Aiya Jackson-Hedatori (Jetstream) [Principal]

THE BASICS

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

She is 5'9 with long purple hair that almost always  tied up in a ponytail that reaches her hips Unless of course she's going on a formal event or unless she's in her hero costume. She wears a short white T-shirt tied into a knot at the bottom, revealing her pierced belly button. Or she can be seen in a long sleeve mid drift shirt. All her jeans have one pants leg cut off to be very short. She uses a two-meter-long nodachi called "Cutter" as her weapon 

Aiya is a very lean/toned woman as she works out constantly and takes good care of herself expect of course for her drinking

PERSONALITY

Aiya is a very head strong and determined woman. She's been that way from  young and hasn't changed much in her older years. She cares for people and is an all around tomboy which tends to get her into some very unusual situations. Either way she is seen and considered to be a very unstoppable force when she wants to be. Although Aiya is seen as head strong she has a bit of a laid back demeanor which tends to throw people off when meeting her seeing as her reputation, as well as her exploits have been heard far and wide from Heroes to Villains alike. Ranging from how a remarkable hero she is to to how savage and cold she is as a person. What you hear is dependant on who's telling the story. Seeing as Aiya does have a bit of a temper but it only tends to show when she's being pushed or someone is being taken advantage of. Now as for her being cold and savage that side of her rarely shows it's head unless she's going up against ruthless murdering, scumbags that take the lives of others just because they can. During those times it's best to not get in her way because that's when she becomes a whole other person entirely. 

Originally Aiya's entire reason for being a hero was due to her father's Legacy. As the eldest child  of The Flying Javelin Aiya believed it her duty to become a Pro Hero as to live up to her family's name. However in later years, specifically after having her first child, her views later changed. From that of duty to an open willingness and wanting to protect the lives of all those out their wanting to live safe and peaceful lives. To the families, mothers, and children out there who need protecting and rescuing, she then made it her mission to be there for them whenever they needed. She would be the change in wind that they needed,  as it would now finally blow into their favor.

Aiya enjoys the excitement and fun of the cities but love the peace and serenity that the suburbs brings. Which is why Kenchi, Keni and her live fifteen miles out of the nearest city on the huge open planned estate. It is unclear if it's because of the mechanics of her quirk, or be it the element of her quirk, or if it's just her personal choosing. But Aiya is a huge lover of the out door, hence why her and Kenchi's estate is an open floor plan. Aiya is loves to drink, her go to liquor of choice, Bourbon. Whether it be on the rock or neat this woman won't fault you.

For Aiya her goals have all already came to be. However as happy as she is and carefree as she seems there is one thing in her past that constantly picks at her, and now so more than ever. Seeing as Keni turned down going to Shiketsu high like every other Jackson Legacy to instead attend UA. Where her biggest regret resides and his name is Kyo Tenaka. Her first born child, whom she gave her way as he was an unplanned pregnancy. Aiya's greatest fear isn't that this could get out into the public, for everyone in her family knows, all except for Keni. Which is where her greatest fear lies, she fears that should Keni ever find out she would lose him. Though the icing on the cake is more the fact that she has been keeping an eye/tabs on the son she gave away though no one knows that.

BACKGROUND HISTORY

Aiya Jackson is the oldest child of the former Japanese Pro Hero Cherry Blossom, and the former Number One American Hero The Flying Javelin. Aiya idolized her father and all that he stood for. In America her father was beloved by everyone, except of course by villians. Aiya was groomed by her father to become a great hero and as a Jackson Legacy as well as the first born child of The flying Javelin she had her job cut out for her. 

Luckily her quirk was quite impressive and her father took close notice as there were many applications that could be applied to her quirk. Still day in and day out Aiya trained with her father as much she could growing up. As she wanted to make her father proud.

When AIya came of age she received an invitation to attend Shiketsu High just like every other Jackson Legacy before her. Though it would mean being away from her family Aiya gladly accepted. Upon attending Shiketsu Aiya was exposed to so many different quirks and so many new ideals of what a hero should be. Still though she never wavered in her convictions and it showed. 

Aiya quickly made herself known and gained the respect of her fellow classmates and teachers due to her natural talent and skill. At a young age she already showed great understanding in her quirk and the applications for it. Aiya picked up sheath style fighting while attending Shiketsu as a way for her to have a non lethal form of combat seeing as she refused to get rid of cutter.

Throughout her second and third year of Shiketsu, Aiya retained a lot of field experience as the Jackson Hero Agency scooped her up immediately as to begin her hero work studies. Upon graduation Aiya was second in her class, only being out done by a rival family  known as the Tensins.

Still after becoming a full fledge hero Aiya moved to America and began her hero career there. She was welcomed with open arms as she was a Jackson and the daughter of the well renowned American hero The Flying Javelin. Aiya quickly climbed the ranks and made a name for herself as an amazing pro hero. It brought joy to her to do so much good and on top of that she was doing her father proud. After a couple years Aiya's younger brother and now pro hero Thunderstrike also moved to America to join his sister in heroism. Together those two were known as the sibling heroes, Storm Bringers.

After enjoying the life of a Jackson in America Aiya finally decided to return home. But much to her dismay she would soon find out that she was pregnant and in not wanting to keep the child as he was a product of a one time fling she gave up the boy after naming him Kyo. 

Later on Aiya would continue her hero work in Japan, and she wasted no time climbing up the ladder as a pro hero. Showing off her skills and might on a daily basis. But after a couple years Aiya ran into her first love and they rekindled their flame of passion which led to them getting married and her having another son. Which they named Keni. After Keni's birth Aiya took a step back from her hero work and even after starting back she more so now gravitated towards rescue missions compared to villain combatant jobs. 

Because of this she began to slide the down the ladder she had worked so hard to climb up. Now the number 6th hero Aiya continues on her rescue jobs, only battling villains if completely necessary and or being called in/asked by a hero agency or by another hero.

Not to long after Keni had attended UA did the principal and vice principal resign. For some time Aiya wondered what had happened but very soon Aiya was approached and asked if she'd ever be interested in becoming the new Principal of UA high. It had seem that the hold up on assigning a new principal was due to the administration, and the fact that they thought it would be in the best interest of the school to try an get a high ranking hero to take the reigns and thus be able to protect the students should villains ever find their way back into the school.
And among deliberation the administration thought Jetstream was a viable candidate seeing as she was the highest ranking hero they could find that doesn't hugely participate in villain captures. But is still highly respected and feared throughout the hero/villain community. 

At first Aiya wasn't sure she wanted to accept the job seeing as she was a Jackson Legacy and that here family image was mainly tied to Shiketsu High. However Keni had changed all that by attending UA this year, at the behest of most of the Jackson bloodline. Maybe this could be her way of showing him that she supports his choice to forge his own path. Not only that but she could keep an eye on Kyo herself, especially seeing as how with the vice principal gone she no longer had a way to keep tabs on the third year. It took some time and thinking but finally Aiya had agreed to take up the mantle of being the Principal of UA high school. 

With no one knowing about this Aiya couldn't wait for it to become official as the administration was planning on airing it on tv as to a shock, awe, and invigorate the town with new life. As a top ten pro hero was now going to be the principal of UA high School.

RANK/LEVEL: A
SUMMARY: Aiya 's quirk is a side effect of her mother's quirk, with the fixing of her father's quirk. Due to her mother's cloud generation quirk Aiya's body produces more carbon dioxide than a normal person so it has a greater need for the repetitive cycles of inhalation and exhalation. Due to this Aiya was born with a very unique and somewhat enhanced respiratory system that allows her to take in and expel air through not only her nostrils but almost every pore in her body. Now similar to her father who's able to manipulate his bodily function Aiya is able to do the same on a much different/lesser scope. By controlling where, how fast, and how much air she either expels or takes in, Aiya is able to achieve amazing and powerful feats.

Applications
Flight- By expelling air through her feet for propulsion as well as through the pores in the front of her legs, hands and torso as they supply the upwards momentum allowing Aiya  to fly. (If all she's doing is flying she can do it  for 9 posts although if she is flying and fighting she can only sustain flight for 6 posts Top flight speed is 85 mph)

Enhanced Breathe- By either inhaling or exhaling through her mouth while the pores on her body do the exact opposite as to compensate for the air flow.  Aiys can exhale gale-force winds or inhale air in order to generate a gravitational vortex of wind. (Her wind force can reach a max of 65 miles per hour)

Air Blast (Signature Move)- By putting her hands together and expelling a powerfully focused and rapid stream of air  Aiya can release air over a specific target area causing great damage and/or delivering great shock waves of pure force.(It's force ranges from punching a hole through a cement wall to obliterating the entire wall completely.)

Air Burst (Ultimate Move)- By quickly and rapidly expelling a massive pressurized release of air from every pore on her body Aiya can produce a massive burst of force. Which cause an instance of breaking or splitting as a result of internal pressure or puncturing; an explosion. (This is a move Aiya can only pull of once maybe twice in a fight depending on her state. Ranges from doing destroying a building or leveling a street up to twenty yards. After the first use  Aiya will be in the shortness of breath portion of her Co2 poison. However if she attempts  a second air burst without taking the needed time to recover from her Co2 poison then she risks taking herself out of the fight permanently with 3+ posts bed rest, depending on the situation. However if she takes the time to recover properly she can do this attack one more time which will throw her back into her the thick of her Co2 poison. Although after two proper uses she will find it extremely painful and hard to use her quirk from anywhere but her mouth, and even then her attacks will be greatly weakened as her the pores on her body will be significantly sore and sensitive  Making taking in air extremely painful. Seeing as the amount of force/pressure she is projecting out of them in this attack is far more excessive and lethal than a body can normally  withstand.)

Propulsion/Enhanced hits -By focusing and expelling air through certain pours in her body Aiya can propel herself in any direction at an alarming  speed and this is only enhanced in smaller spaces. Which is good for speed, and maneuverability. Furthermore Aiya can also do this to add greater force behind her physical attacks.Her control over her propulsions is quite masterful and is part of the reason she's considered so deadly. As she uses her propulsion in insanely creative ways. (Whether by using the momentum of the propulsion or by expelling air from the pores in her first upon making contact with a punch, or a combination of both Aiya can increase the force behind one of hits. Aiya's punch can obliterate a tree or send a grown man flying 35 feet. And her propulsion at max is eighty miles per hour.)





WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS: Quirk Mechanic- Due to how her quirk uses all the pores on her body Aiya is extremely susceptible to poison gases and smoke especially when trapped in a confined space with no exiting outflow. In that same token Aiya can not have her entire body submerged under water for more than a post and a half before starting to feel the effects of not breathing seeing as she needs to be able to expel the excess amount of carbon dioxide that her body produces. Also because of how her quirks works the consistent inhaling and exhaling of air for attacks and different feats means that she's not allowing her body to actually take in the air it needs for the body, instead it's just getting short quick bursts succession of air. (Aiya is able to use her quirk for up to 9 posts before needing a three post recovery time in which she doesn't use her quirk as she allows her body to take in the air it needs. Not giving her body the time it needs to recover will  lead to the start of  CO2 poison. One post pass headache, two post pass shortness of breath on exertion, three post chest pains, beyond that is Seizures, and risking the possibility of memory loss and irreversible permanent brain damage. Each post she goes after 9 without a three post recovery adds two post. Going pass three post is not advise)

Fire Quirks: Being as Aiya's quirk is air, her quirk is considerably at a huge disadvantage against fire quirks. 

Air Manipulation:Being as Aiya's quirk revolves around her expelling air, quirks like her son's Keni which allows a user to manipulate air can be quite bothersome. 

Hardening Quirks: Quirks that hardens an opponent's body can be quite frustrating for Aiya as almost all of her attacks are centered around blunt force. Meaning unless she he is able to out last the opponents quirk or find a creative to pierce through the target's solid defense she's at a disadvantage.

RANK/LEVEL: A
SUMMARY: Aiya learned this style of sword fighting from her mother and continued to hone, train, and nurture this skill all the way through Shiketsu and evern still practices it now as a Pro Hero. Though she rarely uses this combat style against villains she still practices at home, where she spars with her son and or husband as their sword style is that of Kendo. (Aiya can go toe to toe against master sword fighters with her sword style and either win, lose or draw. Depending on who's truly better)
 

RANK/LEVEL: B+
SUMMARY: During her time at Shiketsu Aiya was urged to find a new or at the very least less lethal combat style so that she would not  have to rely on her sword in combat. Seeing as Heroes are expected to use non-lethal violence  unless needed. So in wanting to follow the rules but still remain true to herself Aiya picked up Sheath style combat. This way she could still have her sword only she'd never unsheath it unless the circumstances utterly called on her to do so. Aiya became amazingly proficient and still uses the style today, but seeing as she's been taking a bit more rescue jobs over villain combatant jobs she might have let it slip a bit. (Aiya is able to best  those lesser than the level masters in their specific fields of combat.)

SUMMARY: Over the years Aiya has gotten better at handling her liquor as well as increasing the quantity of booze she drink before starting to feel it's effects. She's been nicknamed the bottomless void in countless bars as she's beaten many a people in the art of drinking. (Aiya is able to out drink a three fully grown man without even getting buzzed. At six men she's buzzed and at ten she's drunk but can continue to drink without getting sloppy.)

RANK/LEVEL: A-
SUMMARY: Aiya is a lot stronger than she looks, she makes it a routine to lift weights.She started doing this to further give herself an advantage in combat especially to take her opponents by surprise. However she does it now to help with rescue missions. Seeing as you never know who or what you might have to lift when on the job. (Aiya is able to lift 200 lbs max)
