as if she was a character from a VRMMO game. That is, she can monitor her own general health through an HP status bar. This gradually decreases as she gets damaged. And that’s a key difference between her and normal people, she gets “damaged” rather than “injured”. That is is to say, she will not show any outward physical signs of getting hurt such as bruising, swelling, bleeding. Her life bar simply decreases when she gets hit. When it reaches zero, it’s Game Over. Equivalent to death. Whenever she gets cut, sliced, or stabbed, shot or lord forbid a limb gets dismembered, Lily does not bleed. Instead, where the wound would be would be a glowing “hole” that leaks data outward and drains her HP in correspondence to the severity of the injury. Treatment and management is identical to wound care, without the mess of blood. However her digital body still treats itself as if it has bones, so if she were ever to sustain an injury that would otherwise cause a fracture a status effect called BONE BREAK is applied to her. As the name suggests, it carries with it the same amount of damage and pain a broken pain would to a normal person. Lily does have HP regeneration, however. It’s nothing significant, and can take anywhere from a day to a week. Quite similar to a person’s natural rate of healing, but the difference lies in that her body goes back to it’s default state at max HP no matter what. If she survives getting an arm chopped off for instance, as long as her HP reaches full that arm goes back to the way it was.
Lily can intentionally revert back to being intangible data for a very brief period, and rapidly shift her position while doing so. It happens instantaneously such that it appears like she blinks, zips and dashes to her intended destination, leaving behind a trail of faint blue light behind her. Currently, the maximum distance she can travel in this way way is ten feet. She must visually see the destination she’s trying to go to, and thus cannot phase through walls. She can use it four times in succession before going on a two post cool down.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
Lily experiences two notable drawbacks with this mutation, both of which can occur at any given time. The first is what she calls Lagging. As the name suggests, at times she may become like a game character experiencing severe connectivity issues, particularly when she’s overuses her blink ability or even when she’s fighting hand to hand. It appears that feeling tired and exhausted is a key trigger for this side effect. Key symptoms are her feeling extremely sluggish and horribly uncoordinated, as if there was a delay between what her brain is inputting and what her body is actually doing. She may “rubber-band” in her movements, for example walk forwards...then backwards again...then forwards again, and repeat. Speech may become gibberish as her thoughts and words become layered and delayed. This effect occurs randomly, with an increased risk when straining and exhausting herself. It lasts anywhere from seconds to minutes; if she were caught lagging during a combat situation then it poses as a massive vulnerability.
The second side effect occurs more often if she stretches her capabilities with the blink technique. She calls it glitching, and is a far more serious issue. As the aforementioned ability plays with her nature of being data, glitching is when it completely misfires. Her body can suddenly forget or be confused of whether it wants to be physical or be data, and it’s as if it begins to struggle maintaining its physical form. It causes parts of her to freeze up and become a pixelated blob of contorted data and even has a chance of just randomly decreasing her HP. Everytime she glitches is a nightmare; there’s a chance that her quirk just randomly fires off when she doesn’t want it. And most of all, there is a real threat of her exploding into pure data and erasing herself. Not to mention that glitching is a painful experience, and it can last anywhere from seconds to minutes as well. It’s rarer, but just like lag if it occurs during combat then it is a huge vulnerability.
