The little grey-haired girl watched the man carefully as he dashed off, noting where he went and once he was out of sight, moving quickly to the side of the road and slipping quietly near the alley that he had vanished and waited a few moments. After a short time, he emerged, dressed to impress in his hero outfit, and if she hadn’t known that it was Izaak, she might have mistaken him for someone else. But she did know better, and now was the perfect time to collect anything he had left behind. She was going to give it all back; she was not some petty thief nor needed what he had, but what she did do was go through everything, looking for anything that might stand out. The search yielded hardly anything overly interesting, and using the privacy that the area she was in afforded, after checking her corners a bit, Rowan transformed. Shifting from the very short but busty online gaming sensation only too a full second, and what walked out of the alley, loaded with his bags, was a spiky blonde-haired woman in some sort of uniform no one would recognize, generous curvature, a set of pointed teeth and a pair of blood-red eyes. Not many people today worried about looks, but Rowan knew that looking the part was important in almost all cases. She could hear him fighting the villain now, and then listened closely and heard the sirens approaching, and relocated in that direction. Slipping everything he owned into the duffel bags properly, and then setting them gently in a dumpster, she waited and bided her time. Only after things died down could she make her appearance and save him from being arrested, something she was fairly certain was imminent. Slipping to the end of the alley she was in, she watched the fight carefully, noting any abilities she witnessed him using. Patience, luckily, was one of her strong suits.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Chaos still ensued, 707 aiding a pro-hero versus this metal quirked villain. The sunlight burst attack that 707 began with just heated up the villain's metallic skin to an amber color. Honestly, since joining the fight, 707 felt a pang of disappointment. It wasn't who he was looking for. At least not this time. The Pro-Hero that was originally handling the situation hollered at 707. However, what was said escaped him. "Tsch..." 707 faced the villain, another Sonnenlicht platzen forming in his gloved hand, the heat from the ball singeing the fabric of his glove. With a quick flash, 707 charged towards the metal-man and slammed the ball into his chest. The villain, taking his time to grab 707 laughed. Some garble came from the villain's mouth, however, the language barrier prevented 707 from hearing, or even caring what the villain said. Taking advantage that he had been nabbed by the villain, 707 inhaled as deeply and sharply as he could. Warming the air he intook, then exhaled with a woosh. Burning steam like air rushed in the metal villain's face, the sudden temperature change caused the villain to let him go. I've used up 53% of my reserves... 707 thought, back pedalling away from the villain. He glanced up in the sky, the sun still bright and shining. However, if he tries to recharge again he could overheat... This has to end quickly. When the fellow Pro and 707 finally got the metallic man on the ropes, the police started to charge in. Sweaty, singed and tired... 707 started to flee the scene in an inconspicuous manner. However, each way he turned, it seemed that he was confronted by an officer attempting to ask him questions. "Err... I'm new..." 707 lied as he glanced around looking for a way out.

It was about the time that '707' was backpedaling from the police and minor heroes that the tall blonde rounded the corner from the alleyway, marching with a confidence that was only born from hard-won experience and absolute faith in her own abilities. She could probably tangle with most of them like this, but that wasn't the objective. She spoke loudly in german as she approached. "Stand Down! You are off script Recruit!" she announced, marching straight up towards Izaak and causing several people who were in the area to turn and direct their attention towards her. She shifted to perfect Japanese flawlessly. "Apologies heroes and police, my recruit here was supposed to be learning the city on a standard patrol. Apparently, the German rookie thought he could assist your pro-hero and took off on his own, as though he needed any help. Special Assistance Force will take responsibility for him and he will be punished appropriately. I will take him into my custody now."
She brokered no argument, not giving anyone the chance to talk back to her, moving through them and twisting Izaak's arm behind his back to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable, but not quite painful. "You are lucky Shiroi Suika is a kind commander. Now move!" she ordered in German again, pushing him towards the alley in which she came, looking annoyed and angry and marching him away from the crowd. The name drop, considering it was the girl he just met, should be enough to make him compliant and realize that she was saving his ass. Only one of them seemed to faintly recognize the name being said, but she said it so differently that he dismissed it from the looks of it, and they safely made their way down the alley and around the corner, where she pushed off and released him, then crossed her arms under her chest. She took a moment to ensure no one was following them, then turned back.
"You are lucky she contacted me. You would have been getting deported right back to Germany if they had kept ahold of you, you crazy Vigilante." The words were firm, but also there was a sense of kindness there that hadn't been present in her tone before. Obviously, this woman before him was a good actress. "I'm Jericho. Izaak right? Your stuff is all in that dumpster behind you. Grab it and we can get out of here. Then we can talk about your missing family member." The dots should all connect now, that this was the person that the streamer had talked about who could help him with his quest.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
When a tall blonde emerged from the crowd, speaking in German - essentially calling him out - 707 kept his face from twisting up into confusion. Instead he bowed to the woman, "I'm sorry for causing issues." He replied back in German, playing along with her ploy. He had no idea what the woman uttered in Japanese, however, since no one was questioning him since the woman appeared he could only assume positive things. Being taken in by this new person caused some discomfort for Izaak. He appalled being restrained. However, he did not resist, especially when the woman mentioned Suika. He just followed along and shoved the discomfort he felt deep down. He wanted to ask the tall woman who the hell she was, but he remained quiet. Especially while they were still exiting the crowded area. When they finally reached a private part of the alley way and he was released, Izaak whipped around and opened his mouth to argue - but fell silent as the woman - Jericho - explained herself. "Thank you, Jericho" he bowed to her after she finished her lecture and informed him of his things. He approached the dumpster that she referred too and grabbed the lip to climb into it. A stream of thoughts swirled around Izaak's mind. He opened his duffle to ensure everything was still there, while digging through his duffle in the dumpster, he realized his suitcase was also here - as well as cell phone and game station. Curiosity started to settle in. He was pretty sure he was gonna have to replace all this, yet here it was. Making haste now, since the woman was still waiting outside the dumpster for him... Izaak changed back into his civilian clothes he was wearing in the taxi, exchanged his glasses, and then tossed his stuff out - aside from his duffle. That he carried gently out of the dumpster when he got out himself. "How'd all this get here?" he mentioned to his suitcase to Jericho, "I am almost fairly certain I ditched it." Before he fully put his vigilante costume away, he pulled out the burn kit he had to patch up some of his singed skin.

Jericho had been quite impressed just how quickly he had been able to fall in line, allowing her to quickly convince just about everyone who was around them that everything was legit, making her job that much easier. He then thanked her once he understood the situation, and she risked a small smile, showing off a few of her elongated cuspids, which in combination with her blood-red eyes made her very much look like a vampire from the old movies. Once he was out of the dumpster and they started walking, giving them both some distance away from the police and others that had gathered in the battle’s aftermath, deciding that walking while talking was probably the best way to go.
“Suika stashed everything where you put your duffel bag and met me there, then I brought it here so you could collect it, once I collected you. Come. There is a diner nearby that I know the owner of. He will let us use his breakroom to talk privately.” And with that said, they were quiet as the walked along. Jericho made no offer to help him with his luggage, nor slowed her pace, so it was probably quite the task for Izaak to simply keep up with her as they moved from alley to alley heading north. After a short ways, perhaps half a mile, she slowed next to a large metal door, a sign overhead in Japanese declaring it as the employee only entrance for Taki’s Tacos, one of her more favored restaurants.
A couple of quick knocks in a rhythm and the lock clicked, causing her to open the door quickly and hold it open for Izaak. “Second room on the right. I’ll be right there. I need to talk with Taki.” She led the way long enough to get him into the room and vanished for a few minutes. Some Japanese could be heard through the door, but it didn’t seem distressed at all, and it seemed Taki was even excited to hear from Jericho.
When she entered, she moved to one of the two chairs that were in the room across the basic wood table. Her expression was serious, and she sat back in the chair, tilting ever so perfectly so that she was balancing on two legs, but seemed to do so idly, perfectly relaxed. “I understand that whatever it is can be a sensitive subject, but I don’t know any details. I can give you my word that I am very discreet, and will ensure nothing is leaked. What is it you need from me?” she asked, looking more than patient.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Izaak started stashing everything back in its spot. Then zipped his duffle bag back up. He slung the duffle back across his back diagonally and picked up his suitcase with his left hand to carry. "Note to self," he muttered under his breath, "have costume patched up." His face twisted in disgust, he didn't care for being restrained, and even though he was free now... he was still appalled by the feeling. When Jericho explained what Suika did, his body language became stiff and he just looked grumpier. "She was supposed to find a safe spot, not my things," he grumbled. He could have followed Jericho quite well, due to his long legs and the fairly wide strides he took. However, he kept his distance for another reason. Trust. He almost gave Suika his full trust, and that caused him... well the non-replacement of his things. However, now not just one other person knows his identity, but two and while his costume did very little to hide it, it was kind of a Clark Kent stunt. His golden eyes watched Jericho from behind his black and yellow frames. After reaching their destination, Izaak managed to follow the directions and reach the room that Jericho mentioned they could use. It was simple enough, especially since she came along after disclosing instructions on how to get to the room. Izaak set his things down to the side. Thinking he'll dig at least his cellphone out later. The creek of the door caught his attention, and when he looked up it was just Jericho re-entering the room. While she was sitting down, he took it as his cue to sit as well.Izaak listened to what the woman had to say. He ground his jaw, "A vi-" he stopped himself. Mulled around on what he wanted to say. After a few moments have passed, he believed he had the appropriate amount of information he wanted to share. "I am looking for a gentleman about one, maybe two, inches shorter than I. We share the same build and facial structure. But he has white-blonde hair and ice-blue eyes." He reached into his pocket to pull out his wallet, then unfolds an old picture before handing it to Jericho. The picture was obviously one taken out of surveillance, the man that Izaak had described leaning against a wall speaking to a woman.

Jericho chuckled at his concern for Suika. “If I had to guess, she thought where you put your stuff was safe. I saw her slip away without an issue though, so don’t worry. She is more crafty than she makes herself out to be.” She had noted the distance that had been made between them during their walk, but said nothing of it; Jericho’s persona was a professional, and as such it was a part of her ‘job’ to use only what was necessary to complete the task for the client. There was the matter of her normal fee for doing so, but that was not something she needed to worry about right now; she would collect when she helped him with the task successfully, not before.
She did, however, raise an eyebrow when he stopped himself mid-sentence. Vi? Villain? Vigilante? Some other word among the thousands that could start with ‘Vi’? She said nothing though, simply crossing her arms under her chest, causing her generous bosom to only become more pronounced, and gave the young man a slightly annoyed look. The fact that he wasn’t able to complete the sentence meant that he didn’t trust her. So he wasn’t stupid, at least, but that was going to make her job a lot harder. He finally spoke again, and she nodded, leaning forward and sitting up, pulling a phone out of her small holster on her belt, and looking to see the image, she quickly angled her phone and took a snapshot of the picture, then raised it and took a snapshot of Izaak himself.
Once she was done, she leaned back in her chair again, thinking for a few moments. “Anything else you can give me? This isn’t a small city. The more information I have the faster I’ll find him. And if there is anything you are holding back that could put me in danger, fess that much up now. I doubt you could afford my hazard pay, and I don’t like the idea of not being able to work because I wasn’t ready for something.” While she spoke she took up the picture and was looking at it intently, occasionally glancing at Izaak and rocking back and forth in her chair a little bit, still perfectly balanced on two of the legs and looking deep in thought.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Izaak just maintained eye contact with Jericho. Adjusting himself so he was leaning on his knees. His mind clearly deep in thought. A few moments had passed after her spiel, and he was just mulling over every word that was uttered. He was debating whether or not to keep use of her, she had admitted hazard pay and danger. Ingram had definitely shown he could be dangerous, that's why he was in the situation he was in. Finally, Izaak leaned back into his chair again and spoke, "Ms. Jericho, unfortunately, there's nothing to guarantee that when we depart ways, I won't be in handcuffs." He paused for a moment, hoping the seriousness in his voice carried through. "I don't know who I can or cannot trust in this country. I can tell you that the person we are looking for is closer to me than he'd care to admit." Izaak hinted at the relation, and also the seriousness of his personal grudge over his brother. Izaak was taking a risk by being blunt about trusting her - he has been caught up in legal trouble before after trusting others to aid him in his search, and that's why he relied on the underground and the news for rumors. "I can tell you, that if I can trust you," Izaak looked down at his hands before looking back up to Jericho, "I cannot say for a hundred percent honesty if In-... If the person I am looking for is even in Tokyo." Izaak rubbed the back of his neck, clearly sharing more than he would like to share. "I operate on a basis of rumors currently." He stated, quietly, "If you can prove, I can trust you - I'll disclose everything."

Jericho scoffed as he claimed that he could be arrested once he left. “It is awfully difficult to get payment from someone who has been deported. I’ll hook you up with someone who can get you the documents you need and keep you under the radar for a little while. You are going to need to take some lessons in Japanese from her too. She’s good people, so I recommend you be nice, or I won’t be so nice when I find out.” That part of it out of the way, it was time to address the more serious topic he had spoken about, and to emphasize her point, she leaned forward, landing all four legs back onto the floor and leaned across the table a bit, looking him in the eye with a serious expression on her face and her blood-red eyes trying to bore their way into his soul.
“You can’t trust anyone, despite any proof they might or might not have. Not completely. Not unless you truly know who they are and have spent a lot of time with them, and even then, it’s not 100%. That’s just the harsh reality we live in. What you can trust, though, is that I am good at my job. I’ve never failed a task I’ve taken up, and I’m doing this as a favor for Suika, or I wouldn’t have even known you existed and you’d probably be being processed for deportation right now. She trusted you enough to have me seek you out, that means you can’t be all that bad. She’s really good at telling that from people, somehow.”
Jericho then leaned back and sighed, realizing that the little lecture probably wasn’t going to garner her much in the way of trust. “Or how about the fact that I’m taking some risk too. Finding people who don’t want to be found is not something I would take lightly, because usually they have people who will to defend that secret. I’ll still do it, but if I’m going to be searching the entire damn Country, anything you are withholding is going to make the process harder, longer and more dangerous.” For the first time since they had met, Jericho tried to relax a little bit, putting her hands behind her head and interlacing her fingers, leaning back in her chair once more and waiting for Izaak to respond.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Izaak mentally laid out everything that Jericho explained. The payment, the person who could get him papers, the Japanese lessons. It all sounded good, but a part of him was hesitant. He was all too familiar with situations that sound good but go horribly, horribly wrong. Izaak leaned back off of his knees and turned his torso slightly to hang an arm over the back of the chair he sat in. He was taking in the -lecture- given to him by Jericho. He appeared to be really listening to her every word, but he still presented as hesitant. Once coming to a decision, Izaak stood to his feet and turned his back from Jericho. He put his hands out in front of him, staring down at them. Remembering the reason why he began this mission. He knew she was right, if she really was law enforcement, she would be getting in trouble as well. Even if she wasn't she was on the line as well. However for her comment that people who don't want to be found have others. He couldn't help but laugh lowly, she had no idea how much Ingram hated people in general. Whether or not they were his worked for him, were his friends, or even his family. With a heavy sigh, Izaak turned back around to Jericho, "Got any paper on ya?" If she did. Izaak decided he would spill the entire situation.

Jericho waited patiently, letting him digest this information slowly; she knew that it was a lot to take in all at once, but she had given him the blunt and honest truth. He was going to have to take a leap of faith if he was going to get any progress whatsoever in finding whoever this man was. If she had to take a guess, he was a brother or at least some kind of close relation. The resemblance was just too uncanny for there not to be some kind of genetic connection, but the way he was acting made her think that it was more than just a little complicated. No, this smelled like there was something dangerous involved. That was fine. For the most simple of reasons, she simply wanted to help him, and so that was what she was going to do. It wasn’t like there was a whole lot in this world that was capable of truly killing her in the first place.
He asked for paper, causing her to reach back and grab a yellow tab of full-sized paper from a shelf and a mechanical pencil, and then lean forward again and set them both on the table, her eyes never leaving his. She knew the weight that this moment had for him was likely something that she wouldn’t understand… not directly. But this wasn’t the first time she had been down this road with someone, and likely wouldn’t be the last. For the moment, she was going to let him write down whatever he wanted to and get it all out there, and she pulled out her own phone, sending a couple of text messages to a few contacts to get the ball rolling.
She had connections in several police departments, the FBI, Army, Navy, Marines and Airforce. That was her specialty more than anything else, it was making connections and having friends everywhere who owed her a favor. Izaak didn’t know it yet, but he was going to be added to that list today because that was going to be his payment. She didn’t need money. She had plenty of that. She wanted friends, and today, she would make another.

Seeing Jericho reach for, and pull out a large tab of paper twisted Izaak's stomach. He knew he asked her if she had paper, but it also meant he's taking a very large step in sharing a lot of information. He took a deep breath, his golden eyes showing a fraction of the stress he was feeling currently. Izaak took a moment to sit back down into his chair and buried his head in his hands.Once he gathered himself up on what he wanted to say, Izaak lifted his head so his gaze would meet hers again. "Alright, so the gentleman you are looking for is my twin brother." Izaak rubbed the back of his neck, "We share the same quirk..." He would have demonstrated, however, with reserves running low after the battle with the villain coupled with the fact they're in a bystanders' shop, he decided against it. "And while we were attending Hero Courses in our homeland, he murdered quite a few people." Izaak shifted, visibly uncomfortable, "He got our quirk banned from being able to become a Hero. I'm trying to fix things." He lifted his glasses to rub his eyes. After adjusting his glasses back, Izaak finished his summary of his reasoning for being on his self-given mission. "His name is Ingram Roth - he goes by Versengen, or Scorch." Izaak leaned back into the chair, rubbing the back of his head. "I suppose you're going to have questions for me," he said, making an assumption.

Jericho watched as he gave the admission to the information he was holding so close to his chest, and while she didn’t react in any way outwardly, she did now properly understand how this was such a tender subject for him. A twin brother doing that much damage and directly affecting his family… there was some Bad Blood there and she had to admit that it was nothing that she could relate to. It did, however, inspire her to want to work for him harder, and thus, she simply listened, waiting for him to be finished, her blood-red eyes never looking away from him or even blinking. Once he was finished, she nodded. “Only one. What makes you think that he’s here? You said your basis was nothing but rumors, I need to know what would bring you here where you put yourself at such risk. And I need your phone number.”
She reached across, grabbing the pad of paper he didn’t use, and began to jot down some information on it in German rapidly, starting with an address and a name, as well as some basic instructions. Ripping off the page, she handed both the pad, pencil and the torn sheet back to him, allowing him to read it. June was the name listed, and the address was something he could easily punch into his phone’s GPS and get to without problems. The instructions included a way to get into the house, telling him the spare key was in the planter above the doorway.
Meanwhile, she was running the information through her mind to see if it rang any bells; a nice side-effect of having an Eidetic memory was that she literally couldn’t forget anything, so if she had ever heard any of those names… Ingram Roth. Versengen. Scorch. Nothing came up directly, but she did think that there might be a trail of someone who had a similar Quirk. Having watched him fight, she was fairly certain she understood that much, and that was a small basis to go off of.

Wenn das Auge nicht sehen will, helfen weder Licht noch Brille.
Izaak rubbed his forehead. "I have connections back in Germany who keep a lookout for villains worldwide." He scribbled down his phone number upon the paper with information on Ingram. A massive ball sat in his gut, and visibly uncomfortable with the amount of information he just shared with someone outside of his therapist. "I was told a villain with a heat quirk has been spotted."Izaak raised a brow when Jericho handed him a paper with several instructions scribbled across it. With his free hand, he slid the pad back over to Jericho. He folded the paper Jericho had written on into a small rectangle prior to digging out his wallet. That's where he'll stash it for future use. Returning his wallet back to his pocket, he looked up at Jericho. "Are we done here?" He said in a grumpy tone. It was nothing that was her fault, he made this decision. But he had yet to decide if he'll eventually regret it. While Jericho seemed lost in her thoughts he scratched at his chin, thinking that both parties had accomplished what they set out to do in information exchange. Izaak got up and mosied over to his things. He was getting ready to pack up and head out. He still had a hotel to get to and check-in, if they hadn't already given his room away. Which that thought just pushed him further into a sour mood. He would have to try his best to not take it out on anyone who didn't deserve it.

Jericho nodded at the information, already deducing what she needed to do, and punching in some more information into her phone and sending the messages to the necessary people to get the process started. She had friends everywhere, and through that network of friends, she would find this person if at all possible. Taking the piece of paper, she copied the information and then slid it back to him, leaning forward and getting to a standing position. She gave him a smile, the first that he had gotten that was warm and genuine, despite his grumpy demeanor. “We are done, yes. I’m going to get to work. I want you to wait a few minutes and then call that number. Anything she says, you do it. She’ll get you set up here.”With that, she turned and walked out the door, letting it close behind her, and then went out into the alley. Pulling out her phone again, she ensured the multi-phone app was working and walked quickly towards the main road and hailing a taxi. It didn’t take long to get to where her personal garage was, and she quickly jumped into the Jeep Wrangler parked there and shapeshifted once again. She then would start making phone calls, still using Jericho’s voice, putting an alert to her contacts to look for significant unexplained heat sources and a general description of who she was looking for. If he was in Tokyo, she would know in the next twenty-four hours, even if she didn’t know where in Tokyo properly. Narrowing it down came first. This would continue until her phone pinged with a notification saying that someone was at her current persona’s front door. She watched as the doorbell, which housed a tiny camera, showed him finding the spare key using the instructions and getting inside. Starting the engine to the jeep, she pulled out of the garage and into traffic, and she was at the home in a matter of minutes. It was a three-bedroom townhome, no upper level, white walls, and big windows. Inside, things were clean, neat, and put away, and the furniture was relatively neat looking, as though it wasn’t used all that much. The large kitchen and living room, and the bedrooms were, all the same, none of them seem much larger than the others and was all uniform. Only five minutes after Izaak entered the house the garage door would sound, and the Jeep would pull in, and Jeska would walk through the doorway, looking a little shy and quiet at first as she only halfway rounded the corner. Standing at 5’ 8” Jeska Dench paused, her bright blue eyes watching Izaak carefully, but she spoke in German when she addressed him, but it was obvious that to her it was a new language. “You Izaak, yes?” she asked, obviously wary.
