Due to her diminutive size 11-B is often mistaken for a child despite being an adult. As well she is almost never without the very large instrument case she carries around. The case of course housing her riffle and other related gear.

Unlike her official file 11-B is no longer quite as docile as she once was. Having matured quite a bit over the years she is still quiet though her time spent in the middle east has allowed her time to grow as her own person and no longer be simply a drone that follows orders blindly.
She is quite polite and agreeable though part of that comes with being deaf and not being able to hear when people argue with her. She has a particular distaste however for those who hurt innocent people. While she has no quarrel with villains who keep to smaller crimes and those that don’t hurt others in serious ways. With the fires of rage that had fueled her for so long finally able to die out she now uses her skills to eliminate those who remind her of what she once hated. While she will say that this is to protect others 11-B knows nothing but war and at this point isn’t sure that she wants to stop.
Currently she is attempting to learn sign language as a way to communicate. Due to the way her quirk has advanced after becoming deaf she has soundproofed her room in order to make it as quiet as possible. She suffers from headaches induced by the constant sensory input created by her quirk.

She can often be found spending her downtime either reading novels of the science fiction and fantasy genres, or spending time dismantling and reassembling her weapons. The later appears to be some kind of personal method of relaxation and 11-B does this every night before bed at least twice with each of her weapons.
It has been reported by another member of Sniper Team Wisp, Operative 22 aka “Bluebird” that 11-B appears to have some kind of tick. When performing her duties as a sniper she will make quite tongue clicking sounds to herself that appear to be related to the important variables taken into account during these activities.

Following the death of Operative 11 Candidate 183 was chosen as a replacement and re-designated as operative 11-Bravo. Moved from her original orphanage to the Project Zeta complex training began immediately.

Response from project director [redacted]: Request denied. While 11-B has been behind in many of the basic physical fitness aspects she has taken much faster to the weapons and combat training. As such Operative 11-Bravo will hereby be moved from the primary task force to Sniper Team Wisp for further training and operations.
Upon being moved to ST wisp 11-B began to quickly outperform other members of the sniper team. her performance with the team was impeccable. However as time went on, concerns were raised about her diminutive stature and apparent lack of going through puberty. Several tests were performed revealing that 11-B had a genetic case of hypogonadism which inhibited her body’s growth through puberty in both physical stature and apparent maturity. As there was deemed not to have any negative impact on her performance no treatment was considered necessary.
Operation Clearwater.
Sniper Team Wisp as well as two other operatives from Project Zeta were assigned to a joint task for working with the Israeli Defense Force as well as a small team of British and American special operations units. A known villain and terrorist group calling themselves The Shining Swords had taken a small military outpost just inside Israeli borders. Initial attempts by the IDF to retake the compound were unsuccessful. Operation Clearwater was initiated to drive out The Shining Swords as well as capture key pieces of intelligence in an ongoing attempt to dismantle and eliminate the organization.
At 0200 hours Sniper Team Wisp along with the American Sniper Team Zulu inserted via vehicle fifteen kilometers to the south east of the compound. Approaching on foot and setting up on two large ridges overlooking the area to provide sniper support for the Direct Action teams as well as provide close reconnaissance information on the activities within the complex. At approximately 2400 hours two days later the remaining operations team inserted two kilometers north of the complex via HALO jump.
The raid on the compound began at 0123 hours. Coms with all teams were lost at 0145 hours. Two days later at 0330 local time a video was discovered to have been posted online showing the execution of several members of the joint task force. It was believed that all members had been killed and as such all were listed as KIA, including Operative 11-Bravo.

The exact memory of what happened during Operation Clearwater is still fuzzy to 11-B. Shortly after the other teams entered the compound her memory fades. Bits and pieces are still there. Being tortured and watching as other members of the task force were slowly killed off one by one. She isn’t even sure how exactly she was able to escape them.
At some point she was in a bed though. Being cared for by an older man who kept her hidden from The Shining Sword. It was then that 11-B discovered that whatever had been done to her, or perhaps something that happened during her escape had robbed her of her hearing. She was unable to communicate with the man who was taking care of her though she was able to understand some things through context. It appeared that The Shining Sword had drugged her while she was captured. Recovery and withdrawal was intense to say the least. With her body weakened by the physical beatings and now the effects of no longer having whatever drug had been used on her. At the time part of her wished that she was still a captive.
Two months had passed by the time 11-B was able to finally get through her withdrawal and her mind became clear again. Something new filled her though. Before she had never really felt much of a sense of purpose. Only doing as she was ordered because she was ordered to do so. But now a sense of rage began to build within her. Something she couldn’t ignore. She would get back at those who had wronged her and killed her comrades.
In the beginning it was just herself. Using her training from Project Zeta. Getting her hands on an extreme range rifle platform she began to systematically eliminate members of The Shining Sword. She began to carefully research the organization, finding out when and where to hit them for the most effect. Taking out convoys of supplies, weapons, and ammunition. Soon rumors began to spread about the Tiny Devil that was causing more harm to The Shining Sword than most military operations had.
This new reputation began to gain momentum and before she knew it 11-B was hearing about small resistance groups popping up here and there in territories controlled by The Shining Sword. However most were untrained and under armed. It was an opportunity though. She was hesitant at first to enlist others into her fight but decided to see if she could do something to at least give a fighting chance to the people who were in these resistance groups. It became apparent to her rather quickly that she wasn’t the only one who had been wronged by The Silver Sword and she wasn’t the only person who wanted to see them snuffed out.
While it started out small 11-B’s resistance group quickly grew. Starting with the same attack methods she had used before only now instead of destroying the weapons and supplies they were now captured and distributed amongst the resistance. She began to train who she could, teach them to shoot and how to fight. It was a guerrilla war they were fighting and they had to use every advantage they could.
As the years went by 11-B’s resistance movement grew until it was a full sized army. Having recruited former military members from several parts of the world to train her soldiers. Each year the Shining Sword’s forces dwindled until only their leadership was left and attempting to flee. The battle to eliminate the last of The Shining Sword was hard fought. The leaders all had powerful quirks that allowed them to lead the organization for so long without being overthrown. However, through sheer determination and perhaps the fire of righteous rage 11-B and her resistance movement were able to snuff out the last lights of The Shining Sword.
After over 15 years 11-B had finally done what she had set out to do. The only problem was that, well now she no longer had that same drive. Having gotten the revenge she so desperately sought she no longer had any specific goal in mind. Quickly her thoughts went back to home and the rest of the members of Project Zeta, the comrades that hadn’t been captured and killed. Using her connections 11-B got a discrete flight to Japan, bringing with her some of her weapons and gear. She was genuinely curious to see what had become of her old comrades.

SUMMARY:
At its most basic level Synesthesia allows 11-B to see what is normally perceived as sounds. Every sound generated by any object appears as a form of light. The details of the visible light created by the sounds are determined by three things, the loudness of the sound, the pitch of the sound, and direction of the sound.
The specific color of the sound correlates directly to the pitch of the sound. The lower the pitch of the sound, down to around 12 hertz or slightly below the normal hearing range for a human being will create a deep red on the color spectrum. A high pitched noise of 20,000 hertz, or the highest pitch the average human can hear will create a very light blue color.
The brightness of the colors created by sounds is determined by how loud that sound is. Quiet sounds such as the breathing of a person or the rustling of leaves will be barely visible. Normal conversation and the sounds of distant traffic will be at a light level that is similar to a low lumen light bulb that can be looked at directly for extended periods of time without major eye strain. Louder sounds such as standing near heavy traffic or crowded stadium are as bright as a standard lightbulb making it difficult to directly observe for long periods of time. Louder sounds such as gunshots or jet engines are blindingly bright and can temporarily blind 11-B.
11-B observes sounds as colorful three dimensional waves that emanate from the point where the sound was created. Obviously as the sound dissipates it becomes dimmer and dimmer until it is no longer visible. As well if the sound changes in pitch it will also shift in color to reflect this. 11B is capable of seeing sounds up to four kilometers away no matter how loud or soft they are. Any sounds generated outside of the effective range of her quirk can not be seen unless they are also audible within this four kilometer range. As such something like a loud explosion that is more than four kilometers away from her she would be unable to see the sound of it until the sound waves entered within the four kilometer range of her quirk at which point she would only be able to see the sound waves within that range and not any still outside.
Before becoming deaf 11-B’s quirk had been less intense with louder sounds not being as bright and distinct lines of the three dimensional waves less crisp. Upon losing her hearing however her quirk appeared to attempt to make up for this loss.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
The primary drawback with Synesthesia is that 11-B has no way to turn it off, meaning that whenever her eyes are open she will see any sounds within the range of her quirk. Due to her eyes now essentially performing the double duty of hearing and seeing she suffers from increased eye fatigue and headaches caused by over stimulation of the optic nerve. As well due to the brightness of louder sounds will temporarily blind her in the same way that incredibly bright flashes of light will.

SUMMARY:
Due to her training and many years in the field 11-B has become one of the few people in the world able to engage targets at distances beyond 1000 meters and up to around 2500 meters. At these distances she must take into account a plethora of factors not only including the distance and windage but including even the humidity, altitude, and even the curvature of the earth. This is of course dependent on having a rifle and ammunition capable of being able to reach out to these ranges.

SUMMARY:
While 11-B's talent shines through at extreme ranges she is still fully competent at shorter more standard ranges. This is of course due to her training with task force theta and the nearly twelve years performing clandestine operations for the JSDF. With an accuracy rating of nearly 80 percent she is on par with many other well trained operatives.
