Unlike her refusal to introduce herself to Jun, which had been done in jest, Sigga bore no compunctions in withholding her name in introduction to the blue-haired boy. It just so happened she didn’t realize she hadn’t introduced herself already. “Uh, Tendo, Sigrid.” said the land-fish, giving the newcomer a strange look. A veteran of social manipulation and deceit, the puppy-dog eyes did little to endear her. In fact, she found it rather odd that the boy felt he needed to put on airs to get her to introduce herself. Fortunately for Sigga she never found out first-hand what tactics he would have resorted to if she had withheld that little bit of data from the lad.
With introductions complete, the bald girl shifted the duffle-bag’s strap on her shoulder, and beckoned Miyoshi-san towards the 1-B dorms. There was a strange look of dissonance flickering in the fish’s eyes. She felt like she was forgetting something important. There had been something she was meant to do back in the 1-A dorms, but the encounters following the refill of her water bottle had apparently jettisoned whatever goal Sigga had previously meant to attain from her mind. Oh, well. If she couldn’t remember then it couldn’t have been that important in the first place. Besides, she was in the midst of this critical mission to curry favor with her new furry classmate. And the duffle bag was starting to cut circulation from her fingers on account of the way her digits were holding the rabbit’s luggage.
With her mind having dismissed the strange air of familiarity she had for the blue-haired boy, Sigga decided to quickly exploit his arrival in order to separate the group. “Well, don’t let us keep you waiting.” the amicable piscine remarked, continuing to usher Miyoshi-san towards her dorm and away from the male duo. Turning away from them, she gave a curt wave goodbye, hastily striking up conversation with her nervous classmate before any objections or interruptions could be made. In another moment, the two girls had walked off towards the 1-B dorms and vanished through it’s doors.
