Somewhat tall and slender, but with muscles just slightly toned from training, Otoya stands as a fair example of a UA student. Suiting his personality, he keeps a very tidy appearance, keeping his uniform well-maintained and his glasses clean, although some would say his hair gives a slight punk vibe. All in all, on first appearance he has a somewhat overbearing and intimidating presence, but is actually a very calm and sociable fellow, and his posture shows it well. He walks with a confident stride, always keeping his eyes fiercely forward, and speaks with a clear, thundering voice, though those paying enough attention can notice a very slight speech impediment and the occasional slip of the tongue.
Outside of school, his casual attire is suitably semiformal, choosing to wear a light blazer, twill pants, Oxford shoes, and a turtleneck sweater in cooler months, and a thin white button-up with a black waistcoat in warmer months, alongside the same pants and shoes. If the heat gets severe, he can on rare occasions be seen in thin black cargo shorts, a well-fit white tank-top patterned with an odd scale print, and black leather wraparound sandals. The only universal item of clothing is his glasses, of which he predictably keeps numerous spares, as his lifestyle often leads to them being broken.

A very pleasant, dutiful young man, Otoya prides himself on acting as a model knight, helping whomever he sees needs a hand, and holding himself and his peers to a particular degree of quality befitting of a hero. To that end, he is somewhat obsessed with self-improvement, and can be a bit overbearing in trying to help others improve themselves. But true to his word, he will fully support his friends, colleagues, and even rivals in their endeavors to improve themselves, and offers any help he can. Otherwise, he tends to be a calm and inquisitive young man, who spends much of his free time reading, cooking, or training, especially in controlling his rather finicky Quirk.
Otoya's goal as a hero is to distinguish himself as a shining knight of the people; a beacon to strive towards, a shield to protect the weak, and a sword to fell the wicked. He trains diligently to achieve this goal, but can sometimes lose sight of what's right in front of him because of this. Additionally, he likes to cook in his spare time, having learned from his father, and has picked up several culinary styles over time, though none really of professional levels.

This is where the largest part of your app goes, the history of your character. Don't be afraid to go into detail, the more detailed the more established your character is. A character that has worked themselves up the ranks is more likely to have a more detailed historical biography. Try to keep it 200 word minimum for basic lower-level characters. Also keep things as realistic as possible, tragedy does not automatically create interesting characters nor does extremism (for every 17 year old school girl that has murdered 40 people in a single year without detection a puppy dies, keep this in mind). Having an ultra super powerful character is about as fun as a plain piece of toast.

Every quirk has limitations and every person has weaknesses, be it natural (such as fire vs. ice), physical limitations (such as quirks that require physical contact or a fighter that is just close contact/long distance.), or even personality flaws. For say every two strengths there should be a weakness that balances him out. There should always be atleast ONE mortal weakness stated that will cause great damage to any character which is exploitable. Again, put any drawbacks caused by over reaching etc in POST COUNTS, along with how long they last in POST COUNTS/REST OF THREAD ETC. Weakness is what makes them human, its character-defining. Saying that a fire-user is vulnerable to just ice isn't gonna cut it, dig deep and play fair. Please read the quirk section of the Guidebook for more guidance on weaknesses.
