He's just above average in height, and is well muscled, but is also lean. His eyes glow molten orange when his quirk is in use, but is otherwise amber and is unremarkable in this day and age. Aside from his blazing red hair, he's fairly average looking.
Of note however, is that his physical strength is higher than average, and his reflexes and reaction time is unmatched by most that doesn't have a quirk that enhances it. That said, his stamina is not all that good, but is otherwise in good physical condition.

RUMOR/SECRET: | Akuma is a monster from hell! |
Vicious and cunning, Kyou has fun pulling pranks on the least suspecting victims and fighting strong opponents. The only person that had managed to actually earn his respect as an enemy is a former gang member, Suzuki Isamu. Though even that situation did leave a sour taste in his mouth. Despite being a villain himself, he does draw certain lines in the sand. It's not often that he's outsmarted or outdone, and he doesn't hold a grudge over that either, and would be cordial, if a bit taunting, towards the lad again. He values strength, and Isamu showed it, as strength is not always physical. He has a tendency to give people he respects nicknames.
To the public, he's outgoing, intelligent (straight A student), athletic, kind, and charming student council president that knows how to run an organization. In reality, he's aloof, sassy, a typical bad boy, and thirsty for thrills. And desperately wants to change society. He's a liar, and a good one at that, to keep his public image in good standing, and no one would believe that he's a bit of a delinquent. He's very two faced. Arrogant and confident, he can navigate a battlefield or a social gathering with almost natural talent. He's very observant, and has a high amount of spatial awareness. And he'll use that to play dirty if he has to.
To his closest friends, which he has only one, he is more akin to being kind and generous, but will also tease them relentlessly. If he's not picking on you, he probably hates you at worse, neutral with you at best. Towards his significant other, he is affectionate and uses pet names. And is not shy about it either. Towards family, he's still a bit two faced, says one thing, does another, but is still close to them and will protect them if or when necessary. They certainly don't know of his out of school activities.
He's the type to get things done, as well. Give him minimum resources, and he'll make the best use of them to get the job done, even gracefully. He's extremely reliable in that way. While he does draw the line at kidnapping anyone under 14 years old, and hurting those under that age, he'll do pretty much anything else. Even murder, though he has yet to do so. While charismatic enough to lead, he doesn't actually want to be the head honcho, and instead an elite henchman in command of a small group. The issue is finding a villain organization that he actually respects and aligns with his ideals. He's the type to play by his own rules and no one else's. He's a natural fighter, and intelligent to boot, and his quirk, while not as destructive as others, gives him unique advantages that he takes full advantage of. He's a natural born trickster
PLACE OF BIRTH/HOMETOWN: | Osaka |
PARENTS: | Jin and Shin Kazumi |
SIBLINGS: | None |
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: | Asahi Arashi |
OTHER: | Shouta Kuga (friend) |
Kyou was adopted at a very early age of four months by a gay couple, Jin and Shin Kazumi. No one knew who his real parents are, and frankly, he doesn't care. While he is two faced towards his dads, he is somewhat protective of them. He was already a bit mischievous, but nothing that little boys often didn't already do. Though at his elementary school, a small fry villain attacked, and a hero came. However, that hero's quirk caused mass destruction, and trapped several dozen people, including him and his friend Shouta, in rubble. The villain was blamed for it, but Kyou knew differently, as did his friend. They started looking closer at things, and criticized some heroes.
He also was never fond of vigilantes. Even more so when one of his dad's friends nearly got hurt because of one. His respect for police was never that high because of them letting heroes do as they pleased. As he got older, his mischief became worse, but he also kept it much more secret. He watched fighting videos, knife play, etc. Even got himself a mentor for a short while, a former JSDF member turned pro-villain who taught him the basics when the boy was ten. For two years, the villain trained the boy, seeing something in him, a drive to change things. He even trained the boy's quirk, and gave him ideas and a training regimen for it before leaving, and said he'd hope that they'll meet again. A chance meeting and a little luck ended with good terms. His skills were only refined more as he practiced between his gang's activities, sometimes with Shouta, sometimes with random people given a deal and bribed with stolen goods. Though since he never got severely injured, his training never got off course, and made continuous, if measured, improvements.
He led a gang soon after. Nothing major, mostly loitering and vandalism, with some mugging by a select few, including himself. But he and a select few did go out and purposely picked fights as well. While some of the lower members didn't question him, he did bring in a few, including a literal cat. That had more intelligence than the average person in their group. Ok, by a lot. Still, he never got close to any of his gang members, aside from Shouta. Kyou went by Akuma, after a deman, and Shouta went by Oni, and both had masks with voice changers. Shouta was sometimes more mischievous than he was, and took on a job for a villain.
One that Kyou would have said no to. But it was too little, too late. And promptly had Isamu tied up immediately after the boy approached them. However, the kid was smart and resourceful, eventually escaping. Kyou knew what the boy was doing, and dragged Shouta away, letting the rest of them play distraction for the police and heroes. This was all during vacation, and the red head was home visiting his dads. But Isamu earned his respect then, and had nicknamed the brat Kitten.
During high school, he did get himself a lover, Asahi Arashi. A poor student with longer, dark blue hair, and violet-blue eyes. It wasn't long that he discovered the boy was a petty thief, but a good one, hardly getting caught. To this day, they're still together, and Kyou treats him well, and trusts him with knowing everything. Asahi doesn't seem to mind at all, and even joins him in training sessions. The three are now leaders of a small youth gang in Musutafu, doing much the same as before. But it's growing...and garnering attention that Kyou isn't sure he wants...
His villain costume is custom made. The most important part is a mask that includes a "hood," covering the whole head. It's a red akuma mask pictured below with a voice changer, disguising it. He also wears a black, skin tight suit, with black or grey combat cargo pants and matching boots. He either wears a vest or an odd vest hoody hybrid for a top, also black or grey. And has a ton of hidden locations for blades. He carries anywhere from ten to thirty knives on him, the only constant being a white tanto dagger with a red lion on the hilt, and will even risk getting caught to get it back if lost. He also carries six five inch needles and a lockpick kit, and two hard plastic knives sharp enough to cut skin. The plastic knives he always has on him, as well as the lockpick kit.
TYPE: Emitter
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Telekinesis of small objects. Though he can't take control of something so small that one can barely see it, he does have size limits. As small as a dime, and as large as a basketball is his limit for size, but maximum weight is 2.5 pounds.
He has fairly fine control, often not needing to use his hands or arms to direct the object(s) he's controlling. The most objects he can control is 25, but is both exhausting (draining him instantly and can't use his quirk for 5 posts and making it hard for him to move in addition to suffering side effects, which the migraine is so bad that he can hardly move, and he can't see very well due to blurry vision) and sacrifices fine control (literally just a wave/barrage moving in a single direction, so not all of them are going to hit anyways if he uses 25), which he starts losing after five objects.
If all he controls is five objects, he can control them finely, making them stop instantly, turn around, and continue on, or maneuver them to blind spots with ease. He can throw them with an average speed of 55 mph (not moving them all the time at that speed). Or throw and then switch control to something else.
He can take control of an object if he knows where it's at. If he tries and there's nothing there or is not within his control parameters, nothing happens. This is usually limited to a single room that he's in, but if he knows and nothing gets in his way, could take control of something in the next room over, or as far as 50 yards away from him, though is considerably more difficult if it's not within eyesight. If someone already has control over an object with telekinesis or other similar quirk, it becomes a power match, and whoever's tier in their quirk is higher wins control (if they're even tiers, then it's a match in stamina in their quirk, who reaches their limit first). Though is stressful, and is usually not worth the effort.
While in the middle of a brawl, he can still control two objects, but with effort due to focus being split, it would be equal to him trying to control 8 objects normally.
Of note, he can't control a person or a part of their body (though a pen just sitting in their shirt pocket is a different story) or any animal like that. Also of note, if someone is holding onto a pen, while he could try to take the pen away, it won't succeed and at most turn their handwriting a little scribbly. He also can't use it to manipulate a light switch, or take a stick and break it in two to get two objects to control. Similar situations to those apply. If it isn't free standing, he can't control it. He can plug in a power cord, and take it out.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
Overuse of his quirk causes severe migraines and even blurry vision, though takes a long time of constant use to get him to that point (if constantly controlling five objects every post, 12 posts before migraines start to occur, and they start small, but will eventually increase to being so bad that he can't do much). This can be accelerated if he goes over that five object benchmark, and after those five objects his control suffers and requires him to use his hands as a focus point, though isn't always indicative of where they're coming from.
His quirk is also best used in urban environments, where getting or creating objects within his control parameters are easy to do/get. But not so much in other environments. His quirk is very reliant on what he brings with him and the environment he's in.
As mentioned, his physical stamina is not that great, so a match of attrition hardly ever goes his way. Especially in a purely hand to hand combat match where his opponent is just as skilled as him (he'll often tire out faster, and it's a bit harder to dodge a punch when the person is in your face compared to a fireball at range). If he's not taking breaks, it usually does not end well for him. If he's tired, his skills and reflexes don't mean much. In times of extreme physical exertion, like in a brawl/fist fight, he can constantly be fighting for 5-7 posts, depending on number of moves made each post, before starting to get tired, and it all goes down hill from there.
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
With a couple of glances and a short walkthrough, he can tell where most objects are, given they're not hidden underneath something and an indentation or some other que tells where it is. While it takes a bit to see how people move, and predict where they go, it is not all that accurate. In a staged place with his quirk in mind, he needs to place his weapons/objects there himself if he wants to know where they are immediately, given nothing messes with them. It almost gives him an illusion of a sixth sense, and with his fast reflexes, it definitely shows.
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
He has tons of cheap, disposable knives, and knows how to use them mostly competently. More so than any normal street thug, but less than a true expert. He also has good aim, often being within a four inch spread if he threw five knives at a target.
RANK/LEVEL: C+
SUMMARY:
Like Jun, he has no set style. But is good in a brawl, and thanks to his mentor, knows a thing or two about military hand to hand combat techniques. Granted, basic, but still very refined.
RANK/LEVEL: C-
SUMMARY:
While he can pick handcuffs, it takes him some effort. And he can pick door locks and padlocks that take common key blanks. This was learned from Asahi, and like always, he excelled, though Asahi is still far faster than he is.
