Dyed blonde hair (normally black) aside, this more girl loves putting odd highlight colors in her hair. It's not uncommon to see blonde hair (her favorite for hair), with streaks of red, silver, hot-pink, whatever!
Something her physical description can't speak volumes in is her voice. Sure, her odd appearance might not win her a beauty contest, but her voice is soft, easily in the mezzo-soprano range. She might be good at singing. 'Might'.

RUMOR/SECRET: | "I heard Hoden doesn't sleep. Like ever." |
Ryuga Hoden, the daughter of two fathers, is a humble, gentle soul. She's soft-spoken, bright, and gives off a responsible older sister vibe to her classmates. As such, she often finds herself protecting her classmates, and will defend them, no matter how abusive to her they are. She hates hurting everyone around her, and her Quirk is a big reason for thinking this way. Adding to that, troubling others makes her feel weak, so she attempts to shoulder the hardships of life on her own.
But this older sister, despite her responsibility, has a bit of a fundamental problem. The fun part of life. She's a hard-worker, and is busy studying all the time. Her bright mind needs constant sharpening, and she won't be the one to fall behind. As such, she often doesn't allow herself to have enjoyment, because she has to be a great heroine. She'll be at the gym late to train her body, and in the proper facilities to practice her Quirk. She's often seen twirling her golden hair in her fingers, jsut strands of it off to the side. It's become a bit of a habit.
But deep inside, she's a girl who wants to have fun. It's an outlet for her, and not a great one. She just forgot how to have fun because of her family woes. She wants to go out there. Kiss a few guys, maybe some girls! She wants to eat cotton candy, and go sing with friends at some karaoke. She wants to watch horror movies, and hide under a blanket! But Ryuga has a great idea on scarcity; what is needed over what is wanted, and her impulse control is almost always in check. She has to be the best hero out there. For her family. What there is left of it.
Spiders freak her out, to a degree where if one is in her bathtub, she would go as far as not showering for the whole day until the spider was gone. Sometimes her dad had to take care of it. You guessed it. It's a phobia. Because of this, it's easier to find her in the city over the countryside. Aside from spiders, her other fear is horror movies. Make her watch something truly horrifying, and she may run screaming.

SIBLINGS: | N/A |

OTHER: | N/A |
Born to two fathers, with aid from her surrogate mother Kiyohime Hato, Ryuga was born. The two happy fathers would take their newborn daughter home, and the plan was to give her the best life imaginable. Her father, Ryuji Hoden, was making nearly a million yen a month at his 'job', while Aisuru got to be a stay-at-home dad for Ryuga thanks to the nice pay. For awhile, the two fathers lived in peace in Saga, Japan. Sometimes, Ryuji would go out to the city for his occupation, and be gone for weeks on end, but Aisuru was always there for baby Ryuga. Sometimes, even Auntie Kiyohime came to visit.
It was serene. Imagine, a daughter so excited about the world, and a father who knew how to be a father. Sounds exhilarating. It leaves an idea for a childhood that went rather decently. For awhile, it was. When Ryuji was home, Ryuga would always see the best of him. She would see her other dad as the protector of the family. Ryuji was a scaled individual with wings on his back, a full Dragon-Mutation Quirk, and often, he used his own dragon lungs to breathe warm air, not fire, onto Baby Ryuga. It was truly the perfect few years.
Then, by age four, Baby Ryuga would breathe fire for the first time, making Ryuji and Aisuru have their first little fight. Ryuga was still far too young to understand what was going on, but her first memory was crying from hearing her fathers fighting, and stopping for her. She was easily a crutch to them, and while Baby Ryuga didn't know what was happening, she was still the apple of their eyes.
Things happened. Complications developed. By the age of seven, Ryuga had no idea that Ryuji Hoden was one of the biggest criminals inside of Japan. A villain by the name of Nidhogg, who flew within the world in a suit of black, and stole hundreds of thousands of yen everyday. Fighting heroes, sometimes even murdering for money. All for Ryuga. And because Ryuga had no idea about Ryuji's villainy, it was heartbreaking when she would blame Aisuru, her loving other father, for filing for divorce.
This tore up Aisuru inside. His daughter against him, and all he wanted was to protect her from whatever his husband had become. Yet the seven-year old threatened to breathe fire on Aisuru. So Aisuru was forced to make an ultimatum for Ryuji. Either he tells Ryuga everything, or Aisuru would.
Understand that to Ryuji, Ryuga was perhaps the best thing that ever happened to him. He loved her, and to steal money for his family, to his loving husband, to his precious daughter? He didn't care who had to die. Or who he stole from. Ryuga was his buttercup. He did it for her. For the love of his precious daughter, far too young to realize that the money he was earning was ill-gotten. He would do it all again. And so he told Ryuga, with her in his heart, how everything was to give her the perfect life she deserved.
Ryuga's world shattered.
Now living in Musutafu, Ryuga being ten years old, Aisuru realized any money he had had been ill-gotten by Ryuji, and thus he, himself, did something horrid. He would use the money that man had given them. To live. Disgusted with his actions though, he would set aside millions of yen he still had, and made a bank account for Ryuga. While he hated himself for doing this, he knew that using the money wasn't an option, and eventually picked up work. Leaving a ten year old Ryuga to take care of herself. Until he hired a babysitter, Kokoro. Kokoro was, thankfully, the kind-hearted, gentle, and loving role model Ryuga needed in her life, and after aspirations came, it was an immediate improvement. She learned to to cook, how to clean, how to study for school exams.
Eventually, Kokoro, after much deliberation, had to quit when Ryuga was twelve. She had applied to another school overseas, and intended to become a heroine. Ryuga found her idol, and she was leaving to be the antithesis of her father. That day, that last day with Kokoro set her on the path. So when Aisuru came home, she told her father what she wanted to do with her life. To become a hero.
Cue three years of mental training exercises that her loving father would help her with. Ryuga was brilliant, definitely a young mind, and she applied herself. So she could go to the most prestigious school out there, and be like her idol. She watched compliation videos of heroic feats, she exercised mind and body, and her spirit was never broken.
Today, at the age of fifteen, she heads to U.A. After leaving her father home, and giving one last hug, she intends to be the best out there; Spitfire.

Ryuga, angry as the dragon heart within herself burned, would be the cause of the home burning in flames, and the reason why her villainous father would have burn scars on the left side of his scaled face. Ryuji allowed it to happened. Aisuru, saving his precious daughter, would flee from Saga, Japan into territory he could protect his daughter, and while her throat was nearly scorched, all Nidhogg could do was smile. "Thattagirl."
A year went by. Ryuga's throat was burned up, hard. She couldn't talk, and breathing was hard. Eventually, her throat would recover after receiving medical assistance, but Ryuga, despite this, would refuse to talk again until her ninth birthday. Where things would be different. A radical change moved through the young girl. Her first words to Aisuru were simply thus: "Dad... I'm so sorry." followed by tears of sorrow from Ryuga, and joy from Aisuru.

THE ARMORY
- Water Bottle - "That? It's the easiest way to breathe water out. Also, cools my throat if it's burning. And. A nice refreshment!"
- Hot Sauce Bottle - "That? It helps me breathe fire. They call it Burning Meteor Hot Sauce. It's pretty hot."
- Red Cellphone - "Dad got it to me before I left for the dorms. He wants me to text him everyday, at least once."
- Fingerless Fight Gloves - "These were a gift. Since I have five shots of Dragonlung a day, I have to make them count. This is my way to expedite that. Dad showed me how to fight. I'm not great at melee, but I have an idea of how to box."
- Mother's Locket - "Dad said that my mother wanted me to have this. At first, I was confused what he meant, since I have two dads, but it's a picture of her... I look a lot like her."
QUIRK & SKILLS
DRAGONLUNG
TYPE: Mutation
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Dragonlung is a Mutation-type Quirk birthed from a Dragon-Mutation Quirk villain known as Nidhogg and a surrogate Quirkless mother. This Quirk is a mutation on the human lungs, a special air sac attached to the lungs. While not the Dragon-Mutation Quirk one of her fathers has, this air sac gives Ryuga all she needs. When she ingests something orally, an example being like spicy food, she is, through usage of the special air sac, able to breathe it back out. For this example, she's about breathe fire like that of a dragon.
So the question is. What exactly is she able to ingest and breathe out? Well, at the current moment, she's able to safely swallow cold (ice, cold food), hot (spicy food), air (oxygen), water (H2O), and solids (small rocks). Thus, her breath is able to change to the element most recently ingested! If applied via chemistry, one could say, combine certain elements together to create something truly dangerous.
Also, a little extra thing about this quirk; it's an extra air sac, that can be used to hold her breath longer. She can hold her breath for about four minutes (4-7 posts) straight without needing air!
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
Dragonlung comes with horrible consequences for the faint of heart. For starters, this puts a great amount of strain on her lungs to even be able to pump out, and depending on the ingested objects, it has drastic effects on her throat, and thus her voice. Take for instance, if she were to ingest small rocks, which is inadvisable. Not only does it have to digest (rocks being an awful example here, rocks have trouble digesting). They are small enough to not cause issues in the digestive system, but too big, and that becomes a problem. Ice, spicy food, water, and oxygen don't have this problem, but come with their own issues.
The breath can only be used while the throat feels a certain way. For instances, if Ryuga's throat is burning, she can expel it using the air sac on her lungs to push it back out in dragon fire. You might think this has immediate harmful effects on the throat, but if you think about how a human burps, it isn't far off from how her breath works. Hydrogen and methane together light the fuse, and boom. Fire breath. Ice works similarly, as does water, wind, and earth. But those aren't the issue, they're the cause to the effect. Throat wet? Water. Throat feels like ti swallowed rocks? Earth. With a default state of wind.
The effect being what happens to her throat after all is said and done. The aftereffect. Have you ever swallowed fire? You probably haven't, and intend to keep it that way, but Ryuga has to deal with her throat burning. Have you ever swallowed ice? That's a maybe, but worse for Ryuga, as it feels like a milkshake that provides immediate brain-freeze. While H2O and oxygen are likely a given, rocks also work under this problem, as you might have felt like, when your throat is sore, how you may have felt like you swallowed rocks. Same principle. The aftereffect can have insane drawback, but that's not even the worst part.
The worst part lies in the ingestion of dangerous substances. Ryuga can, in theory, breathe out acid. But with everything you've learned of Dragonlung, imagine what that does. Sure, it's devastating under the right circumstances, but it's a double-edged sword and could potentially RUIN Ryuga's body. Added is the prospect of poison breath. She has to still digest the acid and the poison in these instances, and if poison becomes the issue, she has to suffer through it. Possibly even undergo death.
The breath can only extend to about 6m, or roughly 20ft long in a cone shape if it's just from her mouth, however the element matters. While fire, water, and air are stuck to that hard variable until training is made, ice and earth can run along the ground to go a further distance of about 8m, or roughly 26ft in a line on ground contact. She has yet to figure out how to mix elements (such as fire + water = steam) effectively.
Finally, the strain on her Dragonlung requires her not to overuse it. She perhaps has five shots of her Dragonlung a day, making every shot count before her air sac cannot take more without doing considerable damage to herself, not to mention the aftereffects having stacking consequences (Fire + Fire + Fire + Fire + Fire -> Throat = Scorched throat). Some consequences can negate each other, but it depends on the breath used.

BOXING
RANK/LEVEL: C-
SUMMARY:
Watching videos, practicing with her father, Ryuga has attempted to learn how to defend herself by learning how to box. While she's not perfect by any means at it, her understanding of boxing being as basic as it is, and practice with a father who doesn't box, it's clear to see why she's not as impressive as she should be. But she has enough talent to keep her opponent from guessing her moves, and if it's to space out her Dragonlung and fool the opponent with a random uppercut to the jaw, then so be it.
