A young woman with pure white hair, blue eyes and pale skin, she possesses a petite but long and strong legged physique that tends to make her stand out in the crowd. Eyes big and icy in tone, they have a colour brighter than a sapphire and would be better likened to clear cut aquamarines. Fair of complexion thanks to her Siberian heritage, Aina has a skin colour likened to that a doll, which is noticeable lighter than the average Japanese girl. Keeping her hair relatively short, Miss Shiratori currently prefers it to in a messy bob style and her bangs are long enough they can obscure one of both of her eyes if she chooses.
Slender in her frame but more buxom than she appears, Aina has a broad set of hips and a mild but pleasing sense of breadth to her thighs, though this is often offset by their noticeable length. Not an overly tall girl but still long legged and slim, she can appear somewhat waif-like to some, but her hero training has given her noticeable tone to her whole body. Blessed with a trim tum and definition in her arms and shoulders, it is most noticeable in the well-developed legs she possesses, which have been the focus of her training.
Miss Shiratori’s choice of wardrobe rather varied, many of the items she prefers might be considered the kind of items one might associate with a girly girl, but that doesn’t mean she is adverse to looking more like a tomboy on occasion. Frequently sporting headbands in her hair because she feels they look cute, she has a fondness for frilly and lacy items that one might associate with a gothic Lolita, and on the whole enjoys a kind of ‘doll like’ appearance. This perhaps the result of her mother’s tastes, she long looked up to the woman as she wore lavish dresses on stage as a dancer, and seeks to emulate her.
Also fond of knitwear and warm clothing in general, Aina finds she quite enjoys wintery conditions, and this is partly because she gets to indulge her fondness for this kind of clothing. Somewhat modest in terms of makeup and jewellery for the most part, but her youth and good looks more than making up for the former, perhaps her dancer past has dissuaded from sporting anything loose and hard and as such she tends to wear studs, bangles and modest forms of neckwear over gaudy items. Preferring silver shades over gaudy gold because it compliments her complexion better, she prefers pearls to most gemstones and treasures a set of pearl earrings her mother gave her that were allegedly a piece of a costume she once more on a stage in Moscow, though also likes diamonds and blue gems that match her eyes as well to a lesser extent.

RUMOR/SECRET: | Rumours say that she has a boyfriend who goes to Shiketsu High. |
On the whole a calm, easy going and at times somewhat playful girl, Aina is a driven and determined girl with a largely down to earth and humble nature, and also something of a free spirit. Independent and assertive, she is rarely the type to follow a crowd, but despite her lone wolf nature enjoys the company of others so long as it is the ‘right company’.
Not exactly a social butterfly but hardly a retiring wallflower either, while she is far from uncomfortable in crowds and doesn’t mind dealing with groups too much, on the whole Miss Shiratori prefers to deal with people she likes in more of an exclusive fashion. Preferring the intimacy of these sorts of encounters, while she might chat and laugh as part of a crowd, generally the girl seems more comfortable expressing herself to others in more private manners, and will tend to wheel away from groups to chat with people she likes in this fashion.
Somewhat soft spoken, ordinarily Aina is rather gentle in her countenance and affectionate, though can be a little aloof around new people and crowds. Spirited in her own way and eager to comfort those who are important to her, she is quick to throw her arms around people she cares about when they need support or when she is excited, and isn’t adverse to snuggling under a blanket with a close friend. That being said, she has a good sense of humour, and will tend to giggle and tease people she is close to but rarely wishes to cause offense.
Open minded in her approach, this snowy haired girl will approve of anything in others that appears to ‘work’ for them, and is rarely becoming critical of people, instead allowing others to ‘do you’ and expecting the same courtesy. Most appreciating the kind of people who stay true to their own tastes, interests and ideals, Aina tends to like people who are honest and up front, frank with their intentions, but is also somewhat intrigued by a sense of mystery and excitement. Liking to be surprised, such as finding or being reminded of a quality someone has that is easy to overlook, Miss Shiratori prefers those with depth and loathes people who are purely superficial.
That being said not entirely lacking for a sense of personal vanity, while she is largely a humble girl Aina knows she is also a good looking one, and appreciates the boost to her ego she gets from having this factor acknowledged and appreciated. Having a somewhat flirtatious side to her character because of this, she can tend to turn on a little charm toward those who show her interest and will return it toward those who show interest in her. However, she hates feeling like she is being pressured by others in this regard, and would quickly lose interest and rebuff people who came on too strong for her liking.
Not particularly aromantic but preferring to go at her own pace, though Miss Shiratori can be moved by sweeping gestures and passionate words, for the most part she seems to seek a sense of comfort and companionship with potential partners. Perhaps showing a subtly cynical side, she is not to be the type who believes in love at first sight, and knows the difference between attraction and deeper connections. Enjoying her freedom to do as she pleases, while she can be cuddly and affectionate the girl would likely feel smothered by those who get clingy with her.
Protective of those who are outcast or isolated, despite her playful and affectionate nature, Aina is empathic and knows what it feels like to feel desperate or helpless because she was bullied as a child. Hating those who would abuse others, especially for reasons she would consider frivolous, despite her tendency toward mischief she can become quite enraged by torment and would lash out against this.
Confident and mature for the most part, that isn’t to say that Aina isn’t wholly lacking for sensitivities or little quirks of insecurity. The bullying she received as a child leaving her humble and compassionate but perhaps with a hint of an inferiority complex as well, she is a little more sensitive to embarrassment if people point out her flaws, perhaps taking negativity to heart more than she should. A tiny bit touchy about her weight as well, while she is slim and in good overall shape her quirk makes her physically heavier than the average girl, and she tends to become flustered when this is pointed out.
The kind of girl whose ‘silk’ tends to conceal an inner sense of ‘steel’, Miss Shiratori is capable of showing strong levels of resolve, and knows that sometimes soft and gentle approaches do not work. Initially a little reluctant to unleash the full potential of her quirk in her UA studies, experience and good teachings have taught her that sometimes it is necessary to use force, and while she does so with restraint usually has learned to meet enemies in kind.
Developing a hint of a competitive side thanks to factors like dance class and her hero training, while she is not prone to shows of aggressiveness or frantic displays of rivalry, Aina does like to have her abilities and effort recognised. Unsure of whether she wishes to really climb to the very top of something like the Hero Rankings but at the same time enjoying the idea of being a high-ranked hero all the same, Miss Shiratori does see the perks that can be given by such a renowned status, and in her heart of hearts would like to reach for them. That being said, she isn’t the ruthless sort who would climb the proverbial ladder through cut-throat means, and would rather do good honestly than reach high status quickly.

The elder daughter of the Shiratori family, Aina was born as the child of a Japanese father named Hideo and his French immigrant wife Carina, who met largely through work. Hideo first chair Violin in the Tokyo orchestra and all around musical maestro, he met the woman who would be his wife through work, who was a world touring ballerina.
Hideo playing the Violin for his future wife and something seeming to defy this barrier as she danced for him, no matter how intensely he performed a tune, somehow Carina could keep up with him. Falling in love with each other’s style before the person themselves, something about the way that the man played and the woman danced seemed to be so in synch and fuel the other that they realized their incredible combination, and even now the pair still pull out their instruments and ballet shoes to perform together. The funniest times are when they swap, and Mama plays while Papa dances, which tends to be a chaotic riot and yet at the same time wholly entertaining because of it.
Anyway, this moment of destiny and desire seeming to defy even barriers of language and lead to a joyous union, the pair welcomed into the world first a daughter, then another two years later, and finally a son a three years later. First Maria was born, then Aina and then her brother Akio, but it’s mostly about the middle child, so let’s not worry about the other two all that much, OK?
The dancing of her mother and the music of her father flooding the earliest memories of Aina, while she loved both her parents immensely, the girl seemed to idolize her matriarch the most. Or more accurately what she could do. As a little girl thinking that the woman was a princess from a fairy tale or something with the way she could move around, though Carina was primarily a ballerina she was an excellent dancer all around, and quickly took to teaching her enthusiastic daughter how to perform as well.
The little girl showing her mother’s talent for it, and also her father’s music to an extent, by the time she was old enough to go to school Aina was already on her way toward becoming a skilled ballerina, being rather a ways ahead of the curve in this regard. Unfortunately, it seemed that this fact was not a wholly good thing, especially when the ugliness of envy raised its head.
Initially popular at school due to these positive qualities, this came to an end when a mean girl and her cronies took offense to the fact that this strange girl with white pigtails and icy blue eyes proved more talented and liked than she was. A girl by the name of Kanita leading her cohorts on a campaign to ruin the status of Aina due to her jealousy, a terrible incident in the girls bathroom led to her becoming shy and withdrawn, with these vicious little bitches responsible.
The gang of girls confronting her on the way to the toilet one day and restraining her as their lead using her scissor hands quirk to not only crop off the long white pigtails that Aina possessed to take her down a few pegs, they also threatened to cut away her nose and eyes for good measure which prompted a significant and panicked reaction. Struggling to try and get away as she was shaken to her very core by the deed and the words of the bullies, the white haired girl ended up losing control of her bladder and wetting herself. Bless her, she was not yet even six years old after all, and wholly terrified to boot.
Remembering how the girls laughed at her so vividly even now, and the way they dragged her out of the bathroom to shout to the whole school that Aina had a little accident, the whole thing was enough to ruin the reputation of the graceful and talented girl in the eyes of most students. Kanita and her friends barely even punished as well, even though they had cut most of her hair away, they claimed they had only done this because the girl herself had asked them to, as part of a ‘game’, and with Aina too shocked and embarrassed to protest too heavily against so many voices, they were left with only frivolous punishments like line writing and detentions.
Maria at the very least seeming to get some measure of revenge for her sister, while she was never sure exactly what had happened to her sister, she made sure to take her side and punish the brats as best she saw fit. Cornering the girls alongside a few friends of her own in the bathroom, ironically enough, she very nearly ended up getting herself expelled for the damage she did to them and was unapologetic about it. Their parents, however, seeming to show approval, albeit in a subtle way so as not to encourage Aina’s older sister on a bad path, they hoped that this would put the matter to bed and it certainly seemed to intimidate Kanita and her cronies enough to largely leave their youngest daughter alone for the most part. Unfortunately, it seemed that the damage already done.
Wanting to move on from the incident but not given much of a chance, Aina continued to be the victim of sniggering jokes and ridicule from almost everyone in class, the boys especially, and led a lonely life after this for a long period. Still carrying certain hints of her trauma to this day, she still feels a hint of intimidation at the idea of growing her hair out long and apprehension from seeing people she doesn’t know handling scissors around her, though has also grown to love the inherent cuteness of her short style too.
Home life better of course, Aina’s parents and siblings all seemed to make an especial effort to try and lift her spirits as often as they could, and in many ways the girl herself credits this for giving her at least an ounce of strength to keep going. Maria and Akio the closest thing she would have to friends for some time really, Miss Shiratori did find some measure of a silver lining away from school life, but unfortunately her day to day obligation to attend made her miserable and lonely.
Isolated and by this point ignored for the most part aside from occasional bouts of teasing, Aina became withdrawn and shy with people, strangers especially, which troubled her parents especially. The impetus for this situation to change seeming to come from two sources, it was the arrival a new kid and another significant instance in her life that helped the girl to recover, or rather their combination.
A new boy entering their class when Aina was seven years old by the name Takahiro, though by this age heroes had become so commonplace that the girl barely paid attention to them, it seemed his fervour for heroics was such that she no longer could. A good kid, even though she was too shy to really talk to him, the little girl couldn’t help but feel drawn to this affable and ambitious soul. Watching him as he talked of his favourite heroes to other children, she would quietly look up the people that he mentioned, and find out about them out of curiosity.
Takahiro a strong and just character if a little overeager and loud-mouthed, she envied the fact that he would stand up for the outcasts in class, and though she was a little embarrassed when he even went as far to intervene on her behalf she appreciated it all the same. Silently wishing this brave boy had been around when she went through what she did, even though they weren’t really friends, Aina respected and admired the lad to a great degree, and would probably count him as her first crush.
Wanting to befriend him but after what had happened rather terrified of being rejected by another person, the most she could manage was mumbled thanks when Takahiro told her to let him know if more people bothered her, and shyly flee when he asked about her being a ‘top grade’ dancer. That fear seeming like a wall between them for more than a year, it took quite a significant event to break through it, and it was not a wholly pleasant one either.
Aina’s father Hideo among those being honoured for his skills and contributions at a gala one evening, while her younger brother was at home with a babysitter, the girl herself was brought with her mother to see him get his award. The first part of the event largely a dull affair that the little girl didn’t wholly understand, the second ‘half’ was even more incomprehensible for her as a gang of criminals interrupted the event to rob the patrons who attended it.
Carina sheltering her daughter throughout, as heroes arrived to take care of the situation, things only grew more chaotic as Aina was separated from her mother, and ended up being grabbed by one of the villains as a hostage. Terrified, and reminded of her trauma in the bathroom as the thug threatened her, the little girl began to panic and inadvertently lashed out with her strong legs in the process, delivering an accidental blow that stunned the brute long enough for a Hero to intervene and take him down.
Rescued the speedy horse hero ‘Blazing Bronco’, Aina remembers flailing in the arms of the villain as he held her over a balcony, and then falling once she hit him with her quirk. Luckily this fleet footed fellow rushing up to not only catch her in mid-air but finish the crook off for good, as her terror turned to relief the girl recalls never having felt so safe as a big strong arm wrapped his arm around her, and became quite overwhelmed as a result.
Perhaps everything that she had been holding in for recent years seeming to come loose as the hero gripped her, Aina began to sob uncontrollably, and clung to the hero for more than half an hour after. The Blazing Bronco certainly proving to be a good sport about it though, not once did he complain about having this girl holding onto him, and even did an interview for the news with her still holding onto him at the scene, complimenting her for her courage and help in taking the bad guys down and explaining that she was too shy for the cameras as well.
The Bronco and her parents eventually managing to prize Aina off him, not only was he a nice guy about the whole thing, he was very encouraging to the girl. Mentioning that she had a great quirk for heroics and giving her his card if she ever wanted to shoot him a line about taking it up as a future career, though she had been so shy for so long Miss Shiratori couldn’t help but become rather smitten with this figure and remains a fan to this day. Sending him mail from this date, and even keeping him informed of her progress as a prospective hero, while some figures might rank higher in the charts or have greater fanbase’s the Blazing Bronco remains Aina’s absolute favourite, and she maintains a quiet crush on him as well.
The whole event seeming to make Aina the talk of the class when she got back to school, the avid hero fan Takahiro had recognised her from the newscast and showed it off proudly to the whole class, drawing a level of positive attention for her the likes of which she hadn’t felt before. Their sensei seeming to lead in the round of applause at his prompting for the heroism she had shown, that and his renewed fervour to befriend her really helped to melt the frosty wall that disconnected the girl from everyone else. Perhaps never truly mending the friendships that had been broken between her and most of the class due to lingering distrust and discontent but certainly treated a lot better due to what had happened, steadily Aina became a little more social and involved in the events of the class, and warmed up to Takahiro especially.
Apparently more than familiar with the Blazing Bronco and bombarding Aina with questions because of this, through persistence and patience the two finally managed to form a friendship, and it was rather a firm one at that. Joining in the boys adoration of heroes, albeit somewhat reluctantly at first, pretty soon they became firm friends. The best of friends really. Takahiro not seeming to mind getting teased so much for spending so much time with a girl because she was, in his words, the ‘coolest girl in class’, Aina too treasured this loud and enthusiastic boy who always had time for her. Always had her back, no matter what, and it propelled her to do the same.
This never more the case than when an eleven year old Takahiro ended up getting into a fight with some middle school kids as they tormented a stray kitten, outnumbered and outmuscled things looked grim for the lad, until Aina intervened. Flouting the rules on quirk use and employing some not quite forgotten muscle memory from dance class helped her to drive the buggers away, albeit with a fat lip and a few bruises.
Presumably a bunch of middle school bullies not daring to admit they got their ass kicked by a little girl and so the incident remaining largely a secret, Aina ended up adopting the kitten they saved and keeps it as a pet even now. However, the greatest reward she got from the event a sense of assurance and self-confidence, while she had never really taken the idea of herself becoming a hero in future seriously before this, afterward she actually dared to dream and this hope was greatly encouraged by Takahiro.
The two resolving to become heroes as a result of the incident, they began to train together, starting an exercise regime and finding secret spots to practice their quirk use. Continuing this until the end of elementary school, unfortunately for both Takahiro’s family moved to Kobe, which devastated her. The best friend of the girl leaving her, Aina cried heavily as he left her, but was encouraged by both him and an unexpected source.
Apparently Takahiro managing to get word to the Blazing Bronco about the situation, and his concerns that Aina might become lonely or pack in the hero thing without him, one day while coming home from her middle school she found the hero waiting for her. Going for a walk with him and sharing her feelings with her favourite hero, as well as getting some advice on how to train herself better, though the meeting didn’t make up for her loss of a best friend it certainly helped the girl to refocus herself afterward.
Keeping in contact with Bronco and Takahiro as well via emails and web calls, Aina’s years of middle school were largely uneventful, and largely pleasant. Breaking from the ‘crowd’ of elementary school by attending in a different district of Chiba, for the most part she was able to redefine herself and move away from the shy and scared little girl she once was after that horrible incident. Some people in her new school even recognising who she was from the newscast after Bronco had visited her, while she was teased a bit for being the little girl who wouldn’t let go of the brave hero, by this stage confidence and maturity had helped her to develop a much thicker skin.
Several people in her class impressed to learn that she had set her sights on attending the prestigious UA academy, this had been the place that she and Takahiro had always dreamed of attending, and she gained respect and renown from her peers for doing so. Bronco even going so far as to send her a training schedule to give her a better chance of passing into the course she sought, although it was somewhat gruelling and left her limited time for making new friends Aina stuck to it, and was delighted when she actually managed to pass the entrance exam. Unfortunately, that joy was made just a tiny bit bittersweet when Takahiro let her know he had opted to attend Shiketsu instead, they resolved to study heroics even through separate schools and one day reunite as pro heroes, and that helped Aina feel better about it.
Somewhat apprehensive of her first days at UA given how much of a mixed bag school life had been for her, especially now that she knew she would be facing it alone, it was with no shortage of relief that despite the competitive atmosphere the academy and its students seemed to suit her very much. Oddly not feeling like that much of an outcast now that she was surrounded with people who were likeminded in their desire to do good and excel in heroics, Aina has enjoyed this school more than any other she attended, and made great strides in dealing with the problems that plagued her while she was bullied.
Getting along well with her classmates, the girls especially, almost Aina raised some brows with her battle ready quirk. People seemingly surprised to see such a potent combat quirk on a girl who looked rather slight and ‘delicate’, she impressed her peers with what her quirk could do, but struggled a little with the practical applications of it. Even after the incident where she fought off the bullies alongside Takahiro and after having taken up lessons in martial arts upon Bronco’s advice as she studied in middle school, Aina showed an initial reluctance to do harm to others that held her back at first, and it was only with encouragement of her teacher and new friends she managed to conquer this hesitance.
Training hard to round out her skills as a hero of course, while the regime that Bronco had offered her had helped her to develop a decent foundation level of strength, Aina still found herself challenged by the gruelling course. Exercising regularly in advance of her training but even that seeming to pale against the standards UA expected, in order to help develop herself and also partly to find a way to enjoy her exercise the girl began to engage in dance classes again and rediscovered her abilities in this regard rather quickly. Shaking of the ‘rust’ and polishing herself up further, Miss Shiratori even went as far as to incorporate dance techniques into her battle style, giving her a sense of flair about her combat that others seemed to lack.
Not everything about her new school about training however, the girl found it much easier to come out of her shell in this new environment, and despite high pressure and at times competitive environment Aina found herself making friends quickly. This only seeming to boost her confidence even more, she began to show a more charming side to herself than what people might have seen of her in middle school, and after doing some work studies with glamorous heroines who had spotted her for her good looks, also embraced a more flirtatious side to her character.
Initially seeming to be something she put on for public performances and good PR, ultimately Aina realized she enjoyed being a bit of a tease at times, and began to show this new part of herself to others on a more regular basis. Fond of saying or doing things that might make the boys and even some of the girls she shared her new life with blush, the growing confidence that she possessed made her more daring, and she began to flourish more in her studies with each passing term.
Taking her provisional license exam in her first year and reuniting with Takahiro because of it, throughout the two worked together and to their great joy managed to pass the exam on their first attempt. This perhaps the first time that Aina fully accepted the notion she had been told time and again that she was a ‘natural’ at hero work, she was encouraged by it though didn’t become too ‘big headed’ about the fact.
Contacting the Blazing Bronco about the resulting internship because of this accomplishment, the man noted that he had been keeping a spot ‘open’ for her ever since she told him she had passed her entrance and exam and was happy to take her on in this capacity. Going out on her first real missions as a hero because of this, while Aina didn’t take down any big time criminals as a result, she did get her first taste of action battling villain flunkies and found it both exciting and terrifying. The latter factor easing as she became more proficient through classes and field experience, the girl has been gradually blossoming into an asset, and has come far from the scared little girl she once considered herself.
Continuing to study at UA even now and moving into her third year, with many hurdles and personal challenges behind her, and even some successes to encourage her, Aina is eagerly looking forward to completing her hero course and setting out as a fully-fledged Pro-Hero…

THE ARMORY
Hero Costume Image
Wearing a form fitting bodysuit with a translucent battle skirt that is loose and elastic enough to leave her movement unhindered, this is made of durable materials such as Kevlar and other safety fabrics, being resistant to cutting, tearing and can even withstand contact with flames for short periods without being burned, and can withstand low calibre handgun bullets though these are still painful to her, and anything more would puncture it with ease. It also features several stylish accoutrements that have surprisingly functional purposes;
The headband she wears decorated with three large faux pearls, in truth these actually contain small concealed LED’s and as such make this an able headlamp to use in dark conditions. The same is true of the larger ‘pearl’ on her chest as well, which is magnetically detachable, and can act as a hand torch or lamp if she chooses. It also has capacity to attach an in ear radio device to allow her to communicate with colleages, which is linked to microphones mounted in the wrist area of her gloves she can activate by pressing her middle finger firmly into her palm.
Wearing what looks to be a blindfold over her eyes as her mask, despite how it obscures them Aina can see through it perfectly fine due to a deceptively loose weave of the fabric, and allows her to fight without giving away her line of sight.
Featuring chunky ‘bangle’ type areas on her wrists, these are integrated into an additional layer of protection around her forearms and palms that features a layer of ballistic gel to absorb impacts, lessening the harm she suffers if she lands on her hands without compromising her dexterity too much. The ‘bangles’ having a thicker layer of protection and a carbon fibre outer, they can deflect blows from the average sword or bat without hurting Aina.
The ribbon she has on her back actually a disguised pair of pockets, close inspection will reveal the ‘loops’ are sewn shut at the bottom, and closed with zips at the top, enabling her to store the small items she carries with her, and stow objects of interest she finds during patrols and missions.
Battle Boots
Specialized footwear to use with her quirk, despite being slender and compact these are designed to endure some of the strain her quirk creates use, allowing her to use it in a more comfortable fashion and increasing her limit by 1 post while worn. That not all, they conceal sturdy carbon fibre guards for her feet and shins that rival steel for sturdiness, but at a lighter weight. Like her wrist guards, she also has similar ‘bangles’ around her ankles that help her to fend off simple weaponry.
Respirator
Aina carries a respirator in so she can breathe in challenging scenarios, such as heavy smoke.
First Aid Kit
A small kit with over the counter items such as simple dressings, cool gel pads, antiseptic and pain sprays.
Refreshments
She usually carries a small bottle of drinking water and snacks like energy bars to refuel while on foot.
Restraints
Conscious of her need to restrain defeated foes, Aina habitually carries a small quantity of durable ‘cable tie’ type items to bind the hands of criminals or lash them to objects. They have a similar level of durability to steel handcuffs, and could be broken with sufficient superhuman strength.

QUIRK & SKILLS
THUNDER THIGHS
TYPE: Mutation
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY: Gifted with a peculiarity to her anatomy that his focused in her lower body, Aina has remarkably strong legs and hips, both in terms of pure physical might and durability, with her quirk enhancing her body roughly from the waist area downward.
The muscle matter that makes up Aina’s legs showing far greater degrees of elasticity and tensile strength than the average person, they like a kind of ‘shock absorber’, whilst also providing her with tremendous strength. The bones of her lower skeleton seemingly enriched and having a durability level on par with titanium in order to cope with this high output, one would have a much higher degree of difficulty breaking the bones of her legs, but the task is not impossible.
This combination making her lower limbs incredibly durable, her muscles tend to absorb the impact not only of her own motions but harm that is inflicted upon her legs, showing levels of durability similar to ballistic gel that allows her to absorb the force in blows more effectively. Seeming to heal faster in her legs as well, muscle tears, sprains and simple fractures tend to be fully healed for Aina within a week, and more complex injuries are usually don’t take more than a month.
This a boon for her training, Aina can train her legs far harder and with far more frequency than the average person because of this healing rate. Innately more capable because of this and the raw physical potential her legs possess, even at a ‘low effort’ level she has abilities of top level athletes in terms of endurance, being able to walk or jog at a brisk pace while showing little levels of fatigue, jump over obstacles 2 meters high deliver hard kicks with the same force as a heavyweight boxer and is offered excellent freedom of motion with what she can do, being able to maintain her strength and move without discomfort in her lower body region like a yoga enthusiast.
However, that only the baseline of her abilities, at maximum effort Miss Shiratori can sprint at speeds up to about 30mph, swim at a respectable 15mph and jump incredibly high in the air, reaching heights of about 20 meters with powerful vaults. Trained to the point where she can show her incredible strength in her legs in a more direct fashion, she can lift about 400kg per leg if she needs to, and is capable of delivering potent kicks both in terms of speed and damage output. Being able to shatter stone readily with her kicks and buckle steel with her efforts, she can also deliver flurries of kicks speedily like a boxer would fast jabs, albeit with less force than her usual firm, hard kick. However, all these things tend to exhaust her strength fairly quickly.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS: Perhaps the most noticeable drawback to this quirk is the fact that it is completely confined to her lower, so that if one can subdue her these it renders her somewhat powerless.
The enriched anatomy she possesses more demanding than the average person, Aina needs to nourish herself highly with protein and calcium in order to maintain her abilities, needing to consume roughly 5x what the average person requires in this regard to maintain her strength and recovery rate.
Aina’s legs more durable than most, they still have their limits in terms of shock absorption. At her current level, landing from heights in excess of about 30 meters hurts her to increasing degrees, and while her muscles lessen the impact of things like bullet wounds so they don’t penetrate so deeply, they can still be a problem. The shock absorbing properties not nearly as effective against cutting force, she can still be wounded with blades and sharp objects, and she suffers regular damage from elements through her legs.
Because of the density of her bone structure and musculature in the lower part of her body, Aina is noticeably heavier than another girl of her height and build, carrying roughly 10 extra kg of weight because of it.
Her legs potent but not without their limits, much like regular muscles they tend to get strained if she uses them too much and when this happens their potential begins to degrade rapidly, with her legs becoming tender, weak and uncoordinated like a normal person’s would. At her current level can only use her maximum level for up to 3 posts of ‘maximum effort’ such as non-stop sprinting or repeatedly using her super strength, and must rest the quirk for an equal amount of time to let her legs recover. However, it should be noted that she can cut her recovery time in half by simply sitting or lying down, but this tends to be challenging in hostile environment.

ACROBATICS
RANK/LEVEL: C-
SUMMARY:
Practicing Gymnastics and Acrobatics to better help her use her quirk effectively, Aina learned to perform flips and other manoeuvres effectively, and much like a cat has developed a natural sense for ‘righting’ herself in mid air.
KICKBOXING
RANK/LEVEL: C-
SUMMARY:
Studying Martial Arts during her hero training to round out her skillset and better use her quirk, Aina has learned mixed martial arts kickboxing to take advantage of her able legs, and while she is perhaps lagging behind those in her year who focus on this alone she is more than capable of matching your average thug move for move.
DANCE
RANK/LEVEL: C
SUMMARY:
Showing a little talent for dance, Aina did well in dance and ballet classes she took when she was younger, and has reembraced them to aid her with her acrobatics and martial arts training, showing great promise as a dancer.
LINGUISTICS
RANK/LEVEL: D
SUMMARY:
Ain’s mother French, while she is by her own admission ‘rusty’, she is capable of speaking and understanding the language to the level of a frequent tourist to the land would.
