My mother had no idea what kind of quirks we would have. Her quirk being that of like a ..." He rubs his chin, pondering at the right words to use to describe his mother's quirk. "More like a lighthouse. Like the first baby to have a quirk - she could glow. But only if she charged during the day. Our father has a heat quirk, changing the temperature around him." He took a deep breath. "She never imagined one of us developing a quirk first - and the other being hung to dry for a while." And that one was you? Stifling a laugh, "No, my quirk did not manifest first. That honor goes to Ingram." Pauses, and with another sharp inhale, "What caused my mother to worry so much was the torment my brother causes small animals and even other children with his quirk." Excuse me? "My brother, Ingram had a terrible - terrible - terrible reputation for bullying and ... well causing bodily harm to other children and small animals." Has he ever hurt you? "No actually, he... uh. Never did. However, there was one day that I feared he might... We were about Six or seven - most possibly before our seventh birthday... Once night has fallen, the user’s reserves slowly release the pent up energy back into the atmosphere for eight hours, when the reserves are completely emptied.

SPECIAL MOVES:
- Sonnenlichtkanone「Sunlight Cannon」- The user uses the entire reserve to form a supercharged beam of heat and light. After this super attack, the user cannot create energy, or fire, blasts until their reserves are replenished. In conditions with harsh sunlight, the reserves are restored quicker and the user can still convert active sunlight - however they are at risk at overheating. If used at night - the user is powerless until they can recharge with natural sunlight. The more in the reserve, the more powerful the beam. The less in the reserves, the less powerful the beam. At full power, the beam causes heat stroke to both the user and the target. Additionally, the target will receive third degree burns at contact points and the user will receive first degree burns on their hands. At 50% power, the beam causes heat exhaustion for both the user and the target. Additionally, the target will receive swelling two degree burns and the user will receive heat rash on their hands. The beam of heat and light affects anything in a 16 ft by 4 ft (5 meter by 1 meter) area with a full reserve, and at 50% of reserve the beam is 8 ft by 2 ft (2 meters by 0.5 meter). 2 post effect duration, 1 post effect cool-down.
- Sonnenlicht platzen「Sunlight Burst」- Using one tenth of the user's reserve, they can charge up either a fire ball or ball of light energy and chuck it towards an opponent. Burns ensue. This attack can be used ten times alone before reserves are depleted and need recharged. This attack can be used without tapping the reserve on a bright, sunny day. At 100% power, the fire ball/ball of light is 16 inches (roughly 41 cm) in circumference. At 50% power, 8 inches (roughly 20 cm) in circumference. At 25% power, 4 inches (roughly 10 cm) in circumference. 1 post effect duration. 1 post effect cool-down.
- Hitzewelle「Heatwave」- Using one third of the user's reserve (or on a bright sunny day), the user can inhale sharply - warm the air with their quirk - then exhale heated air either directly on to a target or into a small generalized area - roughly 5 square meters (roughly 54 square feet), inflicting burns. The temperature of the air returns to normal within 5 minutes (a post).
- Lichtschwert「Light sword」- Only being able to use during the day and unable to use through the reserves, the user converts the sunlight into a sword shape. This light is hot enough to leave blistering second degree burns on the target, and if used for more than fifteen minutes (three posts), the user will have first degree burns. If used more than thirty minutes (six posts), will also leave blistering second degree burns on the hands of the user. The max usage being forty minutes (eight posts) where the user suffers from third degree burns on their hands.

- Between the hours after the sun has set and by the time the sun rises, the user must rely on stored reserves (eight hours worth). Reserved power equates to party cloudy days. After the reserves have been drained, the user is completely powerless with no sunlight to draw power from.
- Indoors, the user must rely on stored reserves unless lit by Halogen bulbs. Halogen bulbs equate to cloudy/overcast days.
- If no sunlight is in reserves - either because the user did not go outside at all between sunrise and sunset, or the reserves have been emptied, the user will be as useless as on rainy, snowy, stormy, and foggy days.
The user’s body temperature increases when they use the quirk, putting them at risk of overheating. Consistent use for 8 posts causes Izaak to overheat.
The user of Sonneneruption has to be mindful of how much he or she uses their quirk in a fight. Using more than one technique at a time quickens how soon he or she would overheat. For example, to use Sonnenlicht platzen and Lichtschwert in the same post would remove two posts from the overheat time (the user would overheat in 6 posts rather than 8). Using three techniques at once would remove 3 posts (overheating in 5). SUMMARY:
With a basic understanding of acupuncture and chiropractic, Izaak learned how to perform cupping to help fund his venturing. Cupping is also known as suction therapy. Using glass, globe-like cups, he will heat the air inside the cups before placing them strategically along a patients back. Using no more than five for a first appointment, and going upwards of ten for additional appointments. He will leave the cups on for five to fifteen minutes. Cupping aids the stimulation of blood flow, loosening muscles, relieving pain, increases flexibility and range of motion, and reduces stress.

Being a vigilante, Izaak thought it would make sense for him to learn basic First Aid skills to aid him on the field. He keeps his first aid kit well stocked before heading out on a job.
PARKOUR

Mainly for use in the urban environments in which Izaak chases his targets. Parkour was a skill set that he learned to make it easier to traverse through the city. Since parkour is about overcoming obstacles in one's environment, natural or urban, most of the skills are just enhanced jumping, climbing, and swimming skills. Izaak is well-versed in six basic vault, five landing, three bar, and four wall techniques.
