Standing just under 5'4" (164 cm) and weighing 101 lbs 4 oz (46 kg), Mitsuko takes more after her Dutch father in physique and appearance. This is given even more so with her sunflower gold hair and forest green eyes. If Mitsuko were to stand between her parents, she would be leaner than her father and taller than her mother. She very much resembles her father, and has very little resemblance to her mother.
Mitsuko's skin is clean and clear - no extra distinguishing marks as of yet. Her wardrobe consists of layers of either pastel colours or neutral. More often than not, Mitsuko will accessorise with necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Her favorite necklaces being two identical necklaces made of different materials. A simple heart on a chain; one made of gold, the other made of silver. Mitsuko has glasses, but prefers to use contacts. Her frames come in a various shades of purple: lilac and lavender being her favorites to wear.

PERSONALITY
LIKES Sweets Purple Warmth Shopping | DISLIKES Sour Chilly Weather Anything prior 5AM Packing/Moving |
RUMOR/SECRET: | Mitsuko hates everything prior to 5AM due to her father being in the Dutch military, she much rather sleep until 9AM. |
Mitsuko is a ENFJ-T personality type. A natural-born leader, full of passion and charisma. Radiating genuineness, concern and selflessness, Mitsuko has trouble not saying anything when she feels like something needs to be said or done. Mitsuko is capable of building friendships with almost all personality types, but she feels the most drawn to introverted or withdrawn individuals. When it comes to being alone or being surrounded by people, Mitsuko would prefer being in the crowd. She enjoys spending time with other people. However, she does have one day a week where it is just her maintancing her self-care.
Mitsuko, however, is not a morning person - in any way, shape, or form. Her preferred wake up time being nine in the morning. If she is up prior to nine in the morning, Mitsuko is incredibly hard to read and her usual upbeat attitude is dormant. If Mitsuko is woken up before five in the morning - she is downright hateful.

BACKGROUND HISTORY

PARENTS: | Stefan Visser and Miki Sugimoto |
SIBLINGS: | unaware - presumed no |

OTHER: |
Stefan Visser - a 23 year old Dutch military man with a forge quirk - was stationed in Japan when he met Miki Sugimoto, a 19 year old civilian with an emotion control quirk. It was a short fling that brought Miki back to the Netherlands with Stefan. However - when the now 20 year old Miki left to return to Japan... She had a bundle of joy.
Mitsuko spent the first three years of life living with her mother and her mother's family. Stefan Visser was just a picture in a photo album. However - Miki could not deny that Mitsuko was her father's daughter. It wasn't until after Mitsuko's fourth birthday did Stefan return to marry Miki, finally joining them into one family. When Mitsuko's quirk started manifesting at the age of 5, Stefan was disappointed she did not inherit his quirk but rather one of a similar nature to Miki's.
Due to Stefan's military status, the small family moved countries often. This placed strain on family dynamics. Miki and Mitsuko eventually had enough with moving and Miki returned to Japan with her daughter. Her marriage to Stefan remains intact, and he visits as often as he can. This change happened five years ago, when Mitsuko was 10. Moving constantly had been hard on her school performance. However, when everything stabilized two years before graduating elementary school, Mitsuko started excelling.
Since Mitsuko stayed with her mother, rather than her father, she was able to get help with her quirk. Since her quirk is so similar to her mother's. A luxury that Miki did not have herself. It definitely helped the progress on handling the quirk for Mitsuko. She still has a long way to go for complete mastery but Mitsuko has a good start. Also since staying with her mother, Mitsuko could direct her focus on becoming a Hero at the greatest Hero school there is: UA.

THE ARMORY
Mitsuko's Hero Outfit: A half black, half blue jacket with orange accents with a white belted tank top that has a black and orange stripe across the top paired with a black and blue plaid skirt with a black bungie belt and an orange belt over top of that. A black choker and black boots that come up to the middle of her calves complete the ensemble. In some lighting, the black will look navy blue and vise versa.
Super Gadget - Powered by Quirk: The black hat that Mitsuko wears with her Hero Outfit is to help her power her quirk. It gives a good benefit but with a hefty cost. It increases the amount of people she can affect the confidence of to five individuals - however only for twenty minutes (four posts). As the twenty minutes run out, Mitsuko's demeanor and mood is negatively affected - and once the twenty minutes is out, Mitsuko experiences a migraine so great that she passes out after five minutes (one post) of sustaining it.

QUIRK & SKILLS
Second Guess
TYPE: Emitter
RANK/LEVEL: D+
SUMMARY: Second Guess is an emotion-manipulating quirk that allows Mitsuko to manipulate the confidence one feels; she can either boost or deplete the confidence one has.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS: In order for Second Guess to be effective, the target(s) must be within a 5 meter range of Mitsuko. If she chose to exhausts the target(s)' confidence, she cannot speak to that person, directly. That person can speak to Mitsuko all they want, but she cannot utter a single word towards them. If Mitsuko choses to amplify the target(s)' confidence, she cannot break eye-contact. That person does not have to be looking at Mitsuko, but she must maintain visual of them. This makes Mitsuko susceptible to attacks, due to not being able to keep track of her surroundings. The more Mitsuko uses her quirk, the more damage her psychological health takes. For every thirty minutes (six posts) using her quirk requires one full day of mental self-care.
Currently Mitsuko can only use her quirk on two people at a time. An immense migraine ensues if she tries to use it on more than two people. Her support item allows her to temporarily boost the number of people up to five, but at great cost. If Mitsuko uses her support item, she can affect the confidence of five individuals - however only for twenty minutes (four posts). As the twenty minutes run out, Mitsuko's demeanor and mood is negatively affected - and once the twenty minutes is out, Mitsuko experiences a migraine so great that she passes out after five minutes (one post) of sustaining it.

Jūjitsu
RANK/LEVEL: DSUMMARY: Since Mitsuko doesn't have a physical quirk, her mother Miki thought it would be good for Mitsuko to learn a form of martial arts. Jūjitsu is a form of martial arts that makes use of few to no weapons, it employs holds, throws, and paralyzing blows to subdue an opponent. The focus of jūjitsu is to throw, pin, or lock joints of opponents, but does make use of striking. Mitsuko catches on quickly when learning jūjitsu and applies it to targets who attempt to break her concentration while using her quirk.
Kenjutsu - Ittou
RANK/LEVEL: E-SUMMARY: Due to her father, Stefan's, quirk - he wanted his daughter to be able to use swords. So when he visits her - he teaches her how to perform kenjutsu. Using his quirk, Stefan will produce two katanas - one for himself and one for Mitsuko. Then he proceeds with teaching her Ittou - the most common form of Kenjutsu. Mitsuko is not confident enough in her own abilities to use this skill without her father.
