So, this was the place that he was informed about. Musutafu seemed quiet and even in the underground, from what his initial observations could tell, criminal activity was minor. That was most likely because this was a heroes den but, Tenma knew better. The best place to setup shop and keep an eye on the key movements of your target was often among them, so long as you kept your main activities a bit more subtle anyway. Besides, before he could really make any kind of moves, he'd need information. This area was not only ripe with heroes to observe and track the movements of but also, the students. If he played his cards right, he could extract important information about U.A. from the much less experienced and naive ones that he could put to use later.
However, being careless would be quite foolish. For the time being, he simply sat in a cafe, sipping on some lavender tea while looking out into the various moving crowds in the city. Taking note of their various movements, directions, patterns, and so on. How this city moved naturally was valuable intel when figuring out how it could potentially respond to chaos later on. He also was just casually watching to see any patterns that were distinctive. Civilians acted different than police officers or heroes or even students. He'd learn all their nuances and figure out the best way to implant himself into this little gold mine of information. After all, once he knew this and could keep tabs on the movements of the heroes in a hub like this, selling that information regularly would keep him fully stocked for quite some time as he continued looking into the distance and through the crowds.

If nothing else, Hanako was a creature of habit. Therefore, change was difficult for her. It was her routine, almost a ritual at this point, for her to wake up early Saturday morning, do some dusting around her grandparents' house, and head out for some grocery shopping, followed by a stop at her favorite cafe for a pastry and some walnut green tea. Unfortunately, she had moved the weekend prior. Without the need for or prompting of an alarm, Hana woke up at her usual time, almost ready to get up and begin her day, before she halted. That's right. There were now no siblings for her to help grocery shop for ... there was no large, old house to dust. Just her and the foreign, empty dorm room. Sure, there were other students she could probably get to know and talk to, but she didn't know who would be awake at such an hour on the weekend ... other than the fish girl she had met last week, and the strange student in 1-A she most definitely did not want to stumble across unclothed again.
Fur prickling and heating at the thought, the rabbit girl sat upright and glanced over at her phone, perched atop the desk across the room. Perhaps she could go explore Musutafu a little ... Maybe get some tea ...
Finally finding the motivation, Hana hopped out of bed and began to get dressed. She hadn't brought much with her when she moved to UA (not that she had much to begin with), so the girl was a little lacking in the casual clothes department. It didn't help that nearly all of her clothes had to be custom-tailored, so she was unable to purchase anything from the store outright. With a sigh, she looked through her closet. A semi-formal dress ('No need to wear that unless there's an event') ... a sweater ('Much too hot for late spring weather') ... a tank top and shorts from last summer ('Unlikely to fit me now') ... Nothing that would work very well for casual wear except for a UA-branded tee that was loose enough to wear even though it didn't quite fit properly and her uniform skirt. With a shrug, the girl donned the outfit, adding a cream cardigan over the top of the tee, and her umbrella looped around her wrist.
With one final check in the mirror, she pocketed her phone and headed out, hurriedly making her way through the common area, lest she encounter another less-dressed student on her way out.
Only after she had left the school grounds did Hana realize she had failed to eat breakfast. 'Tea first, then. Explore second,' she decided, pulling open the map app on her phone and searching for cafes nearby. Most of them were big, brand-name chains most people knew, which was not something she was looking for. Eventually, she settled on one a bit of a ways into town, but the atmosphere of a mom-and-pop business would be worth it ... she hoped.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
It didn't take Hanako long to get there, adhering very strictly to the directions on the app, making use of the bus pass the school had given her to help lessen the walking distance. Within an hour, she had arrived, though after such a long time, her stomach was definitely nagging for something to eat. The rabbit girl didn't waste any time hurrying inside the building and placing her order (after waiting in line, of course). With her order placed, the girl was told to seat herself, and the food and tea would be out shortly. The cafe was near full, so there weren't many places to sit, save by the window, behind a silver-haired person clad in dark clothes. As she passed the person, she realized they had some kind of a nasty scar across their face. 'Scary,' she thought, ducking her head slightly and hurrying behind them to sit down. The table clearly hadn't been wiped down since the last customers sat there, but it would have to do. Using a napkin, Hana swept the crumbs to the edge of the table and sat down and started browsing her phone.

Tenma's eyes perked when he noticed some particular details. UA attire. He was preparing himself to follow her when he raised an eyebrow. Oh I do love when they make it easy. He put away his gear for the moment and observed her subtly as she walked in while he sipped upon his tea. At first glance, she was an animal mutation sort, rabbit in nature perhaps. Though there were other possibilities to consider and more information was needed. For the time being, he'd just observe her actions. Quick and quiet, hurrying along. Moving in without a sound. Not really looking around or looking for anyone in particular, so she wasn't meeting anyone. She ordered so it would seem she was here to eat. She didn't really interact with anyone and just moved along, interesting. She gave him a glance but didn't really react. Was it his height, his clothing or his scars? He couldn't tell. She then sat by him as he noticed her take a napkin to brush some crumbs away and then went to her phone. Interesting. Tenma thought to himself. She didn't seem to be that self-aware or possessing of the immediate features that would indicate experience or confidence in the field at a glance but he couldn't be sure. More importantly, his initial assessment noted she seemed more passive, which made things more fun. Only one way to find out if this will be a hit or a miss.
Tenma thought to himself as he then took another sip of his tea before putting it down on the table, before he proceeded to yawn and "accidentally" knock the cup in the direction of the girls lap. It didn't matter if it landed on her, on the floor at her feet or whiffed by her as Tenma quickly stood up in alertness and turned towards her in the timing to when it would reach it's destination. "OH my god, I'm so sorry! Oh no, oh no, oh no! I'm such a klutz! Here, let me get some napkins!" Tenma said as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a handful of napkins, only to "accidentally" have them flutter out of his hand and onto the ground in defeat, as he sighed in equal dismay. He then bowed profusely. "I...I just can't do anything right. I'll cover whatever it is you are buying, miss!" Tenma said as he sat up from his bow and turned to one of the workers at the cafe who were observing this, making eye contact with them so they knew who said it as he then turned back towards Hana and sighed.

One moment, Hanako had little interesting to think about other than where to go once her food was consumed. The next, she felt a warm spray across the back of her leg and heard clatter of some type of cup to the ground. In the same moment, the white-haired person behind her had leapt to their feet, shouting apologies and concern. The rabbit had little time to process what was going on before the ground near her was also smattered with a spray of stray napkins. The stranger seemed so upset, bowing and sighing and apologizing profusely ... Hana couldn't help but feel a prickle of remorse for them.
She was about to say something when the stranger offered to pay for what she was eating, and she noticed they made eye contact with the cafe workers. Feeling herself heat from embarrassment, she shook her head and smiled. "N-No, no it's okay. Stuff like this happens all the time. It's not like you did it on purpose or anything," she said, standing from her seat and pulling napkins from her own table, before kneeling down to start helping to clean the mess up. With another smile, she looked up and said, "I can still pay for my own things, it'll be fine ... I'm sorry about your ... tea?" She finished her statement in a question, unsure if the floral scent she was smelling was tea or some other, strange beverage she hadn't tried before. Her fur didn't feel sticky, so she doubted it was juice or coffee. "You should use your money to get a refill, if you can."

As he suspected, the was the type. In the general sense, anyway. This would be very interesting as he observed her reactions. Offering kindness, deflecting attention away, embarrassment could even be possible. This was good, he could get behind this and utilize the momentum to further play to this. "Oh, are you sure? You're so nice. I'll get us both one!" Tenma said as he then went to the line and proceeded to wait in line. However, to make the wait more seemingly painstaking to go and reorder more tea for them both, anytime someone new would come to the cafe, he'd let them go in front of him in line, giving off a vibe that seemed passive to be more akin. This would occur for about twenty minutes before it would seem the safe would become a little less busy as he'd begin to wait in line, proceed to get in line and then, proceed to go to the counter to actually wait for the tea as a courtesy so he could bring it. The extra time spent waiting would further add to what he was doing as he then approached full of smiles. "Here we go, this lavender tea always keeps me at ease. It allows me to keep my nerves calm, though I apparently am not off to that kind of start this morning."
Tenma said as he then gingerly placed the tea down and proceeded to sit and sip at his and sigh as he began to contemplate the enjoyment of his tea. "I'm such an idiot, I can't believe of all the things, I spilled my tea all over one of the future heroes of UA. I'm such a klutz, I can't imagine anyone understanding what it's like to be a full on klutz like I am at times. Sometimes I'm able to focus and do things correctly and other days, I trip over air. It's madness, I swear." Another sip. He released this banter before placing the cup down. "Oh, my most sincere apologies, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is O. Hahaha, I am just all over the place this morning, I'm sure you have much more important things to do than deal with me being a mess like this." Another sip and a sigh. Let's see what happens next.

Initially, Hanako wanted to protest, but the stranger was off before she could vocalize her doubts. She felt bad for judging them initially, especially for their dress and scar. This person was so kind and nervous, she was reminded a bit of herself.
For a while, Hanako watched the stranger and was a bit perplexed when, once or twice, they gave up their spot in line and let another person pass in front of them. She didn't have much time to dwell on it, though, as her food and tea arrived, and she took to eating that, sparing the occasional glance over to the stranger while she did so. The food was delicious, though not quite what she was used to from back home. Hopefully, after a bit of exploring the menu she could find something she really liked. For now, this would have to do.
Eventually, the stranger came back, laden with two cups of a floral tea. "I'm such an idiot, I can't believe of all the things, I spilled my tea all over one of the future heroes of UA."
At this, Hanako unintentionally cringed. She tried to hide it, but she was sure the stranger would notice. The rabbit girl was entirely unwilling to admit it, but she still hadn't fully accepted that she was enrolled in the hero training course, especially when it was so far from her original childhood dream of being a gardener. For a brief moment, she almost didn't remember that the stranger was still speaking to her, and she blinked in surprised realization that they were still speaking. She felt her fur heat uncomfortably, hoping they hadn't noticed her spacing out.
"I forgot to introduce myself. My name is O." 'O'? Like the letter?' Hana wondered, before returning her attention to the stranger. "Hahaha, I am just all over the place this morning, I'm sure you have much more important things to do than deal with me being a mess like this," they said, following their statements with a sigh.
"Oh, no worries!" Hanako said, shaking her head. "I'm just out to explore the city, so nothing important going on today. Haven't uh ... haven't had the chance to explore all the 'mom-and-pop' places around here yet, and I'm more fond of them than big retail chains." The last sentence was said hurriedly, as Hana tried to mask the fact that she hadn't been in this city at all before, rather than her only having been out once or twice since the semester started in March.
