Born to a scientist and a hero who inherited her own name from her own mother. Initially Miyu's family tried to push her into marrying a man who's quirk would compliment her own, yet eventually they saw the wisdom in letting her marry a quirkless scientist. It meant the family quirk was much more likely to be directly passed down without any bad "mutations" as they'd call it. It would also allow this scientist to develop items for both mother and child. Miyu's family was descendant from ninja's and their heroic name and outfit made that very clear.
But this story is not theirs and for the most part Miyo's childhood wasn't exactly special. She went to school and had friends just like anyone. They lived in a normal sized house, but both parents often had to work very late. Miyo was practically Maya's surrogate mother from a rather young age. This was also part of to make her a hero as to fulfill that job she had to become independent of her parents. Miyo always took the calling very serious and would train a lot in her free time, both her quirk and her body.
As she grew older, her parents dumped more and more responsibility on her. Much of it she shared with her sister, Maya. That way they both had some reasonable free time most days. Years went by but the crux that changed Miyo and Maya's life forever would happen when Miyo was just 14. Her mother managed to defeat a terrible villain. The villain had some kind of quirk that he could turn objects into bombs. While everyone was evacuated her mother was first on the scene and engaged the villain. After a short fight she thought she had him, but he was just faking being down and turned her ninja scarf into a bomb. Miyu tried to throw it away with her quirk, but when she did it blew up a pillar keeping the building up. When another hero arrived they found both the villain and Miyu buried under the rubble, both alive and in coma.
Life only became harder for Miyo from there on. Many doctors considered her mother already dead and the chance she would wake up was lower with the day. Her father was devastated, he already accepted she probably would never wake up. But never gave up on the off chance she did. After that day he never was the same. He didn't want Miyo to become a hero anymore and tried to stop her. Even though Miyo saw it as her duty to make her mother proud by following in her footsteps. After this event she and her sister started to live with her grandparents. They never saw their father again until now.

QUIRK & SKILLS

SUMMARY:
The effect of this quirk is fairly simple. If the user throws an object at a target she can sense at the time of throwing the object will always hit it's target. There are a few ways around this ability, but assuming they don't happen the object will hit whatever it's thrown at, no matter what kind of gravity defying stunts the object needs to pull to get there. For starters it should be noted that once thrown the object is not controlled by the user. So she doesn't have to concentrate on it, but she also has no way to change where it is going. The first way to stop the object is to grab it and hold it with enough force. Once an object doesn't really move anymore it will stop on it's own. Another way would be to go outside it's range. Targets need not be living things, but cannot be abstract things. So she can aim at a chair, but she can't throw something to "A perfect hiding spot", unless she knows where one is in range. She also doesn't need to directly throw at her intended target, as long as they're in range the object will fly towards the target even if she'd throw in the other direction.
WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS:
-Materials: This quirk needs external items to throw. So if she has nothing to throw this quirk is useless. Also heavier objects may fly slower or not be able to thrown at all. If she can't throw this quirk isn't going to do anything with that item.
-Hands Free: If her hands are in no position to throw something this quirk is also useless. This also limits how many items she can throw at the time, never more than would fit in her two hands.
-Blocking: While thrown items cannot be dodged, they can still be blocked. As a note: if an item is slowed enough by the victim or a third party it might merely touch the target instead of hitting them. Objects can also naturally be destroyed before hitting anything. The object can only turn about 90° every meter, preventing it from taking very sharp turns or flying directly back if someone manages to dodge the item. It will still come back eventually, if the maximum distance isn't reached.
-Range: Thrown items will only fly on a range depended on the user's proficiency with their quirk. Currently the range limit is 25 meters of distance traveled.

SUMMARY:
The user is able to use their surroundings and experience with appropriate tools to sneak around in areas where they are not wanted. This includes entering such spaces, moving around undetected and getting out. As a hero family based on ninjas all members of the family are trained in this to some degree. This does not automatically make the user invisible. This ability only grants the ability and knowledge to hide oneself so the average person wouldn't notice them.
