Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
This morning was a great pain in the arse. A red-eye flight from Munich, Germany to Tokyo, Japan. Packed inside a tin can that no one understands how it can fly for eighteen hours. No personal space whatsoever in the aisles. It was a dreadful flight that Izaak would have lost his mind over if it weren't for the music blaring though his headphones. The duration of the flight, Izaak's tall frame was squashed into a compact area. Even with his lean and wiry frame, he felt suffocated in the middle seat. All this combined made Izaak appreciate the baggage claim in the airport. Granted, it was overrun by people, Izaak slipped through the crowds easily. After getting armed with his duffle bag and suitcase, which having an extra bag being so foreign to him he almost left it behind, Izaak made a beeline for the exit. The airport had immense amounts of crowds. He had no idea why, but he knew he wanted to get the hell out. Music drumming through his headphones the only thing keeping Izaak calm, at least until he can dig his hand-held game station out of his back pocket.Outside the airport was only faintly less crowded than the inside. "Entschuldigung Sie! Taxi!" He raised a free hand into the air to call upon a slow moving taxi in the airport. Once the small four-door car pulled to the side for him, Izaak placed his bags by the trunk for the driver to load. "Vielen Dank," He muttered to the driver before sliding into the backseat.

Rowan had a very nice flight back from the gaming convention in Munich. She had been there for an Apex Legends Worldwide Tournament, which she had gotten second place in, much to her dismay. A single bad play from a teammate had cost her the victory, but even placing second place was enough to help boost her fame a little bit more than before. She was already extremely popular online, and had a veritable army of followers, which was a blessing and a curse in a lot of ways. For the flight, however, it was rewarded with a free upgrade to First Class for the trip in addition to her form only being five foot tall, she was able to comfortably fit into the chair and listen to her Russian Babble lesson, quietly murmuring the words in practice during the flight. She was certain that she would be a bit off in dialect in such, but by the time her flight was over, she was confident she could speak to someone in Russian and only need minor corrections. Once she arrive in the airport, however, she knew that there was a clock hanging over her head, so to speak. After departing the plane, her recognizable face and considerable curvature despite her lack of height was easy to recognize for some, and it had only taken a short time after getting off the plane before someone called her out. “It’s Shiroi Suika-chan! And like that, the race was on. She didn’t have any bags aside the backpack tightly strapped to her back, only emphasizing her massive chest more, so now she was just running through the airport. She managed to duck into a little airport store and avoid most of the people who had caught her initially, but she knew it was only a matter of time. After the crowds thinned a bit, she dashed for the front door, making it almost to the door before someone called her name out again but she didn’t look back to see if they were chasing. Most likely, they just wanted Autographs, which normally she would be fine with, but in an airport that was dangerous. She would be there all day, and she didn’t want to spend her day being idolized after the entire time doing exactly that in Germany. Bursting outside, she saw a taller young man getting into a cab, the driver loading the person’s suitcases and speaking in German. She didn’t like the idea of imposing, but she didn’t have a lot of choices, and ran straight towards the open door, ducking under the man’s arm and tossing herself inside to the farther part of the seat in the back. “Quick! Get In!” she exclaimed in perfect German, reaching out and all but dragging the likely startled individual into the cab if she had to and closing the door, locking it. Now that she was out of sight, the masses began to emerge and were looking for her, but it seemed that they weren’t able to see her comparably smaller self behind the guy she had hidden behind. “I am so, so sorry! I can’t handle the mobs today… please let me pay for your cab fair and share it with you?” she asked, using her best puppy-dog eyes to try to persuade this individual into letting her stay and not tossing her out of the cab for the masses to pounce upon.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
"Mmph," Izaak grunted, his face widen in a bewildered expression from being pulled the rest of the way in the taxi, shutting the door behind him. His golden eyes stared down at the young woman who barged into the taxi he had hailed. "How ru-," he began to state, lowering his headphones down to around his neck, but when she offered to pay for the fare, Izaak let it go. The old Alternative songs playing slightly louder than original since there was no barrier between the speakers. He already had to spend extra money on his ticket due to the extra bag. "Fine," he said gruffly. He settled into his seat nicely. He gave her a once over from the corner of his eyes, almost an entire foot shorter than he, even sitting. Certainly well-endowed, but she struck him as a familiar face. He stroked his memory, but alas couldn't place it. So he let it go. "So what's your hurry?" Izaak asked very plainly. Her rush was only slightly intriguing, only for the part she was paying the fare. Otherwise, it would just be an annoyance, however the manners his mother drilled into him would have stopped any chance of pitching her out of the taxi. He leaned to the side, getting closer as he dug his handheld console out. He leaned back into his original position, then slumped down - giving her less of a distance to look up. Rowan was more than a little grateful that he hadn't gotten upset at her considering she had been quite rude, even if the circumstances somewhat permitted it at the moment. She made it easily known how relieved she was by taking a deep breath and sighing, thanking her lucky stars that he was so reasonable, but she wasn't out of the woods yet. She could see just barely a bunch of people frantically looked for her, one of them busting her cover with the young man at least by yelling out "Shiroi Suika-chan!" over the crowd, which was causing even more people to gather. Hearing her name yelled, she shrunk down a little bit, using her new friend's larger stature to try to hide before fishing a large bill out of her pocket. "I'm paying for both of us, just take him wherever he needs to go. Get us out of here fast and I'll let you keep the change!" she exclaimed, the driver smiling widely before they zipped away from the growing crowds.
Now that they were underway, she looked towards her new friend with another sigh. "I'm known as Shiroi Suika, but you wouldn't know who that is unless you play a lot of video games." She was pretty famous, but only if that was your scene. If you didn't play video games at all, it would mean absolutely nothing, and she would have to explain why it was that she was getting chased around the airport. "Thank you so much for sharing your cab... I just mostly don't have the time to be sitting at the airport all day signing stuff, and that's what I'd wind up trapped and doing. Where is it you are headed, and who do I have the pleasure of meeting today?" she asked, curious... mostly because she needed to tell the driver where he needed to drive to.
She didn't seem perturbed at all when he leaned over and only whipped out her own phone to post a short apology tweet to her fans in the airport she had to ditch with a short explanation as to why. They would forgive her for this much, easily. She had just as many fans who didn't want her to be mauled as those who wanted to do the mauling, so this wasn't enough to really damage her image online or anything, mostly because she took the time to address it. It was the people who would do that and say nothing, leaving the fans to come up with their own wild scenarios as to why they acted as they did, that would be in trouble.

Shiroi Suika, the name mulled about in his thoughts before he waved his console in front of the young woman's face. "Ay, ay, ay, I play video games," Izaak grumbled, "I've seen a few of your... videos?" His nose crinkles in thought. "Some of which I disagree with," all manners flying out the window now, "There's a couple of games I feel you played wrong," Izaak stated plainly. "There's a certain finesse to games, that I find those rushing through for video deadlines miss out on," he continued in a rough tone. Izaak's love for electronics didn't stop at video games - Computers, phones, he was intrigued by how a lot of the electronics work and loved to disassemble and reassemble them. When thanked for sharing his cab, his body language began to soften a bit. "Ah, you're doing me more of a favor. Constantly traveling costs a lot of money," Izaak muttered the last half under his breath. "I usually stay at the Risveglio Akasaka hotel, it's a cheap place to crash and is in an easily traveled area by foot," he explained. He sat his game console on his lap and patted his pockets - he was searching for his translation book to communicate with the driver in case he doesn't speak English. "Excuse me, sir, do you speak English?" Izaak scoots up in his seat while still searching for his pocketbook to ask the driver. If the eye does not want to see, neither light nor glasses help.

most amusing reactions to someone learning that she was who she was that she had ever received. Enough that it made her giggle just a bit, shaking her head. "You must be talking about my early videos a few years ago. I'm pretty good at it now... usually do a full campaign dive, then strive for achievements, then speed-runs if possible. Sometimes I just goof around on there and crack jokes in multiplayer lobbies. The Channel has grown quite a bit!" she exclaimed proudly, and it wasn't an exaggeration. She had grown from barely knowing how to video edit to being one of the top streamers in the world across multiple genres.
She nodded in regards to the hotel, it was somewhere she was familiar with. When working certain jobs, she would sometimes meet them there to have a neutral and public location to do so rather than inviting them somewhere that could lead back to her actual home. When he asked the cab driver if they spoke English, the gave a wave of their hand as they looked back for a moment. "Little." The smaller woman took this as her cue. "Don't worry friend... I gotcha," she said with a smile. "The Risveglio Akasaka hotel please Sir. I don't mind being dropped off there as well." With that done and the cab heading the direction that they wanted, it was time to switch gears as she leaned back.
"So, what brings you to Japan?" she asked, trying to make small talk. He hadn't given up his name, which was interesting because unless you were needing to hide it, it was second nature for one to speak it. This intrigued the shapeshifter, and she was curious what other information she could glean from the conversation. After all, if he was in that sort of field, he could be a potential client for her at a later date, or a different persona.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Until Izaak fished some information out of the woman, he rather kept his name to himself. Zaak or Seven would work, supposedly. However, both could easily tie back to his real name, and the only other alias he had, which since he was operating without a hero license, would not be wise to give out either. Sitting back, he grunts, "People tend to call me whatever," he rubbed the back of his neck, "and I heard a... relative... would be in this area..." Izaak hesitated on the word relative. It was weird saying it since there was glaring evidence that Ingram wanted nothing to do with the rest of their family. It made his chest hurt, "... So I'm hoping to catch up," Izaak's face remained stoic, but his body rigid. Izaak turns to face Suika indulging the woman's need for small talk, "Because of your name, and since you speak - I assume you're a native?" he inquired blatantly, referring to the now two instances she spoke Japanese, plus the name he was afraid to butcher if he said it. For someone who travels so much, he was limited in the lingual skill set. It bothered him he couldn't find his translation book. Perhaps it was in his duffle rather than his pocket... Damnit... What a waste of time... he thought, the inconvenience of opening and searching before he could book a room..Izaak's face twisted in confusion, he had his console out... waved it around in her face... and it still sat untouched in his lap. Mom would hurl you out the third story window if she knew you were being rude to a woman, his inner voice chided him. However, Izaak being Izaak, pressed the on switch and waited for the console to boot up the game that was already plugged in. The music that had been playing from his headphones switch to the devices awakening music, as they connect to the console over his phone.

Rowan listened closely, and smirked as she knew that she was right; he was a potential customer for her side-job, one that brought a bit of thrill to her life. “Ya know…” she started, her deep blue eyes locking with his for a moment. “If you are lookin’ for info, I know someone who does that sorta thing. I don’t know a ton about her, but she is an information broker. Might not know much right off, but knows all the right people to find out, ya know? I’ve employed her a couple’a times before. Real trustworthy. Could hook you up if you wanna…” She was basically employing herself, since her mystery contact was just another persona, but there wasn’t any pressure in her tone or anything of the sort; it was simply an offer, and she was going to leave it just like that.
The conversation turned, and she smiled warmly. “Yep! Been here all my life. I’m going to take a stab and say you’re looking for something to help you get your hotel room, yea? I can tag along for a bit so you can at least get into your room, if you want? Dedicated translator! It’s the least I can do since you helped save me from the mob.” She awaited a reply to that, but already her mind was going. She didn’t like this guy in particular any more than anyone else, if she was being honest, but her current persona had always been the flirty type, and it was always through being helpful even when it wasn’t needed.
Suika, to her credit, wasn’t offended at all when he powered on his console, but instead he was going to have to deal with a completely different problem; the white haired woman was not only interested, but she had absolutely no sense of personal space. The small woman was now squished up against Izaak, peering over his arm that she was all but wrapping around, her curvature molding around him as she did so. “Ooooh, whatcha playin’?” she asked, willing to watch for their little trip and more than curious.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
At the sound of information, the amber flecks in his golden eyes danced. "Yeah, well when I said relative..." he hesitated again, "It's complicated." He muttered, just loud enough for her to hear. He ran his hand through his shaggy vermillion hair, does he accept the help for a translator?.. It means I eventually have to tell her my name... he mulled over in his head. Instead he ignored the offer for now. The only reason why he is still allowed travel currently is under the guise he is a lowly healer who has no intentions of being a hero. Fifty percent of his duffle bag was consumed by the supplies for the pop-up shop he usually sets up to earn funding for various trips, clothes, and etcetera. The other fifty percent was a variety of basic clothing, plus his vigilante costume. It is a bag he is traditionally over protective of with others. However, he knew it was safe in the trunk of the taxi currently. He felt her get closer, he took a glimpse in bewilderment. "A game my father's company developed, it launches next week. My father snuck me a card when I visited him and mother." Honestly, he couldn't really remember everything his father said about the game. Just that the graphics were a handful to make. The blue screen glowed softly before opening to a field and a small character in the center. The character was in pretty basic clothing - and it wasn't anything fancy imaging wise. He handed his console over to Suika. "Here, give it a try." He offered, might as well play nice. Since she had offered to connect him with someone who has information and to translate for him. Usually he'd scoot the other person back to their side of the vehicle or whatever and go back on his way.

Suika shook her head and waved it off. “I’m not asking any questions. Just let me know if you want me to hook you up. I will say she’s good at being discrete.” And she let the topic drop entirely. He would tell her if he wanted to use her services or not, and that was enough that she wasn’t going to dwell on it. When he started to talk about the game, however, her blue eyes opened a bit wider. “Your dad does game development! Man… I know enough about the games themselves, but I’m not so good on the tech side of things. I still need to buy a new computer but I’ve been stalling because I don’t know what’s a good buy and what isn’t. Should probably learn that stuff so my equipment stays up to snuff,” she commented, willing to admit where her weaknesses, educationally, were. Granted, she knew a bit more than she was actually selling, but the Suika persona didn’t, and thus she was not about to break her cover on that one. But when he offered for her to try a game that wasn’t even released yet, the excitement in her eyes multiplied and she was literally bouncing in anticipation as he handed her the console. “Oh man… this is awesome! Thanks!” she exclaimed, not really scooting away from him, but leaning upwards and beginning to toy around with the game, trying to learn what it was that she was supposed to be doing. This resulted in less squishing against the man’s frame, but still close enough to be considered snuggling by some people’s perspective. As a professional gamer, she was not without a standard, but considering the game wasn’t even released yet, she wasn’t about to start critiquing a game that his father had made. First, she would give it a good old fashioned test and just check out the mechanics, then work from there.

Izaak's body shook with a booming laughter, "Does game development is a stretch, he is an assistant to a background designer at this company in Munich." He inherited his love of tech from his father, but his father lacked the artistic skill of what he wanted to do. "Technology is not that hard to figure out. Everyone thinks newest is best, but only in some of the cases." Does that sound like a proper trade? This way he did not feel inclined to pay the woman for the assistance she was offering.
He watched in slight amusement, Suika's channel grew, eh? he thought, remembering her comment about how her play style has changed. As she played, the sounds of the game continued to come out of his headphones. Izaak leaned as far back as he could to dig his phone out of his front pocket. He opened the app that controlled the headphones and changed the primary source from the console back to the phone. He was enjoying the mostly quiet ride, but felt the need to slide the small woman back to her side of the vehicle. However, he was taught not to lay hands on a woman who has not struck him first. "Glad you enjoy." While Suika was distracted with the game, he replaced his headphones over his ears and started to scroll through the music on a streaming app. Attempting to find a track that tickled his fancy. Before long, he just pressed the megamix the app compiled together for him of the most listened to songs, which most of which were either alternative or the blues.Izaak rested his arm on the back of the seat while the other fiddled away on his phone. Mostly, he was looking up how much further it would be til the hotel, also attempting to ensure the taxi driver wasn't taking a cocamamy way to charge extra. Out of habit, one could guess, since he technically isn't paying for this excursion.

If there was one thing that came naturally to Rowan, it was multi-tasking. A benefit of her unique Quirk, she could probably do a dozen things at the same time without losing focus on any of them, simply because she could devote all of her energy into processing power. So even while she gamed, she could hear him talk about the technology and wanted to respond to it properly; he seemed to know a lot on the subject. “Oooh… neat. So he works for a game company. Which one?” she started with, not looking up from her screen despite holding the conversation, and knowing there were quite a few based out of Munich. Once she got the answer, she moved on to the next subject.
“Oh OK… so… hypothetically speaking, if I wanted a new computer, would you be able to help me pick out the best one?” she asked, curious if he would be willing to do that much for her. She knew some other people she could consult, but networking with people was one of the reasons that she was so good at her various jobs. She could create bonds with others that usually paid in dividends later when she needed someone to return the favor, and perhaps she could get a little bit of one going with Izaak. He seemed nice enough, after all, for her to want to contact him at a later time if he was willing to work with her.
That was about when the tires squealed at a sudden stop, sending Suika slamming against the seatbelt as the G-Forces suddenly shifted. She coughed a few times but didn’t get a chance to yell at the driver as she looked past him as to what he stopped so suddenly for, noting what looked like a Pro Hero and a Villain duking it out on the street. Sitting back in her seat but watching them carefully, she paused the game and gave it back to Izaak. “Damn… looks like another fight. Can’t tell who it is, but we might need to bolt if it gets out of hand or starts coming our way. Can you do that?” she asked Izaak, curious about what he would want to do. Some people liked to try to play hero, and this was an excellent opportunity to get some insight into his mentality.

Izaak dropped his phone to brace himself, this way he did not crush or crash into Suika, "Hast du in Wahn oder was?" He called out to the driver of the taxi. His next objective was to see if Suika was alright, and what in the world caused the taxi driver to suddenly slam on the breaks. However, the crashing about outside the vehicle caught his attention. Izaak quickly unbuckled himself and trusted the door open, climbing out quickly to get a better look. It's my chance... flashed in his mind. All hundred fifty-two pounds of his body tensed, muscles aching to act. "I need my stuff." Not paying any mind to Suika or the driver of the taxi, Izaak rushed to the trunk of the taxi and started pounding on it, signaling he wanted it open. To anyone outside the situation, it may look like he was trying to get his things to ditch. However, his body was quivering in excitement. Once the trunk opened for Izaak, he just grabbed his duffle bag. He returned to the open door of the taxi. "You get somewhere safe, ya? Who knows who is duking it out currently." Izaak's gold eyes stared at Suika. He was automatically assuming she was a civilian, a non-hero breed, so his first priority was to get her safe. Then, he could see if the Pro at work needed any backup. However, if the authorities arrive on the scene before it's resolved, he'd be in a lot of trouble. With his mind hyper-focusing, he had to get it under control. One step at a time. Ensure Suika was alright, get her to safety. An obscure place to change and where his equipment won't get damaged. Assist Pro-Hero if needed. With the bashing and crashing - it sounds like it would be welcomed.

Rowan snickered at the exclamation that the german uttered, finding it amusing that he was willing to ditch his phone in order to ensure that she didn’t get squished. Wouldn’t have hurt, but probably would have been awkward, so for that she was thankful to his quick thinking. When he dashed out of the cab completely though, she turned and looked at him through the back window, noting how he was pounding on the cab trunk to get to his bags, but something wasn’t right. Most people of this generation were so attached to their phones that they would have likely grabbed their phone and ran, leaving their bags behind, if this was some sort of fear reaction to a villain being close by. Even the cab driver was nervous, but as they were taught, stayed inside his vehicle and waited paitently; a bunch of civilians running around was the recipe for making the job for the pro-heroes harder.
The trunk popped open for him, and in the moment of him being preoccupied with getting his stuff, Rowan made her move, grabbing his phone and starting up a clone app on her phone, and then touching the pair of phones together and slipping them into her back pocket, then emerging from the car. “We shouldn’t move too much! We could draw the villain’s attention!” she declared, a perfect act of nervousness painting her words. When he told her to get somewhere safe, she nodded and stepped behind the cab, using the vehicle as a shield for a moment and waiting there, nervously looking between the fight happening and Izaak. That was when a look of realization dawned on her face. “Oooh, you are a hero too. OK. You go. Once you get their attention I’ll bolt for the side-streets. I know this city like the back of my hand. Go!” she encouraged, because that was what Suika would do.
In her mind, she was already turning the gears through her head. He was going to get caught like this, and considering that she knew most of the pro-hero registry for Germany, she knew that he was not on that list. That made him either a brand new pro, an intern, or a vigilante. The first one wasn’t all that plausible, but the last two were, and considering he didn’t even speak japanese, and wasn’t used to the environment here in Japan, he was going to get caught. Once he took off, Rowan scooped up any bags he wound up leaving behind and slipped away to the alley.

With the confirmation that Suika would be heading somewhere safe, Izaak dashed off, he needed privacy while he equipped himself into his hero outfit. Tacky, he knew, however, it was harder to recognize someone if they weren't in street clothes. His glasses were swapped out for the gold lens mask. A grey button-up shirt with a beige suit-vest under a long-sleeved, red, tailed coat replaced his red tee shirt. Sandblasted denim was swapped for blackish-blue suit pants, and lastly, his tan Timberland boots were traded for sleek black shoes. His civilian clothes were tucked nicely inside the duffle bag, and it was stored away before Izaak slipped on his gloves. He patted his back pocket to ensure he had his first aid kit tucked away in the pouch, as well as his flame retardant spray. Let's go, his inner voice egged him. After making doubly-sure his duffle bag was hidden away for no one to take, he rushed out in the open. Weaving his way through civilians rushing away from the scuffle. His body kept charging forward towards the bashing and crashing. The closer to the fight he got, the more his heart pounded. He heard his heart thump in his ears. Adrenaline rushing through his veins, and it just grew with every pounding step of his feet on the pavement.Once he came upon the battle, 707 established who were the heroes present and who the villain was. Not necessarily by name, but by the damage being done and actions being taken. With the sun being out thankfully, 707 could use his quirk with ease. Sonnenlicht platzen! An immensely hot ball of light about 16 inches in circumference formed in his flame resistance, gloved hand. Then with all he has, he chucked the sphere in the villains direction, hoping for a direct hit.
