This is one smol bean. Aside from elf-like ears that he hides with earphones most of the time, he's an average built kid. He usually styles his hair to cover his right eye. He usually keeps a set or two of spare clothes, just in case he has to use his quirk. Otherwise he's found wearing mostly warm colors with black boots pictured above.

He's distant towards most people, and tends to play video games to stay away from it all. He's not afraid to defend himself from danger, or assist others if necessary, but don't order him around, he doesn't take that too kindly, and will often ignore you. Or do something else. He's quiet and keeps to himself. He's very comfortable with his body, and is absolutely shameless, mostly due to how it's very uncomfortable wearing anything when he's using his quirk.
Though he is a little bit cynical, and will often join in teasing someone. Though he does keep to himself, he's relatively easy to get involved in something, if you don't order him to do it. He doesn't really know what he wants to do yet, though he does have quite a few hero role models around him. He'd been passed around from house to house since he was young, one part due to his difficult personality, and due to his rather scary looking quirk.

Kaito was originally given up to an orphanage when he was a baby. Not knowing any parents, and not having a lot of one on one time with adults. Plus his unusual appearance tended to keep other kids away. He took more solace in video games and animals than anything. And as a picky eater, tended to make his own food. When his quirk manifested, most were horrified and scared of him. Between that and his personality, he was moved around a lot.
Until he got sent to a shrine. While there, he learned Aikido and how to throw various weapons. As well as use of smoke bombs and other minor utility weapons. He didn't like taking orders, and became stubborn, but the priest figured out a way to get him to do things. Often relating to "it'll be fun!"
Though the priest was kind, he wanted the boy to have a more stable life, and even a real parent figure. So, he contacted an old friend of his, wondering if Tsubame Takada would be willing to adopt him.
When she agreed, the priest sent paperwork to the right government office, and Kaito took her name. He is now probably among the few civilians who can freely enter UA without much issue.

THE ARMORY
When possible, a pair of stretchy shorts that are loose.
He'll also carry eight smoke bombs, a dozen metal disks that sting when hit by them (but doesn't cut, feels like getting hit by an air-soft gun) when he throws them, and a single wrist grappling hook (in the shape of a large bracelet, much like Jun's) with a 30 foot wire, and the "hook" being a three fingered grappler that can latch onto concrete and most other surfaces. He also tries to keep a 2 liter bottle of water on him, though doesn't always have it.
When he transforms, these are all often discarded. The metal disks and smoke bombs are held in a utility belt.

SUMMARY:
He transforms into the monster above. He grows in height to five feet two inches tall, and fills out a little bit in muscle, but often tears the clothes off due it feeling unnatural and hindering his movement. His hands are three fingered, and his feet have three toes that have three inch claws, with one toe at the heel and is smaller than the other two.
This Youkai form gives him claws and teeth that can cut through most metals, and if given enough time or tries, even cut through thick masonry (to go through 8 inches deep of filled in concrete cinder block, it would take him 6 posts). Most cars, doors, and most weapons can't stand up long against continued strikes with his two and a half inch claws as long as they're standard issue, often breaking in less than two posts (or him taking a chunk of standard issue gun or baseball bat/sword with his teeth). Specialty weapons like what most heroes and villains have (like carbon steel or titanium or similar) tend to not be as affected and last throughout the fight. His teeth and jaw strength is enough to bite metal sheeting, and tough enough to not get cut. Though the rest of his body is still vulnerable to cuts and weapons.
He can stick onto the sides of buildings, and can climb up rather quickly, at 35 mph. Otherwise he can dead run at 45 mph, and is a fast and nimble little demon. He has to be wet in order to do this, or else his speed is halved. Rain is lovely for him because of this. His reaction speed is above average at 150 ms. He can even jump 9 feet straight up, and jump up to 18 feet distance with a running start.
But he excels even more in the water. While in Youkai form, he can breath underwater, and move twice as fast. He can see, hear, and speak underwater perfectly fine. Though he does lose this when he transforms back into a human.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
The biggest weakness of this form is the fact he can only hold it for four posts, encouraging him to develop a blitzkrieg style fighting style while in this form: keep moving, keep striking, and don't let up. Afterwards, he can move while in human form, even run, but otherwise can't activate his quirk again without significant rest (next thread or one day time skip).
He dries out fairly quickly, often drying out in two posts from dumping at least 2 liters of water minimum on himself to maintain his speed.
Any injuries that occur in Youkai form also shows on his human form.
Fire/extremely hot environments dries him out in Youkai form, halving how long he can hold it. Colder environments exhaust him just as much in Youkai form, also halving how long he can hold it.

Throwing Weapon Proficiency

SUMMARY:
While he has practiced with other weapons, he primarily prefers his metal disks as they're non-lethal. He's fairly average on hitting both still targets and moving ones, not particularly accurate or particularly non-accurate. Other weapons include kunai and other throwing knives, shurikun, and throwing needles.

This is a style focused on throwing and joint locks. While difficult for him to do to some degree due to his size, he's achieved an average mastery of the technique. Again, not really particularly good or bad, just average. This style goes out the window when he transforms.
